You will not find a more knowledgeable group of folks in the aftermarket 4x4 business. Always willing to spend time to understand your needs and making sure you get the right product or service, even if it doesn't lead to a sale for them. Purchased many tires and offroad parts from them over the last 15 years. They're my first stop for 4x4 parts and advice!

Andrew is a great guy to work with. I have a 2017 Nissan Titan. I got a three inch rough country lift and the after-market rough country tow hooks installed. They were very easy to work with, I had some setbacks and had to reschedule a couple of times and Andrew made it happen every time. It was a pleasure doing business with them and anytime I need aftermarket work I will be sure to go there first

I never post reviews but I figured my recent experience warranted one. Starting with my first conversation, the gentlemen who answered the phone was very courteous, professional and helpful in dealing with my request. The turn around time for my repair was extremely fast and had my winch back into service within 2 weeks. This is an example of great customer service and a well run business. Thank you.

Some things never change. Hoaks knows 4WD's, and the two times over 10 years that I've spoken with them, it's clear they are more professional than virtually all auto related businesses. Great explanations, fair pricing, best products.

Andrew was a HUGE help got me the best price for my parts and was able to get them in within days while everyone else was out of stock for 5+ weeks!!! Great 4x4 shop!

I can not believe that my death wobble is completely gone! Having Hoak's out in a BDS dual steering stabilizer was the absolute best decision to resolve this issue and the staff at the front desk REALLY know their stuff! I have never been more happy with a shop and I was really relieved to find a shop with the knowledge necessary to solve my issue. The best part was that my appointment was kept and my jeep was fixed on time as promised unlike other 4WD places that had my jeep after my appointment and never even called to tell me they didn't even start on it (ORC). Not gonna bash other places but this is the only place that will ever touch my jeep again! My whole suspension was done immaculately and the guys at Hoak's really impressed me with their work and know how! They forgot to give me one of my parts back but I believe it was a truly honest mistake and I haven't been able to get back there but overall I am very happy with Hoak's and would definitely recommend them to everyone I talk to with a lifted jeep! Thank you guys for being professional, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to teach someone a few trick to keep everything running smoothly and safely! Thanks guys! This summer will be way more fun now!!!

Nobody had my stering part and when I did find parts everyone was weeks out but I went to hoaks and got my parts in 2 days best guys they got right parts first time they no there stuff check them out.

Order cut out fender Flairs.. not hard.. but go bolt on Flairs after waiting to get them.. had to make do because my tires were rubbing so hard that I would have ruined my tires and it was my work truck and couldn't take off to wait for more. So now I have a hole in my fender well and cut up bush wackers so I can work my truck... Like I said 5 times cut outs because my tires are rubbing!!!!

I have a 2010 jeep commander 4x4 I visited this location 8/27/18 due to the fact it's a 4x4 specific establishment, everything I asked for they did not have or needed to order in which everything they needed order would take over a week and would be almost $300 in shipping, less than 20 minutes later I got online and found everything I asked them for at 1/4 of the price and even shipped for free in 2 business days I got all my parts today being 8/29/18 not a week but 2 business days, first time at hoaks 4x4 and it is the last time I will ever go to hoaks massive rip off by price and shipping, I recommend you take the extra 10 minutes to look up the parts online yourself the price is way less and shipping will be way less if not free so dont waste your time with this place you'll be wishing you listened afterward.

I have a ridiculously old ARB locker, after calling several "Dealers" Hoak's was the only one to answer the phone and actually find the part and call me back AND I did it all over the phone and parts showed up at my door.

They rarely answer the phone, return calls are slow in coming. Their website is non existent. Unfortunately for me, they are the only 4x4 business within a distance of 60 miles.
