Best auto services shop around! Affordable, reliable and straight forward.One of my most recent 5 star experiences: I had realized when dropping off my car for an inspection appointment that I didn't have a copy of my insurance or registration printed. I was able to email Scott Bowles the documents and they took care of the rest. They even printed a copy for my car.When it comes to little or big complications this Auto Shop has you covered!

Had inspection, emission and oil change and they even rotated my tires! Unbelievable prices. Excellent customer service. Great small town feel. And for you ladies out there, I did not feel as if I was being talked down to or being taken advantage of. I will definitely be back!

Purchased 2013 Honda Accord coupe exl v6 6 speed manual transmission. April 28, 23. Car good condition. Price reasonable. Driven 30days no issues. Other cars were reasonable good quality cash cars. I would refer a friend.

My husband bought a car from here back in April and has now had to put over $1800 into it. They inspected and sold us a car with two bent rear axles. Had to replace the rear brakes twice now. We have only had the car for four months and have had nothing but issues. Don't buy from this guy some of my local friends have told me he rips people off all the time.

We were on vacation, and our brake lights stopped working on Friday. We knew it would be hard to find a mechanic open on the weekend. We called Bowles, and a nice guy named Chris told us to bring it in Saturday morning. Not only did he get us in on short notice, he didn t even charge a full hour for his service. This small family owned business is a gem in the Lancaster area. If you need help on vacation, go to them.

We bought a car for our grand daughter 4 years ago for her high school graduation. This is her last year at college, same car, and the only thing that she replaced was a tire. We will definitely purchase another vehicle there and we highly recommend them. The vehicle is a used Mazda.

Scott was great, the guys were happy to work around my schedule as a full time student and working full time. They have great pricing and great customer service. They make the process quick and easy. Scott is always willing to make time for small talk to ease the pressure of the sale. Thanks guys!
