I noticed a piece a plastic hanging from under my car the other day, so when I stopped to pay the bill for work they did on my work truck, I asked them if they could look at it quick. 5 minutes later they pull my car back and tell me it's fixed. I ask what I owe for that, and I was told nothing. That is why I will never go anywhere else. Joe, and everyone at Tancredis are great people.I highly recommend them, above anyone else.

HUGE, BIG kudos to Matt and staff.My truck was in desperate need of repair from a kind and gentle set of hands. I did a search online & found many positive posts about Tancredi's, so I gave them a call.Matt and staff couldn't be nicer. My truck was in great hands. Prices were comparable. They did a great job, and now my truck is running as it should.Prior, my truck always went to the dealer. From now on, my truck will continue to go to Tancredi's.Thanks, tons Matt.

They're nice people but I needed an inspection and they told me I need a two front tires and my left wheel bearing needed to be replaced. $280 for two front tires and $350 for the left wheel bearing. So I went somewhere else and got it all done for $150. Price gouging is ridiculous and shameful.

We just moved to the area and we re looking for a new mechanic. Our neighbors recommended Tancredi. I needed brake calipers replaced along with some other general work done. We've been using Tancredi's for about 8 years now. They are extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. They've always done a great job on our cars and their prices are reasonable.A couple of weeks ago, my car didn't start while I was parked in the Wawa parking lot next door to the shop. Thankfully, there were guys still working in the shop even though it was after their business hours. I went over for help, Mr. Tancredi came over to my car, got it started, and allowed me to squeeze an appointment in for an inspection even though they were fully booked for the next two days.

Great service. Great prices. Great people.We moved in the area just as Covid was starting. We love the area and our home, but to find this professional family-owned auto shop a block away was a definite bonus. Friendly, timely and considerate - I ve had nothing but good experiences with Tancredi s these past two years. Highly Recommended.

This place was highly recommended by our neighbors, and we were not disappointed. In particular, we were looking for reasonable rates and good COVID protocols. They picked up the car from our house, performed the services, and dropped it off all in the same day. They picked up the phone quickly, provided timely/accurate information, and I will definitely be using them again!Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

I have been taking my car to Tancredi s for more than 20 years. I feel so fortunate that I have a mechanic whose opinions and skills I can trust. The owner and his managers (current and former) are friendly and professional. After having taken our travel trailer to the dealership for servicing a problem with a wheel bearing, we found that they did not fix the problem. We then took our trailer to Tancredi's in Eddystone, and we are so happy that we did.They were able to diagnose the problem in minutes! They took it in for service right away and we have been safely back on the road since.The expert staff are professional and polite. Their service is top notch. The pricing is fair and honest.If you love your vehicle, take it to Tancredi's!

I live out of the area and got a flat tire. Turned into Tancredi's as they were the fist auto shop I could find. Before I could even get out of my car the owner, Joe, came right up to me and and made me feel at ease. All of my tires were worse for wear so he recommended I replaced all 4 tires. Betty in the office wasted no time calling around for tires to be delivered (and they were an extremely fair price)! As I waited they let me use their wifi to do some work. Couldn't have asked for a better, safer experience! An honest family business who I could not recommend enough!

Faith in good, honest customer service. We recently had some work done here. Unbeknownst to the mechanics, a new part was defective. As a result, we had additional issues and took our car back but this issue would have fallen under a purchased warranty so we had to take it to a dealership despite being an older car. We called Mr. Tancredi who immediately called the dealership, took care of the bill, towed the vehicle to his garage and fixed the car at no cost. Once we got it home, we noticed he had fixed two other issues with not so much as a mention and again, no charge. This kind of honesty and customer service is rare. We will be back and I highly recommend Tancredi's.

My partner brought his car in last Tuesday because the front right window would not open. The mechanic wrote in the appointment book the day to bring in the car for servicing. However, he then suggested he go outside and take a look at the problem. He did, and quickly got the window to open--no charge because it was such a simple matter. Regarding this and all my partner's visits to Tancredi's, he is very satisfied and so am I.

Been taking our cars here for years. 100% trustworthy. They give straightforward advice and service.Today a part that was under warranty needed to be replaced. They REFUSED to let us pay for the labor....which was extensive.If you want someone you can trust....joe and his team are the ones.

Do to covid my husband had been working from home and his car sat for year, so the inspection ran out. We waited until he had to return, when we got word we call dealership and 5 more after that, couldn't fit us in for another 2 weeks. We live right down the street from Tancredi's so my husband decided to call them. They took our in the next day, that was the shortest time ever we had to wait for inspection to be done. When we take in to the dealership, we sit for close to 4 hrs waiting.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Called over at 8:00 am about having them fix a flat. The lady on the phone said how about 9:00? Perfect! Arrived at 9 was immediately taken care of and tire was fixed!Best $20 I spent all week!Thank youService: Tires

Wonderful & generous people!!! Helped me get into my car when I locked my keys inside and wouldn't take a cent for it. Very kind and talented folks! Took about 5 mins!!! I was driving back to work in no time at all :) much appreciated

They rediagnosed my car because another shop misdiagnosed my car. They fixed the problem in a jiffy and very reasonable price compare to the problem.
