I recently need a windshield I called everywhere and theses guys came thru I called around 12 and they said they would have it out in a couple hrs they called around 330 it was done and ready to go I would 100% go to theses guys agian

Never again. Pretty much paid 1000 dollars for a bare block and heads. They torched and broke every single thing on this engine. Had to throw away almost every that was on the engine. Power steering pump was cut thru the hard lines, distributor broke, motor mounts, all sensors etc literally had to take every single thing off the engine. Ridiculous. That fat guy there was too worried about getting to his next meal apparently and just wanted the engine out. Claim engine only has 60k on it, thing looks like it s been sitting in a river since 97. On top of that it was a PTO engine so that doubles the miles and hrs immediately. Un happy and never returning. Used to be a great place to get parts. Also stood there for 35 mins cause they couldn t find my paid invoice.

Got an alternator for my car yesterday at an affordable price. Costumer service was friendly and the part ran like new. Great option for used parts.

Would recommend this place to any one for car parts they have a large selection and the employees Dave is just all around amazing guy and worker. He goes above and beyond to help u and pull your parts. If you ever need a good laugh and knowledge of any thing cad related definitely speak to Dave at village motors he s the man and the guru of cars lmao. Would recommend this place to anyone for your car parts.

This was the only place out of several I had called who were helpful, and polite. They ordered the part I needed and had it the day they told me it would arrive. Everyone was super friendly. I definitely recommend them.

Always courteous. Knowledegable. They know parts. Will either have, or will get what I need. I ordered rear bumper, and passenger side mirror for 97 Silverado. Will have in 2 days.I've used Village Motors for years. Very happy

Great place for used parts that are like new. Gene and his entire crew are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else. If they ain't got it, they'll get. Never had to return a bad or faulty part

Gene, at Village Motors Inc., returned my call very promptly and had the correct parts. Over the phone, they were able to provide the VIN to for their donor vehicle to me (for verification that the part numbers for my vehicle were the same via the dealer's parts department) prior to ordering. Shipping was fast, rates for parts were reasonable, and their customer service was excellent for this transaction. (May 2016)

I drove to Village Motors from New York City to obtain a replacement front seat for my 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier. Tim and Gene couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.It was well worth the trip. I highly recommend Village Motors to anyone looking for those hard to find replacements. Five stars all the way!

Great employees that are knowledgeable and cwell connected to find what you need for your vehicles. Decent priced items. They also make sure the part does work before releasing it to the customer.

i ordered a part. they gave me the wrong part. the receipt said it was the correct part, but the physical part was incorrect. i returned it with receipt. owner refused to refund my money. would only exchange item. per their "policy"... i had already gone elsewhere for the part because i couldnt wait till they were open again. complete rip off. dont leave the store till you are 100% sure you have the right part.

Been going to village motors for over 30 yrs. Wonderful service if they don't have the part you need in stock they will get it for you quick...A+++ Love supporting a small local business that goes out of the way to service their customer's needs.

This place is very unorganized and has terrible staff. Went here looking to buy a vehicle they happened to have one I was interested in but I couldn't get until Friday when I got payed I was told its first come first served cash talks. That night I go right to the bank loan the money till Friday so I had no risk of losing out because he wouldn't take half the cost to hold it. I even called and switched my insurance coverage that way the next day I could just call and add the car into it. The next morning as soon as they open I call to let him know I got the cash and I'm headed over he tells me someone was there looking at the car and will be back in the afternoon to pay for it. I told him well you said first come first served he agrees and put me on hold. Only to cine back on the phone and tell me they put a deposit down and he could not sell it to me when I offered the day before to pay half the cost but "they don't do that". I do not recommend this place at all and will never give them business from either be or my family we would rather go into reading to get work done on our vehicle than to deal with liars and crooks.

Always have a great selection of quality used auto parts. If they can't get used, there is a chance they can get new. Highly recommend.

Usually have everything that your looking for parts wise and if not can get ahold of them for you good staff good hours never had a complaint and have went often pretty good phone service too and especially for me since I am in reading I call to check on parts before taking the trip wich isn t long but why not be for sure

Knowledgeable, but an attitude like you're offending them by entering their establishment. They overcharge for their parts as well. I don't plan on giving them my business ever again.
