I got a scratch on my bumper on my truck that I only had for a couple of weeks. I showed up without an appointment. They jump right on the repair buffing out the scratch and it turned out GREAT. Thank you so much for the super fast service.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

If I could leave a zero rating I would. I was advised my car would take 3 to 4 weeks to fix. It took almost 3 months. I heard excuse after excuse. After 5 weeks I had to call to find out it would be another 2 weeks. Every deadline passed and I never once received a phone call telling me it would take longer. I had to call every time. Even if there were legitimate reasons (which i do not believe would've caused such a delay) I should have been treated with common courtesy and been told. It's not like it only took an extra week. Almost 3 months instead of 3 weeks.When I finally got my car back there were a number of issues. I called immediately to notify the owner, Mike. I scheduled for a month down the road so he had plenty of time to plan. He had my car another 4 days plus and when I had to pick it up NONE of the issues had been resolved.I brought it back a third time and left it another 2 business weeks and only 2 of the issues were resolved. I ended up just bringing it to Subaru so I would know that the work was completed and finished properly.I was advised by a Subaru employee that they believed my car should have been totalled and in their opinion Penn Dell was just trying to make money off of me. My car will never be the same. It was less than 2 weeks old when the accident occurred. It has now been over 4 and a half months since the accident and my car is still not correct.Don't walk from Penn Dell auto. Run. And don't ever look back

One of the best and most professional auto body experiences of my life.Absolutely amazing on all levels and they helped me deal with my horrible insurance company, State Farm, and got my car fixed against heavy resistance from them.Thank you Penn Dell.

I highly recommend this body shop! Mike the owner helped me out big time!!! The receptionist there is the nicest and the crew did a wonderful job on my vehicle! I hit a deer with my 4runner. Almost 20 years driving and this was my first accident, but if it ever happens again I know where I'm taking my vehicle too. All-around great service!!! Thanx

Took my car here yesterday and the guy didnt listen. he told me 2k for the damages but i told him all i want is the door to open. he tells me if hes gonna work on the car he will do it all. he just wanted the $$$ so i took my car to a former car shop teacher and he opened the door and now all i gotta do is touch it up with paint and its good as new

My rear end collision was handled wonderfully!It was returned to me polished and clean and certainly worth more than before the collision.They arranged for my rental to be returned , saving me an extra trip and no cigarette smell inside (I had that issue other places)Hopefully they also took the target off my rear end for which other drivers like to aim.

Mike is an excellent guy and he knows how to fight for his customers!! The work he does is excellent as well. Cars look brand new when he is done with them. I highly recommend Penn Dell Autobody for anything you need!!!

Their workmanship doesn't hold up over time. They won't honor their work and fix any problems that you will have from their poor workmanship. You have been warned
