I want to share that I am a person who checks reviews before purchasing things from anyone or anywhere, with that said I also want to share my experience at Miracle Cadillac of Kutztown. My husband first contacted the car dealership and spoke with salesman Jeremy on a Tuesday about a vehicle (Infiniti QX80) and appointment was scheduled for that Friday. We show up for appointment and this is first time seeing car in person (loved it right away), Jeremy starts the process of what salesmen do to sale the car while we test drive and check every knuck and cranny on the car, no pressure from Jeremy to buy the car (love that too) and this is where I give 5 stars for this review, due to some car trade issues with car we were trading, Jeremy and his financial guy Ron worked their car dealership super powers for us to leave with the car we really wanted (Infiniti QX80) and they made it happen (YAY!!!), and I don't want to forget mentioning Melissa (poor lady with all the printing of papers and signatures she has to get people to sign), she did not rush us while going over paperwork and warranties, etc even though the dealership just closed (business hours 9a-6p). I want to thank all three of them for not only working together as a team but also the awesome customer service they provided...Thank you from the Polites

I had Been at this dealership multiple times to update and/or for upgrades and have never have any issues. Very nice people willing to help you and resolved your issues.They def. Listen to their customers and I truly appreciate it.

Purchased a 2023 Escalade ESV from Miracle Cadillac about 6 months ago. The vehicle is a total lemon. On 4 occasions, we have come out to the vehicle to go somewhere and it is completely dead. 3 roadside service jumps, a battery change and still it goes dead after 24 hours. It is unbelievable that a vehicle of the price point is this unreliable. This has turned into a terrible experience. Avoid.

Working with salesman on a Escalade V offered 10k over asking price, I was givin a yes approval on deal and then next day was giving a owner wants 15k over now now you all know money is more important than their word at this dealership. Best of luck.

Anyone interested in a vehicle at Miracle Kutztown Buick,GMC,Cadillac should see Jeremy Sylvester, I purchased a pre-owned Cadillac SRX that was just traded, wasn't even Thru shop yet,he was great to work with, I needed it earlier than expected and called and asked if could pickup car that day, he made it happen, got it prepped and I picked up that evening, One salesman I can say that is concerned with customer needs and not just the sale.

Over the years we have purchased eight Cadillacs. 7 from another dealer and our 8th one from Miracle Cadillac. We purchased our 8th cadillac on June 20, 2023. 64 days have passed and we still have not received our owners card. I have made several calls to sales person (DANNY) who sold us the car without any resolution or sense of urgency. YesterdayAugust 23rd left a message for the sales manager (TODD) who never returned my call. Today called and spoke with sales manager (KARA) at 11:45 am and made here aware of the issue. She promised to call me back today. At 5:45 she still did not return my call. I-called her back and she said she-did not Have an answer for me. Apologized but said this is the first she is hearing about the issue. Said she will have to get back to me tomorrow! Funny how the dealership is quick to call you trying to cell you a car but service after the sale is just disregarded. Based on this issue once this issue is hopefully resolved I will be taking my new Cadillac XT6 elsewhere for service and any future purchases will be done at another cadillac dealer. Worst purchasing experience i have ever experienced in the purchase of my last 8th cadillac purchases.

Once again (3) I purchased a vehicle through Jeremy Sylvester at the new Miracle Cadillac of Kutztown. Jeremy made this purchase easy and, can you believe it, enjoyable. He fixed any glitches that arose and with the exceptional efforts of Miracle Cadillac I went home with my certified Xt6! Jeremy has always worked hard and fairly in all my dealings with him. If you re thinking of buying a new or used Caddy or any other car sold at Miracle feel sure you are being treated fairly. Jeremy is terrific. Miracle is great!

Marc was my sales contact to purchase a new Escalade Sport Platinum. He was extremely friendly and easy to work with during the purchase process. The price was reasonable for the current market and there were no ADM's (market adjustments) or surprising fees.

As I'm sure everyone can understand ordering a new car can be challenging in these times. My dealings with Jeremy Sylvester, salesperson at Kutztown Cadillac was very good. We ordered the 2022 CT4 in Late January and it arrived in May. Jeremy was in constant contact with me and the manufacture with regards to the cars progress thru the build. Jeremy cares about his customers and was always available if I had a question. The car arrived and is everything I could have imagined. Thanks Jeremy.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Worked with Jeremy in sales, Julia and Todd in finance. Needed to drop off my title and was able to get "The Guru" Mark to go over many of the caddy's features which helped a lot.At least here you can kid around not like other dealerships I've been too. Stay tuned for review on Service Dept if/when the time comes.

I had made an appointment to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. Miracle Buick GMC has just purchased Kutztown Auto so I wasn't sure what to expect. Josh the service manager of course recognized me and had everything set up for me as usual. I had a coupon for a small discount and he already had it in the system so I didn't need it. I had a question about my wheel covers because I damaged one of them, and before I left he had all the information that I needed to replace it. I have been having my car serviced there, even though the warranty expired, ever since I purchased my 2015 Cadillac SRX because Josh, and the experienced mechanics and sales staff have always been friendly, experienced, and wonderful to deal with. I was so very HAPPY that Josh was still there because he is so knowledgeable and professional when explaining about the car. I'm hoping that the new owners keep the staff and accommodate what they had under Kutztown Auto. I will certainly keep going back.I recently had a problem with my 2015 Cadillac SRX with the touch screen. The service technician replaced it and is working fine. The service department and service technicians are exceptional. Never a problem and always feel very welcomed.

This dealership got a life time customer.. my god these guys are so honest and help full. Customer service 10+.. Mark in sales and Todd in finance were just nothing but best. Highly recommended.. I drove 2 hours to this place but it was worth it and the most smooth car buy transaction ever.

Had a good friend recommend going to this dealership. I was looking for a rather specific hard to find truck. I made a phone call to Dan in sales I told him what I was looking for. He asked if I could bring my current vehicle fir him to give me a trade value. The day I stopped by with my 2016 gmc the dealership gave me the utmost care and attention. They gave me an outstanding trade value and was then informed they had found the truck I had been searching forand it would be at the dealership that day. Needless to say I bought the vehicle within 72 hours. The buying process was simple and painless. They had majority of the paperwork done before I even got to the dealership on delivery day. If you are looking for a hassle free and hard working dealership with great salesman give Kutztown Gmc a visit you won't be disappointed. Started and ended my car shopping effort with Jeremy Sylvester at Kutztown Cadillac. Jeremy has an extensive knowledge of the dealerships inventory and of cars in general. Personable, honest, and created a comfortable, no hassle environment for purchasing my car. My car buying experience was extremely quick and easy. If you're looking for a new or used car, definitely stop and talk to Jeremy.

This was meant to be. I was looking for a used CTS and found one at Kutztown Auto, Fleetwood, PA. I was connected with the best salesman ever, Jeremy Sylvester. I proceeded to inquire about the internet car I was looking at and he explained the price was incorrect, they were running a $2,000 off special that week...he had my attention. Jeremy was very specific about all the features I inquired about and then some. This sounded like a dream come true and it was. Jeremy convinced me that if I was really interested, I should put down a deposit or the car would be gone over the Labor Day sale. I took his advice and glad I did, as several people kept inquiring about the car and I just know the car would be sold. Jeremy made the entire purchase process so smooth, before I knew it, I was signing on the dotted line. Hubby and I thought it was a good idea for us to drive up there and pick it up, so we did...over 1,000 miles. When we arrived we met the Sales Manager, Rick Dietrick, he called for Jeremy and he seemed to appeared out of no where. He was just as pleasant in person as on the phone. I took the car for a test run and was immediately in love...it was meant to be. The dealership has a beautiful, clean and very appealing showroom. That's just how my car was, immaculate from top to bottom. I highly recommend Kutztown Auto, they make dreams come true.

I drove into Kutztown Cadillac-Buick with a problem passenger side windshield wiper. I fully expected to have to make an appointment, however the Service desk got a mechanic to come out and look at the situation in the parking lot. He was able to fix it right there!Great to know that this group is there to help us out! Thanks!!

Ok let me start by saying I have always had a big fear of taking my car to dealerships to get serviced well they change all that for me from our first conversation to the return of my car my experience was fantastic the staff was very friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable I did not have to do anything they picked up my car and dropped it off when it was finished...I ll be a life time customer from now on thank you so much for making my first experience a great one..
