Great service and they did what they said they would do and more. We started the quote and repair at another body shop but ended up changing to Mc Kently Brothers through a few recommendations from others. They repaired our vehicle in less time than they originally said and it looked great. In addition, they came in at the insurance company's price unlike the other shop which was twice as expensive. We will definitely be making Mc Kently Brothers our first choice for any future auto body work!

Worked as a tech for 20 years now. I won't take my car here just based on seeing that truck that's sitting out front for weeks now, missing a wheel and sitting on the ball joint. At least put a jack stand under it guys..

I'm quite late on this review but they did the repairs on my Nissan Xterra when I had an accident. They told me it would take a little longer than normal because of all the work before my vehicle, but even being they were very busy, they finished my Xterra pretty quick and did a great job with all the repairs. I had no complaints and was very pleased. Everyone I spoke with there were friendly and professional. I highly recommend McKently Brothers to anyone needing minor to major body work should you happen to need it.

Dropped in for an estimate on a small ding. Was told by the lady at the desk she was going to see if he left for lunch. I understood completely because I got there over my lunch. She went in the back and I was able to hear their entire conversation and she returns and tells me he already left and I ll have to come back. I told her they should get better insulation because I heard their whole conversation and I ll take my business somewhere else. If you have the nerve to LIE TO MY FACE about something so simple what else will they do dishonest when they have my vehicle. Plenty other body shops in the area.

Paint was good, but bumper looks don't fit as well. And they forgot to put the cover on the bottom of my truck. Now I have to leave my truck again to fix.
