Made an appointment 6 weeks out, and although it still took 2 weeks to complete, this 45 year old Vespa runs like new. Totally worth the wait and worth every penny. Nobody else wanted the job, but the guys and gals at this joint said "Bring It!". Job well done!Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

These guys are great! I bought high quality parts and accessories from them and had a flat tire with my motorcycle while riding to work and they were able to help me out and get me right back on the road again in no time. Had a great experience. Recently became an owner of an Arctic Cat ATV. It developed a fuel issue and was not running and needed service. Come to find it is difficult to find anyone that will work on them locally where I live. They did not blink an eye when I called and were so helpful and reasonable. Worth the hour drive and will keep using them. Thank you so much!!Service: Engine repair

Amazing service and communication. Took my Can-Am to them for an extreme amount of work. Pricing is fair and justifiable, while my bill was massive Josh walked me through everything they did and showed me the parts they replaced and why they needed replaced. While it does suck whenever your atv breaks down they make it a painless process. They even washed it!Services: Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Only had service done to my machines twice by them. Used them for parts a number of times. Only reason I stopped using them was because I moved away. Good work and reasonably priced.

Phenomenal service! Josh is very knowledgeable with snowmobiles. Tammy with great communication and responsive return phone calls. Highly recommend and will be back for all snowmobile needs! Awesome team at Kurtz Performance.

Get alot work done by these guys for my familys dirtbikes. They always are nice and listen to what you have to say. Super fair on price and time working on out bikes. We race so sometimes there services are in need asap and they some how find time in there business schedules to help us out along with everyone else that walks in. Kurtz performance can get you anything you need and fix pretty much anything you through at them that runs on gas! Great people wish i could work there

This is a great local owned business that goes out of their way to help find parts for the cheap go cart imports as well asmost name brand motorcycle, quads and side by sides. They also have competitive prices and they are very friendly and easy to work with.

Kurtz Performance installed a new exhaust, air intake, fuel tuner, and dyno tune on my bike, and did an incredible job. Absolutely love it. They did my mini ape handle bars as well. They do a fantastic job, and are so easy to work with. Very, very happy with their work!

I have been working with these guys since I was 16, they have helped me in hard times and are always honest and straight forward, wouldn't take my bike to anyone else because I don't trust anyone else. Best prices, and quality work at its finest, don't hesitate give them a call!

Kurtz Performance LLC. Fleetwood/Kutztown I dropped my bike off for inspection, oil change and change rear drive shaft gear oil. I never asked the cost because I figured approx. $100 - $130! Went to pick up my bike about a week later. The bill was $327.00 and they could not explain why. Nothing noted on the bill except oil change and inspection. They argued the mechanic was not there, and that he had put in 3 hours labor on my bike. I paid the $327 on my charge card because I wanted my bike out of there! I told them I will be back for a refund of the over-charges. So I called two other motorcycle shops and was told about 1 hour labor total for oil change, inspection and change drive oil. Went back later in the day, and they kept saying the 3 hours work was done but could not tell me what additional work. Then they said, Oh you were charged an hour labor for inspection, which was an administrative error and would refund an hour. I gave them an additional day to contact the mechanic. They called and said the mechanic spend an additional hour checking the rear brakes. They finally agreed to refund 2 hours labor. I Went out and looked at my bike, in my garage, which has a rear brake wear indicator on the rear drum. I noticed a new cotter pin on the rear brake linkage. The mechanic had removed the rear axle & rear wheel to check the brakes instead of looking at the wear indicator! The appalling part was: the whole time I was treated as if I was trying to rip them off! I received my $200 refund but not even an apology. Never going there again!

few years ago I took a bike here . for tires and a dyno tune . first they called said they couldn't do it because they clutch was shot. so I said okay put the clutch in then tune it . they called me again telling me the carb is clogged they gotta tear that apart before they can dyno tune . mind you I rode the bike there for repairs I told them I'll be there to get it . they said oh you can't it doesn't run I said I'm bringing a truck. picked It up. 600 dollars later and my bike wasn't rideable home . so I get it home to investigate. the bike was out of gas put gas in it boom fired right up . took it for a ride . oil starts leaking from the engine cover where they replaced the clutch . I called Josh and told him what happened didn't offer any of my money back. few months ago I met up with an old Friend he starts telling me the story his quad blew up three times after being rebuilt there and then the three time they made him sign a paper saying he couldn't bring it back . and they charged him every time they rebuilt it . don't ever take anything there totally backyard hacks.don't let the prayer on the back of the business card fool you .

Took my 2016 Soft tail Slim FLSS Harley there for Dyno, & oils changes overall and tune up to best performance. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, EXCELLENT PRICING, (compared t alot of the HD shops---KURTZ PERFORMANCE, LLC., BEAT THEM ALL---hands down), EXCELLENT WORK PERFORMANCE ON MY SLIM AND THE BEST DYNO THEY HAVE EVER SEEN. , CLEAN & ORGANIZED STORE FRONT & SHOP, NICE SELECTION OF PRODUCTS TO SHOP FROM, & if they don't have it, they WILL find what you want. EXCELLENT OVERALL PERFORMANCE KNOWLEDGE ----- ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS HONESTLY & STRAIGHT UP; (unlike some of those other shops that I prior mentioned, who thought just because I am a lady rider, I had no clue what I was talking about on MY motorcycle !).I HAVE TO SAY.......KURTZ PERFORMANCE, LLC. IS TOPS IN MY BOOK & the proof is in the work they did and how I was treated.THANX, KURTZ PERFORMANCE, LLC ----- I'LL BE SPREADING THE WORD !
