Ten stars!! We were three hours from home and had car trouble. We were going to try to make it to a dealership but pulled in here hoping they could tell us what was wrong and if we could make it home. They diagnosed it, ordered the part and had us on our way home in a few hours! So grateful!

We're a small trucking company out of NJ and we had one of our trucks break down nearby this shop. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and they are true professionals. Car broke down, had them tow it, said that they would figure it out and fix it up. 4 days and several phone calls later they said they were just getting ready to take it for a test drive to see what the problem was, they call back and say they don't see anything wrong with it. Pick it up, drive it home and it's doing the same exact thing as when it broke down, shaking and vibrating, get out of the car to see what's going on and it's the drivers side rotor, it's literally smoking and burning up. How they didn't notice that on their test drive is beyond me. My guess is they never took it out. Never even looked at it. Just called us up and said it was good.

Awesome guys went out there way too help out when in distress went above and beyond even with 3 cranky young kids and got my excursion towed and fixed and back on the road extremely fair in price don't hesitate to call them

We were traveling 5th wheel in tow for camping trip. Hard to believe Professional Mechanic has a unexpected coolant line rusted through. Plenty of hand tools, 2spares, floor jack, spare belts and hose pieces. what we needed was copilot's cordless reciprocating saw. the hole was not to be repaired unless cut in half or welded. I googled repair and Bailey's was 3 miles behind us.when we passed I noticed the heavy duty tow trucks, we didn't need that much help. I called and ask (nervously studdering) if we would be able to purchase or rent a saw? Woman on phone said just come in we will take care of you.Thank you for the Help,The welded patch got us there and home.

I called when needing roadside assistance just off of I-80, (I-180, rt15 area) the lady that took the call was awesome, she got help dispatched quickly.

Well I had tires put on my truck here they look amazing on my truck they look good truck drives nice von and his crew there are amazing people good mechanics they even took the time to check my truck over for me to make sure everything looked good they found a little issue with it nothing too big so when I get it inspected I'm going to have them fix it for me you guys are great keep up the good work and thanks again

My daughter was driving home from college(170 miles from home ) and thought she had some car problems.. After calling a local garage "Bailey's" they said they would be able to look at it that day. As soon as she got there 2 men started to look over the car. After 30 minutes and a test drive, They could not find anything wrong. They told her to drive safe and be careful. There was no charge for their service since there was nothing wrong with the car ( she made it home safely) I highly recommend this amazing business. Thank you for treating my daughter like family.

91 miles from home with a truck and trailer and full cab (2 kids, 2 dogs and 2 adults) and we broke down on 15 at the top of the hill sitting in the center lane. Bailey's towing was there in a matter of minutes with a tow truck and ride for all of us! They got us settled into their lobby with a water dish and treats for the dogs and a friendly atmosphere for the children. Towed the truck and trailer back to the shop looked it over replaced a fuse and took it for a test drive and we were back in the road. It didn't even break the bank, very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend Bailey's.

Really helpful. On a trip to south Carolina and suddenly had some car troubles. Dispite it being appointment only and the guys there about to leave they spent a good hr checking over my car, turned out to be the battery. Which is a relief. They replaced it only charge 100$ really kind of them when they had planned to head out for the day and a really nice price for what they had to run. Overall I thank the guys here for taking care of us in a time of need! Definitely say if I had troubles and I was in the area I'd be more inclined to come back.

Our truck was leaking oil after getting an oil change the day before we left on vacation. Traveling about 2 hours our lights were blinking pullover no oil. This is 4thof July weekend. We call our travel insurance and they get Baileys to come get us. First they called us for exact location. The sweetest guy came put us all in his truck and brought the truck to the garage. We needed to be somewhere the next day so he took a look at it was the person who did the oil change tightened the pan and split the ring. He put in a new filter new oil and wiped down the carriage that was full of oil. This was at 930pm we were able to get to a hotel and on the road the next day. Can t thank Baileys enough for all they did. They are professional helpful caring everything we won t forget how great you were to us. CHERYL and Rich T

Car broke down on i-80w, I called 3 local tow shops, all told me they didnt have a truck "in that area" or they could come "tomorrow morning."Called Bailey's, they said they'd be there in 30-40 minutes. They were there in 30-40 minutes. Driver Wes got us and our van home fast and safe and was very kind. Helped turn an unfortunate situation into a quick solution.

Bailey's was a lifesaver! My car broke down on a Sunday morning while I was passing through PA, 3 hours from home. All the other auto shops I called were closed, but Bailey's offered to take a look at my car ASAP even though their service garage is typically closed on Sunday. Not only was the towing charge much cheaper than anticipated, but help arrived within 10 minutes of my call. This is a great company run by kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful people!Service: Car towing

I randomly broke down while passing through this quaint town about a year ago. I was pleasantly surprised to find this place, and they were able to get a new part delivered from a warehouse, installed in my car, and working properly for me and I was back on the road in under 2 hours. Very friendly staff, and hard working mechanics. Plus, they were very reasonable with the price. Thank you again!

Excellent Service! Our trailer hitch was compromised, Saturday afternoon, impossible to find help but the guys at Bailey's hooked us up! Welded our part, got us on the way. Best of all they have an adorable puppy named Kevin who loves to give kisses! Thanks guys!!

I'm a local who I'm happy to see this place now using the old Allenwood rental building. I have appreciated there no appointment oil change. I take both my Pontiac in my Honda down there and they provide quick quality oil changes at a reasonable price. I especially appreciate getting the walk-in oil change as it's much nicer than having to schedule and keep an appointment at other places.

Replaced the front wheel bearings on my Saab. I provided the bearings and they found that the hubs were worn. Rather than try to sell me the whole assemblies, they only replaced the hubs and used my provided bearings. They also did an oil change and inspection, all in just over 24 hours of me dropping it off. All prices were very reasonable and they didn't stretch out the labor.Update: Bailey's continues to provide quality service, this time for my Yukon XL.

Look at tire photos and you will see owners continue lying about this!! (By clicking on my name) the owner took down the photos posted. Emergency stop lol. Consider yourself warned doing biz with this place. A truck owner broke down. Lost his load money and lost a weeks pay. Negotiated a tow at non peak hour prices. This company dragged his truck down the road burning holes in his tires.(see photos) If they damage your vehicle you will be forced to sue because the owner refuses to do the right thing and put new tires on. They dont even tell u that they charge 50 dollars storage every day. I have a car sitting there and its around 4k to get my car back. The tow man called me and didnt say anything to me about the storage fee until i called so mamy times to ask wat was wrong with my car.

after they fixed my car, they left it disgusting. mud and dirt was all over the place and i had just cleaned it! very expensive and took way too long to fix my car. was told it would be done in 2-3 days but it wasn t finished for a whole week.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

My truck broke down I call these guys. He sent a toy guy as a mechanic who have no idea what he was doing. Than same guy shows up with tow truck whom I told come in mornnng to avoid after hour charges but he came I said okay that genius name Montana towed my truck with brakes on which damaged my four tyres and brakes . When I talked to them the owner made me wait there and he was hiding inside his wife kept telling me he is on lunch . Finally I found him and that guy totally ignored me . So I leave that place after requesting or whatever I could possibly talk. So I m talking with insurance and other legal expert ppl how can I get my money from these guys . I wish I could give them 0 star or negative.
