Me and my mom went to keppley's today with a donut and a wrong sized tire all in one. We were a little worried about how we were going to fix this all because we had been to several other mechanic shops throughout the morning due to a flat tire. However, we had the best experience at Keppley's. The owner was super friendly and approachable. And was very hands on as well, checking out our car himself. Also he was very very kind. when my mom was explaining how our whole day had went and she mentioned that we didn't even have time to stop for something to eat as we planned , the owner said he didn't have anything much but he offered us some granola bars. It was the best interaction we've ever had at a mechanic shop. And frankly, the good attitudes at Keppley's turned our hectic day into a really positive experience.

Awesome place for tires. Called Wednesday, got an appointment Friday. In and out in 20 minutes. Excellent prices. Great guys! They listen to what you want in a tire.

I won t go anywhere else!!! Art, Jeremy and Alex are awesome and knowledgeable at what they do. I showed up with a KEY (yes, a key) in my back tire. Art was able to repair the tire balance and mount it for me in no time flat! We are all still baffled about the KEY but I am back on the road! Called on a Thursday about a oil change and was scheduled for the next day! Alex had me in and out! Thank you Art, Alex and Jeremy! You guys are awesome! I tell everyone in need of tires or repairs to go to Keppleys!!! Can t beat the service, prices and knowledge! Even walked out with an old tire for my Rottweiler! Maverick thanks you!

Beat tire prices in town, they do their best to please their customers. Theyre small and may be slower at busy times but highly recommend over custom exhaust

Hey this place is the real deal! Took great care of me. I bought a truck a few minutes away from the shop and had them balance the tires for me. They went above and beyond! Balanced 6 tires, 4 new valve stems, a new lug nut...all for a very low price. Great crew and staff. Very helpful!!

Very fast and efficient tire installation! I was quite impressed. Quick ordering of tires, prices far better than other places that I checked into in my new tire search. I was informed of a rebate and sent a digital copy of my receipt to help make that process easier. Great customer service, tire knowledge and honest opinions. 100% recommend Keppley! Support local.

It's always a great experience here that's whyI've been going there for years, they know tires, they also give you a a few choices of tires that will be best for your vehicle without being pushy about it. Great service,friendly staff, and the best prices around!

I had a random afternoon off of work, they had no trouble fitting me in for alignment on my Ford Excursion. The alignment was not necessary, only charged 1/2 rate! Excellent customer service!

I've never had to wait more than five minutes to pull my car into the garage. Very reasonable pricing, friendly, competent, can work on any range of car from Chevy to Porsche. And Timber the dog added to the experience, making it an all-around wonderful business transaction. Check out Kepplys

Wife had a tire blow out the night before we are to take that vehicle to our vacation. I called late on a Sunday and happened to catch the owner in the office. Telling him of my situation he gave me 2 options, first bring the vehicle in that night (making him stay late) or second, he would meet me at shop real early the next morning so I can get the vehicle loaded down and on the road for our 2 hour drive. It was reassuring to know that I was going to be taken care of and get to vacation on time. The shop was professional and he owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have my future business and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great Service! Great Price! Great People! My wife and I were in such a rush when we picked up our car over lunch we forgot our receipt. Later that afternoon the doorbell rings and it was the owner dropping off our receipt.Not even doctors make house call anymore!

Got new tires at Keppley's. My tire pressure sensor came on so I went back and they fixed the problem for me (valve stem on wheel). This is a first come first serve business. Friendly and helpful. I will recommend to others.

The owner behaved very unprofessionally the last time I got tires at Keppley's. The owner and I agreed on a price on the phone. Four days later, I took my car to the facility to get the four tires installed. After the work was done and it was time for me to pay, he claimed that he didn't remember "going that low" on the price. I tried to jog his memory, referencing the phone call from four days prior. At this point, he became very upset and behaved very unprofessionally, and seemed to think that the volume of phone calls that he receives justified his inability to accurately recall our agreement. I was baffled by the experience, as it was the worst customer service experience I ever had by far.

Great place 2 get service when u need it at reasonable rates!! I got a truck an 3 trailers sometimes I call him late with a blow out an he tries his best 2 get u rolling again ASAP!! I will definitely go there when I need more tires!

This place is rude my fiance went there to get a price on tires and the guy was very rude towards him. We wouldn't even buy a wheel barrow tire from this place.... Good luck peeps . Went pep boys and the best service...

Wheels were way over torqued, they should be torqued to 76 ft-lbs, not to whatever the max torque of impact wrench may be. I specified a specific tire pressure, when I checked it cold the next week in the AM, it was 6 PSI over what I requested. Also the wheel weights installed were used, taken from another vehicle, I could tell by all the rust over them. Best way to save money is buy tires online during a sale and have them mount and balance them, specifying new tire valve stems and weights. Also, they don't take appointments, first come first serve.EDIT: I unfortunately have to downgrade this location to 1 star. After rotating my tires for the first time earlier in the summer after purchase from Keppley's, I developed a vibration. Assuming it was an alignment issue, I paid for an alignment (not from Keppley's) at another tire shop and still had a vibration. The shop inspected the tires and found they were not out of round, but they were not balanced correctly. All 4 tires only had wheel weights on the inside of the rim, none on the outside of the wheel. Of course these wheel weights were of different styles and age, due to Keppley's reusing old rusted wheel weights. All four tires took 0.5 oz on the outside of the wheel while the other 2 wheels took .25 oz on the inside. I asked the tire changer what the odds were that none of the wheels needed weights on the outside and he said "very unlikely they all balanced not needing any outside weights, especially on non fancy rims and tires". It is possible to balance tires on rims without showing outside wheel weights, but that takes a lot of time to get it perfect by balancing and counterbalancing high and low spots of the tire and wheel, something that would not have been done nor requested, or paid extra for on steel rims and not high end tires. It is possible that some of the outside weights could have not been attached correctly and were thrown, but it was presumed that the tires were not balanced correctly when they were installed. After the correct balance, no more vibration. Not happy having to pay for an alignment and tire re balance on tires 10 months old.Hard to recommend this place when they over tighten lug nuts, reuse old wheel weights, over inflate tires over requested PSI, and never balanced the wheels correctly, all things a dedicated tire shop should know how to do, especially being in business as long as they should have. I cannot recommend this place, but there are positive reviews it seems I may have had a bad tire installer or someone having a lazy day that day. I do not recall who installed my tires, but I know it was not the owner, it was a younger kid, well younger than me anyway. Unfortunately one lazy 30 min period of time cost Keppley's a bad review and cost me added aggravation and money.EDIT: I see the response from the owner, it is nice that they are committed to making things right and have made adjustments going forward. I was unaware of our country's recycling issues with zinc or steel weights nor that the balance of a tire could change after a few days of driving. I never had a tire go off balance after a few days in my 20+ years of driving especially with the hybrid static and dynamic state of the art balancer. I will pick higher quality tires next time instead of buying the badyear (Goodyear) tires I have. If i knew I was getting used parts, i would have requested a slight discount for the mounting, it was a learning experience for me and something I will keep in mind going forward. After reading reviews on Google, yelp, and FB, it appears my negative experience was an anomaly and not reflective of typical day to day business.
