5 stars. Laverne was very patient with me - and very thoroughly answered all of my questions without mechanic jargon. Which, IMO, alot of mechanics don't do. I left knowing exactly what the problem was with my car, how the problem occurred, and how to fix it/avoid it in the future. Absolutely recommend Hurst Repair.

Ended up with 2 flat tires...Hurst was the closest repair place to me. I was able to inflate tires enough to get there and drop off for purchase of 4 new tires for my jeep. Everyone was very courteous and professional and they were able to squeeze me in to their busy schedule. Much appreciated! Wish more places were like this.

This company does not respect your time or value their customers. I made prior arrangements to bring in the vehicle first thing in the morning and they would do the work and return it ASAP. I called mid afternoon to check progress, they had not started. I said I needed the vehicle by a certain time and would be there for pickup. I picked it up but the work was incomplete.The work done was defective, and needed to be redone by a reputable shop. The brakes were falling off the vehicle.

Great and professional service. Accepts parts that you bring in. I would recommend this to all that needs work done on their cars and trucks.

Yesterday I needed to have a vehicle towed, I called AAA in berks and they send Hurst repair. Merle was the driver. He was polite, professional, and went above an beyond just showing up to tow the vehicle. Gold star! would definitely recommend these guys!!!

Great guys, really appreciated them calling and working with me when I didn't have my insurance paperwork in my vehicle for inspection, will definitely be getting all work I need for my vehicles done here.
