My son is a UPJ student, but our home is 2 hours away in Pittsburgh. After blowing the sidewall of his tire and denting the rim on his 2022 Ford Maverick, he was in need of help urgently. I called service and spoke with Tim who was kind, patient, and able to get the vehicle repair completed the next day. When I called back to thank Tim for all that he had done for us, he humbly said, 'If your son needs anything while he's here at school, just have him call me.' Honestly, there is nothing more valuable to me as a mom than knowing that Tim is there when I can't be.

Having made several purchases in the past and having dealt with Scott L. each time, I can make no stronger recommendation of the dealership. Driving 6 hours from NY is an easy trade off to not have to deal with terrible dealers in the NYC area. 5/5!

I took me vehicle here to have my window fixed. Another dealership in the area told me they couldn't reprogram my regulator and wanted me to spend hundreds more for a new motor. Everyone I knew said that it didn't make sense. These guys at laurel ford had my car but a few minutes and were able to diagnose the problem. The other dealership was wrong and these guys reprogrammed it for me no problem. They were professional and personable and I will definitely be going back for future vehicle needs.

My son called them about a warning light on his car. They proceeded to charge him 130$ for diagnostics that auto parts stores do for free and told him had faulty wheel speed sensor, ok Then tried to convince him there were other issues including a safety issue with a tie rod that was also causing abnormal tire wear. Luckily I taught him better and he called me before allowing them to do the work. No abnormal tire wear or tie rod issue when it had had front brakes installed 2 months and <1000 miles prior so had it looked at by ASE certified mechanic who verified no issues other than the faulty speed sensor causing the warning light.

People on the phone were extremely nice, and service was timely. They managed to squeeze me in when my car started overheating, but service was really expensive. Charged $100 for a new hose, and $200 to attach it. I'm not a car person, but the people in my life who are said this was ridiculously overpriced.

Got me the car I wanted in a short time. Friendly and accommodating. Would go back again.Had this vehicle now a couple years and really like it. Have only had to do oil changes and inspections all done at Laurel.Have always been accommodating and professional. No problems. Will go back for next vehicle.
