Worked here for about 3 weeks. Recruiter Dan was completely misleading about the over the road position. Told me orientation was 2 days I ended staying for 4 because they didn t receive drug test back in time. You will not be home on the weekends as he explains. You ll likely get 36 hours home if you re lucky. If you don t live within a hour from the facility you will have to figure out parking for tractor and 53 trailer over the weekend. 2500 miles/$1500 a week won t happen with how they run. I spent an entire day in the truck with no load dispatched because freight was bad that day according to dispatcher. Trucks are governed at 65MPH and all loads are HEAVY 40,000+LBs. Trucks are extremely slow which I thought was a safety hazard being that a lot of their routes are up and down steep mountains. You will run out of your 11 hours drive time or 14 hour work day which will prevent you from getting the miles they promise. Their GPS & ELD system s frequently failed while en-route which would throw off your route and mislead your logs. Staff however, is really nice and typically super responsive when your on the road.

Left this company and they didn t pay me my last check. DO NOT WORK HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT! Trucks are slow and all loads are paper so very heavy. They pick up and deliver to the worst places also. They will lie and say you ll be home every weekend when you won t. Again, DO NOT WORK HERE.

Recruiter is not a nice person Mr. Dan. So I been getting phone calls and text messages finally had the time to discuss the position with Dan so he is explaining and I'm asking questions and so the 1 question must of triggered him mine you all it is is a question which was so even if I have a physical they would make me take another one Dan then say oh well you don't sound interested I said huh how can you make that decision off a question and I tell him how can you say that I don't have a problem taking any drug test or physical I would pass with flying colors anyway then he gets mad and say good luck and hangs up. If recruiter is like this I could only imagine how the company is this will be a no go for me you all will make your own decisions just wanted to put this out there cause all that was very unnecessary as a recruiter he should learn which words to use instead of jumping to the gun off a dam question.

Just got off the phone with one of their representatives and I gotta say wasn t impressed. I ve spoken with a lot of recruiters and this guy was rude as all get out. I live 2 hours away from one of their yards and they don t hire people from my area. Oh well not mad about that. His attitude is what really turned me off about this place. My theory is if your recruiters are rude chances are the rest of your team is gonna be rude too.

ALERT THIS IS THE WORST company I ever worked for pay was terrible equipment was junk the dispatcher steve is a joke I heard he drove truck no clue how he couldn't Dispatch to save his life could only imagine how he was as a driver can't take 76 from breezewood to summerset but there routing in there Qualcomm took us that route they complain to you and nag about everything worst company I ever drove for please don't work there you will regret it

Applied to this company last year, spoke to Brian or Mike (can't remember his name) in recruiting, was given details of their operations, and to call next week if still interested. I called back everyday twice a day the following week but couldn't get through to Brian/Mike and had to leave many voicemails. A week after that, I finally got a hold of a female recruiter who then explained that they already hired someone else. If their recruiters don't communicate with potential candidates and I had to continually call with no callbacks, you have to wonder how bad the rest of the company communicates with its drivers including trying to get necessary info from dispatchers. Wouldn't recommend working with this group; also, their trucks are governed at 65 mph, was following an FFX truck yesterday for about 5 miles on a flat 70 mph stretch of I-80 in PA.

This is an awesome company. As in any job, your experience is what you make of it. You get out of it what you put in. I was always treated fairly and with respect. And felt like I was valued. It is still driving a truck, and that comes with it s own set of challenges. But, that being said, I have a lot of respect for the owner, management and dispatch.

They promise you weekends off but don't give them, working you away from family weeks at a time. Not very family oriented place to work and don't want to hear otherwise. Never would recommend this place as it will lure you in and backstab you later.

One of their employees talked about running over people with his truck. Very scary. When I approached the company about my concerns they blew me off completely.

They close early, but great place fast loading. Security guard was super nice he lets me parked overnight.
