Called and spoke to Dakota on the phone about a battery replacement. He gave me multiple options and was knowledgeable about each one. He scheduled my appointment for later that day. The service was quick and professional at each step of the process. Would not hesitate to use Wind Gap Midas again in the future.

This Midas was recommended by a friend. I needed an inspection and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Many places have you drop your car off and take all day to get things done. Not here. I showed up on time, they worked on the car right away. Decent waiting area on sight plus you can go eat nearby while you wait. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to help me get my phone charged as it died while I was there waiting. I witnessed the guy at the counter pay for his mother's car to be fixed when she said she didn't have enough money. Niice. I'll call them next time I need something done with my car for sure.

I have used this location for my last several cars and have never had a complaint. From making an appointment (I use the online system and hear back almost immediately, always getting the time/day I requested) to explaining what my car needs without being pushy about anything beyond the reason why I m there. Everyone I ve dealt with has always been extremely friendly and helpful, including once when I stopped with no appointment and two headlights out and someone quickly came out to my car and replaced the bulbs with ones I had and refused payment. Their professionalism dealing with those who don t seem to understand their cars is impressive as well, they are much more patient than I think I could possibly be. Definitely recommend.

The guys in wind gap, Pa were phenomenal on multiple occasions now. The only place open locally on Saturday it can't always be easy on them but they've always made it easy on me When I've needed them. Very much appreciated and can't be thankful enough for helping me out in a pinch!

Had a great experience with Midas. We had 2 cars that needed inspection. We are new to the area and Dakota was very professional and helpful! He answered all our questions and the techs were quick & neat! Highly recommend!

Midas in Windgap is without a doubt the ONLY shop I'd consider leaving my vehicle at!! I appreciate the respect and honesty and wonderful customer service provided from Jason, Joel, and Dakota and Mikey! Jason is very professional and cares very much about customer satisfaction, he is very knowledgeable and loyal and works with you to provide the best pricing. Thankyou guys for the safety and security I have daily driving a vehicle you serviced!

The guys here are really nice. Fixed my 88yr old dads car window that was stuck down ASAP. Needed the car since he can't get up in his truck for me to transport him around. Was done next day!They just seem all around happy, good guys and have decent prices. Never have had bad work done at this location. I take my car here for work as well.

Stopped into have the air pressure of my tires and top of wiper fluid before making the long trip home to MA. They took me right in, and fixed everything for no charge! So nice and I highly recommend!

Drop my car off for inspection . Tires were worn but not ready for new tires yet . Midas calls me and says three of my tires are chewed up! Conveniently they are having sale buy three get one free.then they said my wipers were bad I just put them on. Gave me a alignment my car now drifts to the left . Top it off when I picked my car they never put new stickers for inspection on car!!! They are liars and just want to run your bill up

I m a regular customer at this location and they just saved me a lot of money By informing me that the catalytic I need replaced is under a recall. The crew at Wind Gap are friendly, professional and always helpful. Thanks Jason and the whole team!

We ve been using them for years. They do great work, dont overcharge and they don t try to upsell. Whether we drop it off the night before or wait for it, they work quickly. Although they ll take the time to explain the work that s needed and why, they don t talk down to me assuming women don t know how the basics work. Grateful to have them so close by.

Needed my breaks done oil changed. Grateful for the staff squeezing me in last minute and still had me out at a reasonable time. Very helpful and understanding. Appreciated everyone! Definitely coming back

This is a great shop, that I've been to twice for significant repairs, a front end alignment and an A/C condenser installed. In both visits, the work was done properly, the cost and the expected time it would take, exceeded my expectations. I made my appointment with Dakota, who is great at customer service and Mike the tech that worked on my car, total rock stars. Thanks12/2/23Back again made an appointment for Saturday, there on time, was taken right away. Dakota is a great manager that leads a team of rock stars. They excellent work at reasonable prices.Services: Tire rotations, Auto A/C replacement, Wheel alignment, A/C installation & repair

After having had a very bad experience at the Stroudsburg Midas, I was a little nervous about going to the Windgap Midas. I called them up and explained what had happened at Stroudsburg and despite it being at the end of the day, Dakota said That never should ve happened! Come on down, and I will take care of your car! I was met with a huge smile How refreshing! Dakota was very friendly, professional, and kind. Neil fixed the problem quickly and made me feel so relieved. Jason came out to chat and was so gracious . I love the friendly can do atmosphere at the Windgap Midas!! I will be back!!

Update:3rd or 4th time bringing my car in, Jason & the tech crew are phenomenal!Great & honest bunch of guys!Last review:Honest! Great experience. They go above & beyong to explain things to you. Very nice front desk guys, manager was a really nice guy & their mechanics know what they are doing. They look like they enjoy their jobs. I would definitely recommend and will be returning.***Be sure to go online or call ahead for an appointment. They are really busy which is a good sign.

I normally do not give reviews unless they are positive, but my experience was unacceptable. 12pm apps for basic oil change. Appt made 2 or 3 days ago. Arrived at noon. Told him I would be waiting. He stated they were running a little late so I said I'd go across the street for lunch then CVS or something. Fwd 2.5 hrs later. No word. I called and was told they would be starting it soon, finishing in about an hour or so. I had no ride and plans for other things this afternoon. I had to take it back without the oil change. No offer of a discount or anything. And told the only appt that is ever on time is 8am. 2 guys were out today. Then tell me up front I can't wait for it. I would have rescheduled.

These guys did us right. Firstly, during a routine inspection, they discovered we needed new tires. We suspected this would be the case, so for Cooper tires, 65K mile, we paid just shy of $1000. That included front-end realignment, oil change, and inspection. A little over a week later we realized we had a problem with the rear, passenger tire as it was not holding air. I didn't see anything, but we went back today with no appointment. Within an hour we were on our way. Here it turned out we had a roofing nail stuck in our brand new tire. No charge for the fix. (THANK YOU DAKOTA!) If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Very happy with the service and the locally owned business experience.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Horrible customer service ! Brought my truck in for an alignment. Got it back with a crooked steering wheel and shake at 45 mph. They refused to fix the issue. They wouldnt even drive my tuck to see how it drove !! I went to Kost Tire down the road and my truck drives straight and no more shaking !! Midas blamed my tires, my new parts not being greased and anything else they could think of. Kost Tire fixed the issue quickly and stated the alignment was way off !! Do not go to Midas in Windgap !!!!
