They were great! They called my husband and explained everything that was wrong and what they needed to do to fix it. And, it was all done in a timely manner. We highly recommend them!

Had my Jeep and niece's car in for inspection. Tracy was great at getting scheduled quickly and conveniently. Chuck who did they inspections did a great job, found a minor issue with my niece's car that needed attention and was able to R&R it quickly so we had no downtime. I recently had the pleasure of working with Ken's Auto Repair, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed by their service. The team went above and beyond to make my life easier, and I couldn't be more grateful. The technician who worked on my car had a wealth of experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles, which made me feel confident that my car was in good hands.When I needed to replace the entire differential in my car, Ken's Auto Repair provided me with a fair price, which I appreciated. But what really stood out was how quickly they got the job done. This review is about much more than low price or good service. Ken's Auto Repair reassures me that there is hope for humanity! Integrity and fair dealing is a rare gift among businesses, and when you experience it, it deserves an over-the-top review.The situation: I made an appointment for my fiancee's truck to be serviced. She only has one vehicle and many commitments, so it needed to be a one day job. I had admittedly unreasonable expectations regarding how much time it would take, and Ken's had trouble getting a part on time, so it didn't get done on my timeline.I talked to Ken and let him know my dissatisfaction. I miscommunicated; we talked past each other and I left thinking that I would not be back.Ken went back and investigated the details of the situation. He called me later that night and went far above and beyond to make the situation right.It goes without saying that his crew's work on the truck was professional and his prices are fair, but the point of this review is that Ken brings something to his business that goes beyond that.I am grateful that honest people like Ken are still in business, and I will make it a point to bring every vehicle I own for service at his place.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

Had a really nice experience at Ken s Auto Repair today! I was visiting my father down the road when I noticed my tire pressure going down rapidly and realized there was a chunk of glass in my tire.. I needed to get home to NJ so I pulled into Ken s and talked to Brandon.. wow! What a nice guy! He stopped in the middle of his regular work and helped me out by plugging the tire for me and getting me on my way.. he did not want to accept any money for it but I tried to leave something anyway.. He did not have to do that and I truly appreciate his help! Not everyone is so kind in this world today but I would gladly give my business to Ken s anytime! Had a great experience at Ken s yesterday! I was traveling on Rt. 33 when out of no where a loud clanking noise started. I pulled off the first exit and happen upon Ken s Auto Repair. Brandon came out of the garage and asked if I needed some help. Within minutes he had figured out the problem, a huge nail in the tire tread, and got it out. Since he refused to take anything for helping I wanted to at least give him a good review.

charged me 50 to tell me they couldn t do my alignment after holding my car for 3 hours and not picking up the phone.

I just had a great experience at Ken s! I tried to fix something on my own and got as far as I could. I took the part to Ken s hoping they would be willing to help me. They did right away, and now I can get my work truck back on the road! I will be bringing both of my trucks to Ken s from here on out! Thanks again guys!

Ken replaced 1 cracked cylinder head with reconditioned head from local auto parts supplier. Vehicle left Kens with loud valve tap. Ken explained to me the valves were better loose than tight and if I did not like the noise I should take the car to Toyota because he did not have the proper tools to adjust valves. He said car was fine and I could expect to get another 250,000 miles. About 5000 miles and a little warmer weather the knock sensor alarms. The vehicle has no power now and can barely go up a hill. Ken replaced knock sensor, same knock sensor alarms before leaving his driveway. Ken suggests I make new appointment. Next it's the catalytic converter he claims is the problem. I took the exhaust apart and no problem with converters. Next visit he now claims I have an open in the engine control unit and now once again he suggests the car be brought to Toyota because they have to reset the computer. I bring the car to Toyota and they clear all codes but insist knock sensor and loss of power is due to loud evident valve tap in rebuilt cylinder head purchased and installed by Ken Fairchild. Toyota was asked to shim adjust problem valve however they claim gap on one valve excessive and no Toyota shim to repair. I was given an option to rebuild the head Ken installed for $4200. Or used engine replacement for $4900. Replaced engine. Ken obtained used engine and sent head in question out to independent repair shop who supposedly was able to properly adjust valves according to Ken. Toyota was notified and refunded a portion of the expense to replace engine. I spoke with original auto parts store whom supplied questionable rebuilt head and they agreed to refund full cost to Ken once he gave the head back. Went to Kens shop and he said he would give back the cost of the head if I signed a waiver I would not make any further legal attempts to recover any losses. Next minute he gets a phone call and now he says the head is his and this conversation is over. Get off of my property. This April 2016 my lawyer had notified me Ken had a lawyer send over a release to remove any reviews related to this auto repair nightmare and in return he would refund the entire purchase cost of the subject cylinder head.Since April he now claims he is having problems with his lawyer, he claims he will not return his calls. It is now the end of August 2016 and going on almost 2 years since I first brought my car to Ken Fairchild. He has not stood behind his work nor has he kept his word. Dealing with Kens Auto Repair has been an exceptionally bad experience

I was on Rt 33 on my way home and got a flat tire I got off at wind gap exit and made it to Ken's Auto They were so kind and took care of me change my tire with in no time at all.Thank you for your helpPattie

We thaugh that my berron s were bad but when Branden came to give me the bill. He only charged me $22 for my tire. He. Is so honest. I have been with him for over 4 yrs.Thanks Ken s auto. ShirleyBruderek

Been going to Ken's for years. Great mechanic and very reasonable on cost. Won't charge you for something you don't need like the big garages do. Won't go anywhere else.
