Mr Jackson was great, he truly cared about the job and did it fast. I hit a deer on the highway that messed up my car. -Mr. Jackson was great at communicating the issues and had a great attitude the whole time. Highly recommend this place. & I m so grateful and happy I found them! Mechanic always tell you exactly what is wrong with your car before they start the repairs. They are truly fair with pricing. Haven't taken my car anywhere else in over 3 years.

He s worked on every car I ever owned! Tony is a very professional and reasonable person he doesn t take advantage! When I take my car in he lets me know exactly what the problems are, and what needs immediate attention. Mr. Jackson was very professional and courteous. He worked on my 2012 nissan rogue and was very fast and extremely fair priced. He'll get all my business now. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a highly knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic.

Not only did he find out exactly what was wrong. That another mechanic told me wrong. He order the parts and did it while I sat outside waiting. A total blessing. Cause some mechanic take advantage of women. Not him! He gets all my business , friend and family. Mr Jackson is the truth.

So I took my car there to have it looked at after it was overheating and shut down I met Mr Jackson who seem like a very nice man at the time told him about a issue I have with a prior mechanic taking advantage of me and he seemed like he really wanted to help and offered to ride me to the store he always let me know that he thought I was a beautiful young woman but never anything too inappropriate one day I called I in the evening after work to get an update on my car because he had it for about three weeks and although he was very nice and friendly with giving me a ride here and there I wasn t really hearing much details about my car although he made me sign a contract like he was the owner of the shop (he lied he wasn t just an employee making ppl sign stuff) so when I asked him for an update on my car he said he would call me back he called me back at 11 o clock thst that night and was asking inappropriate questions about my undergarments when I told him to just focus on my car please don t ask me questions like that I m not into you like that (3xs my age) I appreciate you giving me rides but you don t have to if you think this is going to lead somewhere he seemed a little upset but understood the next day his whole demeanor changed I noticed a change in attitude I called him out on and said I will only call him for car related things he asked me if I would still have the money Friday I said YES just like we discussed in our arrangement he says ok then he called back a half an hour later and said to come get my car because he doesn t wanna deal with it (granted everything business related was still in place) and if I don t want to deal with him I ve called the owner (thought Jackson owned the shop) explain the situation and all he did was offer a weak apologyThe man Mr Jackson lied about being an owner and had me sign a contract then when he found out I wasn t Interested in him decided to stop working on my car in the middle of the repairs and just left me to get another tow find another shop and pay more diagnostic fees the owner doesn t care just told me to sue him and said he needs to learn. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE IVE HEARD JACKSON SAY HE WAS NOT GOING TO DO A WOMAN ANY FAVORS BECAUSE SHE WASNT CUTE. This shop is filled with old men who use this shop to prey on young girls

never dealing with this shop again i gave him 80 bucks to fix my ac he acted like he was gonna fix it to tell me i needed almost 800 to get it fixed when another shop told me all i needed was a charge for 100 never goin there again
