Received a promotional email, on November 1st, for a $50 fully synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Needless to say, I jumped at the chance. Scheduling was a breeze, and appointment just wrapped up. The tech (Jay) is awesome, especially his attention to detail. He definitely exceeded my expectations. Topped off our windshield washer fluid and added air to all tires. Even reset the oil change alert. Great job, guys ~ I m more than impressed! Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I highly recommend mobile service from Susquehanna Ford. The appointment was scheduled for 9:00 am and the Technician was right on time and finished in 45 minutes. He was polite and professional and did a great job! If I could give a 10 star review I would! Thanks for such great service!

Recently I booked a mobile service appointment for routine maintenance for the first time. The technician arrived promptly and got to work right away. He was in and out in a timely manner and left the driveway as clean as it was before his arrival. Would highly recommend for convenience purposes and quality.

I just had my 2018 ford explore serviced by Susquehanna fords mobile service. The appointment was easy to make. Communication was awesome. Gentleman came on time and was very professional. Service was done in my driveway very quickly. He pointed out a few things I may want to replace, but did not pressure me into anything. When service was over, I received an invoice which was able to pay online. I highly recommend this service. Thank you Susquehanna Ford!

Mobile service was professional, courteous, efficient and extremely convenient! The technician called to verify that his time of arrival was still convenient and let me know when he was finished. Invoice was emailed to me to complete the transaction. The small charge for the convenience of having the service completed while I worked was well worth it. I will continue to book any possible routine service though Susquehanna Ford s service department and choose the mobile option anytime I can.

The mobile service is amazing! Makes my life as a mom very easy - to not have to drag my 4 year old to sit in the dealership while my car is serviced is a HUGE help! Joel was super nice, on time, and had it all complete really quickly!Will definitely be using Susquehanna Ford again for my car needs!

This was the second time I used this service. Jay arrived promptly and completed the oil change & tire rotation right in my driveway! It took less than an hour. He was very polite & friendly. Joel communicated through text before and after the service. The process was efficient and seamless! I highly recommend this conveinent mobile service!!

Initially I was skeptical about the mobile oil change that Susquehanna offersI own a Boss 302 that I m very picky about who lays their hands onBut after getting the flyers and emails for over a year I thought, hey why not give em a chance2 guys showed up at my house today in a Susquehanna service vanThe van was well equipped to perform oil changesWith air lifts to jack up cars and trucksMany different blends of oils, tarps to go under vehiclesAnd pretty much all the tools needed to perform the tasksThe 2 guys were well dressed and cordial, not dirty grease monkeys that you don t want to even sit in your carThey arrived on time and changed my oil in just a few minutesCleaned up the area and after they left there were no signs that any work was doneReset my oil change reminder tooI give them a 5 out of 5Would recommend to my friends and familyThanks guys

The mobile service was great . They were able to preform my service very quickly. The technician was very informative and very pleasant. He welcome me to hang around while he performed his tasks kept me informed of all items he check. This is the second time/car Jay worked on this year and I will be sharing this very positive experience with my friends and family. If your time, effort and cost of going to a garage for these services, it is a real bargain to have them come to your location.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Everyone is professional, courteous and prompt. They do what you ask of them and they don t come back to you with other issues you should do. They do document what they have checked, but they don t call and say your tires are close , your brakes are close etc. Thank you

Susquehanna Ford provides mobile oil changes/service that come to your house. The scheduling department is great and Joel, my service tech was friendly and helpful! He called to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and then answered all of my random questions!

I ve never used their Mobil service before. However it was much easier and they kept in complete touch through the process. It saved a lot of time not having to go in to the dealership and the serviceman was just as professional, quick and efficient as if I went into the dealership. I highly recommend this service as well as their dealership!

We heard about the mobile service when we took our vehicle in for an oil change. Twice we had Garry do service on our vehicles using the mobile service. He was kind, professional, and on time. He kept me informed and verified he was providing the service we requested. This is such a convenient service. We are thankful for Garry and the mobile service provided.

Found out about this mobile service from the dealership and I was able to schedule the appointment sooner than taking it into the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. They arrived on-time and were very professional. I hope this service continues, it is a great customer based service built around the satisfaction for the customer. My service rep called me to inform me he was at my home to service my vehicle. He asked if I had any questions. I received a text to use if I had additional questions. I received a text when the service was complete and a pdf of my bill. This service is Great!

The technician was extremely polite. He told me the service would take 45 minutes to an hour. He was extremely accurate in his timeframe for the service. There was no mess left over from the service and I will absolutely use the mobile service again. also, extremely easy to make a payment. Excellent service! We love having the option of using mobile service. Very convenient and you don't need to worry about making adjustments to your schedule since they come to you. Joel and his team are great with their communication about the arrival of the service truck/technician and details about the services. Also love that I get rewards points through my Ford Pass account! Full oil change was covered today by my points!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I have had trouble with my Expedition transmission since it was under warrenty. I had it in to other dealers (Chapman NEVER AGAIN) who did nothing to solve the problem. Susquehanna made an attempt to fix but failed. Luckily I had an extended warranty but it was only good for $80 labor charge. I had to pay the difference which bill was around $2000. Had to take it back for the same thing and they want to charge $150 diagnostic fee. My son pluged in his $50 reader and saw the codes. I know the dealership only services the vehichle put you should have some expertise with the FORD name out front. Service manager was helpful to try and get warranty company to do more work but after 10 attempts for the same thing I have lost faith in FORD.

Mobile oil change is a game changer for me! I can't tell you how much time and energy this service saves me. They take care of absolutely everything! I don't know how I have functioned without this. They'll come to your house but my car sits at my office for a significant portion of each day. Not having to leave my desk to get the oil changed is fantastic!Service: Oil change
