Susquehanna previously replaced my son's tires such that he had less than 10k mi on 2 and 12k on the other 2. Most recent visit for inspection required that all 4 be replaced. Susquehanna would not credit him for the tires they had recommended and stated that the vendor doesn't warranty them. He only had 10k miles! It took them 3 days to replace the tires so that it would pass inspection and 3 weeks to get back to me that the tire vendor, Falken, would not credit me (stated would have provided a credit for new Falken tires...but since that was 3 weeks later and had different tires installed, could no longer do that). Susquehanna originally informed me that this was due to the alignment being out but the prior visit they performed an alignment check which reported fine. Their initial response to that was that sometimes the machine is inaccurate.They then later informed me that no, they were just worn all around. Really?? Something doesn't add up there. Susquehanna chose not to make this right, not to provide me a credit/reimbursement, and so will lose my business and result in my writing this review. My advice, find another place to have your vehicle serviced.

Sold me a Ford certified car with a bent wheel. 6/7 and almost irreparable. (150 pt inspection not completed properly)Made mention of weird ride on test (not able to determine issues myself)Located too far to bring it back, they wouldn't cover the bill for the wheel..If you wanna work with honest people, go elsewhere. Calling FORD directly on this one. Unacceptable.

We bought our F-250 because we were treated very well. No pressure at all. They gave us the facts on the truck and did not pressure us. Glad to say we bought a Ford. This is our second truck we bought which is an F-350 dually XLT at Susquehanna Ford and I'm glad they are a local dealer. Even the second time around was a great experience.

My car wouldn't start, it was in their shop for 4 days before they looked at it to tell me the battery just needed to be charged. They never have a loaner available for those unexpected services . Bought my car in May and it already needs a new fuel pump.

We bought a used 2019 F-350 Super Duty Crewcab 4X4 pickup truck from them last summer, and expected the worst, as usually buying a used truck is a questionable transaction, but Jonathan Wiley and the team at Susquehanna Ford were super nice to deal with and the Ford Pickup was solid and trouble-free, exactly what they said it was. I can fully recommend this dealership, this is truly a five star dealership, a great place to do business with!

Needed some brake work done on my vehicle, an inspection, and a recall. Was able to get in, in a reasonable amount of time and got a courtesy vehicle, which was amazing for a single father. The work was done right in a timely fashion and I was very satisfied. Was also advised about work needed in the future and was not in any way pressured into something. Very happy, and found our new service home.

I used the mobile works service for my Ford vehicle. Jay showed up on time and completed my oil change & tire rotation right in my driveway. The invoice was texted to me at the conclusion of the service and start to finish was just over an hour. This service is so convenient!! Highly recommend!

On a two week vacation to this area with our motor home and needed a much needed tune up. Local repair shops and RV dealers wouldn t make the repairs. One shop suggested, since it was a Ford engine, that we try Susquehanna Ford. Upon entering the shop, I was greeted by Merek who wasn t sure they could handle a motor home. After explaining where the engine access panel was, he asked the service manager, Jen, if they could give it a tune up. She said, yes, shouldn t be a problem . We set up an appointment, and when the tune up was completed, the motor home ran like a charm. I thanked the mechanic, but I didn t get his name. I hope, if management reads this, they will recognize the three (3) employees who are a great asset to Susquehanna Ford.

I purchased my truck at Susquehanna Ford and have had all my maintenance done there. Scheduling is hit and miss. Don't bother trying to schedule online. I booked an appointment and later found out they couldn't service the vehicle that day (only after I had called before the appointment). My last appointment I was going to drop off but was told it would only take 45 minutes, so I decided to stay rather than use the shuttle home. I ended up waiting over 2 hours with no updates during that time. I think there is a rewards program but it's never mentioned and I don't ever seem to get discounts. The new facility is nice but there is no complimentary car wash or interior cleaning available. There is coffee and water available for guests but no snacks/vending machines.

Amazing team, I flew in all the way from St. Louis, MO, because of Rod's honesty a helpfulness in making this purchase as easy and as fast as possible. The team was very hospitable and I felt welcomed the entire time. I'm glad I visited PA, I love my car!

My experience was met with real gentlemen at the dealership. Unfortunately I had not come to purchase a car but rather I was cycling a large distance and just needed to stop for a break. The salesmen all offered some snacks and directions for the nearest restaurant and town. I couldn't thank them enough for their help. I can imagine them behaving the same way to their consumers at this dealership. Thanks again.

Recently bought a used f350 from them. The salesman was very nice and thorough with the whole buying process. The vehicle had failed my home state inspection but the sales and service team have been working with me to get the issue resolved. Susquehanna Ford stands behind their name and reputation to do anything to make sure their customers are taken care of and satisfied! I would absolutely buy another vehicle from them again!

I purchased a 2020 Ford Escape from the dealership. When I sold the car I had a very difficult time getting a hold of someone from the finance department to help me cancel my extended warranty and GAP insurance. I called over 4 times and left messages, always hearing they re out of the office . I was finally provided with an email account to the finance department. They were very short in their response stating I could cancel myself . You think after all I went through they could be considerate enough to help me through the process.We always got our service done here as well. Will not be returning.

The store is beautiful and very well kept. Sales and service staff are friendly and personable. I was able to schedule service easily online and had no issues dropping off my car and waiting on it. They even offered to come to me for the service (work or home).

Fantastic experience with Neil getting recall related damage repaired on my Raptor. Another local dealership was uninterested in doing the work, and Susquehanna stepped up and helped get it completely fixed by Ford

Took my car there for state inspection and oil change. I waited over two hours a $121 labor charge. As my wait approached two hrs a service manager came and informed me that my car needed wiper blades. I asked what the cost was and he said $50 which is outrageous. Still waited 20 minutes for completion. Needless to say I purchased the car there and have regularly gotten it serviced there even gotten their works service along with inspection and wasn t charged as much and faster service. I don t recommend

Jordan in Service was super knowledgeable and helpful going out of her way to get us out of a frustrating situation we found ourselves in, needing a part that Ford no longer makes to be able to pass the annual emissions test ~ which meant we couldn't legally drive the car without it. We couldn't get the test b/c couldn't get the part to get the test. When a different dealership was not willing to help & told us "good luck", Jordan stepped up and solved the problem quickly. She got us a part exception waiver so we could pass the inspection and get our sticker. They were able to get us in promptly and made us feel valued. Thank you for your exceptional customer service!

The entire process from ordering my Mach-E to taking delivery was flawless!! The staff at Susquehanna Ford was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The sales manager, Jonathan, was fantastic to work with!! I highly recommend Susquehanna Ford!

Great experience. Traveled over 2 hours to get there. Rod, Brian, and John were great to work with. Very honest and fair. The vehicle we purchased was being driven by the owner. He promptly brought it in and had it cleaned and ready for us to look at and test drive. Fair deal on our trade. Will buy from again.

Johnathan and the team here were all very friendly and helpful. This is a no pressure atmosphere. I greatly appreciate the process, and there were no surprises when we took delivery of our truck. After reading online forums about other dealerships charging over MSRP, I was very pleased that they did not try to pull that on us after our long wait for delivery. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I was told to pick up my vehicle after a gas tank was replaced. THERE WAS NO GAS IN THE CAR!!!!! Took another hour and a trip to the gas station plus one experienced mechanic until I finally left the dealership. Service advisors did not have a clue how to deal with insurance companies and incorrectly billed me. They need to have more thorough training on this and get back to customer satisfaction. The whole experience was very exhausting. Would not recommend.

The team was great when we were at the dealership purchasing my husbands new truck. However, after about a month of my husband having his truck we noticed he had leaking in the floorboard. He tried reaching out several times to the sales rep with no return call or text. Once he wrote a 2 star review, he got a response. The dealership is taking no responsibility for the leak because we did not get the work done at their dealership. We do not recommend buying from here.

Utilized ford's pick up and drop off vehicle option. I thought that would be nice. BUT ,Left my Ford edge overnight, only after we finalized paperwork with Neil, to get a waiver for emissions, which we were told the following day, that we could NOT get. The part they ordered, for $360 , we found for $180.I last spoke with someone at 9 a.m. and it's after 11:15am, and my car is still not returned. I've called, and no one answered. Very disappointed .Edit* spoke with Neil at the service desk. Told him I needed my vehicle to take my son to the hospital ( ironically when I'm without a car) I was told his drivers are still out, and they'd return it when they come back hopefully soon.What I thought was a knowledgeable, dependable team, I realized was all smoke and mirrors.

I bought a car here in March and had a very nice experience with Rod. He was super helpful when it came to getting financing and he ended up being able to get a very low interest rate. I had a couple issues a few months after my purchase, but Johnathan was very helpful calling and texting to make sure we could get things taken care of. I appreciate his efforts and would recommend them if you're looking for a car.
