Great overall experience. Rented a storage unit and started moving my stuff in. Midway realized it was too small and they same day the were able to accommodate me with a bigger one.

I got the pleasure of working with Ann the manager of store space in willow street. She explained everything to me and signed me up right away for me to move in that day. It was so welcoming and inviting I am so glad I chose to go with S'more space storage for our families belongings till we find a home

Ann, the manager at the new Willow Street location, has gone above & beyond to help us. We had a stressful deadline to meet regarding a move of our home and Ann did everything she could to accommodate our storage needs and timeline, all while cheerfully apprising us of the grand opening if the facility.She does everything with professionalism & commitment and a remarkable customer-friendly attitude.With regard to the facility itself, we consider ourselves very lucky to be among the first customers at this wonderful, well-planned secure facility. It is convenient, attractive, safe, perfectly clean and competitively-priced.We couldn t be happier!
