Called to see if they would be able to make a repair to a tire that was leaking air. They were able to get it in quickly and had the repair done in about 30 minutes. They were able to tell me what caused the leak, which no place has ever been able to do in the past.

Went in with a slow tire leak, found out it was a nail in-between the tire tread on an angle, so the tire wasnt salvageable. The employees here are awesome. They brought me into the workroom and showed me the problem firsthand. Also I must add that they have a viewing window between the waiting area/showroom floor and the workroom so you can actually watch the work being done, which is a plus in my book. They quickly replaced my tire and had me back on the road in under an hour. I highly recommend Mavis Discount Tire of Willow Street for your tire needs.
