Very unprofessional experience. I went to this location to get a state safety inspection on my van. The key words in that sentence that you should remember is "state safety inspection". I emphasized 3 times while speaking to the person who checked me in that I only wanted a safety inspection. After about an hour and a half wait they came out and said your all done so went to the checkout counter to pay. When they have me the price i asked why so high and they listed the charges and and what services they performed. It thorns out that they did an emissions test and a safety inspection. I had already passed the emissions test at a previous shop in late January so I already had a valid emissions sticker before I arrived. It should be added at this time that I spent 10 year's as a safety and emissions inspection mechanic in Pennsylvania so I'm well versed in the laws surrounding the inspection and emissions program. So when they tried to tell me that it was law that that they had to put a new emissions sticker on I immediately told them that they are lying because neither manual has any such law written. At that time they tried switching to well it's our policy at which point I reminded them that even if they did have such a policy that it does not override the written inspection and emissions laws. I was told that the district manager would be calling me and I waited for another half hour before just passing the bill and leaving deciding to deal with it later from home. It's been a full day and the district manager still has not called. I've also called the company that manages this location and have not received any calls back. Come Monday if it is still not resolved I will be contacting the Lancaster County QAO for their lack of knowledge in the program so they can be properly educated.

The woman who works there is always very friendly amd knowledgable. I stopped in there the other day because I had a problem with my car wasn't sure if they could look at it but she was more than willing to help me with that when I found out that it was something that they did not take care of the manager there came over because he overheard our conversation and he still offered even though they didn't normally do that sort of thing to take care of it for me complimentary with no guarantee of course but I was very thankful as I was desperate at the moment. I am a regular oil change customer of theirs and I was very satisfied with the service as well as the customer service they are all very friendly people!

Very nice smaller business. Fixed my car very quickly with short notice and charged a very fair price. My husband has gone here for years. We appreciate that they are an honest business and do good work without trying to upcharge. We will keep coming back for business.Came back, Ivan was awesome and took us in last minute again and explained the problem to us. Super fast efficient service, great honest bunch of guys.

Pros: I was able to show up without an appointment for a state inspection; other garages in the area were booking appointments 2 months out. The employees were efficient and professional.Cons: commissions are a big part of employee compensation; they will try to upsale/nickel and dime for everything. Despite having quality name brand wipers that were 6 months old and worked perfectly, I was told both wipers are showing signs of wear and must be replaced to pass inspection. The replacements were 30 each. Six weeks post inspection, the driver side blade is leaving a large smudge/skipper in the middle of my field of view. The blades are thin, cheap, and flimsy. I wish I had my old wiper blades back.

Took my car here for inspection. They told me I needed front brakes. Two weeks later I started to have a slow leak in the front tire. They are under warranty at Mavis. Took it there and they ask who did the front brakes I said Jiffy Lube. They told me to come look at them. They were not the right brakes for the car. I could see they weren t the right ones. What the hell are you trying to have someone get into an accident? Never taking my car back there. If I didn t have a leak in the tire and didn t go to Mavis I would have never knew. Don t no one check the work that s being done at Jiffy Lube. This was so noticeable that anyone would have seen it. Don t get over on people.

Was initially concerned about how long it was taking to replace my serpentine belt but learned on check out that initially the wrong one was listed on the system they use for part identification...so they were waiting awhile for the correct belt to be delivered. Was relieved they figured this out and appreciated the explanation from Jonathan.

Yes! We had this done last week. Good prices (from my comparisons) and the folks who work here really know their stuff! They also went out of their way helping me gather paperwork, etc., I highly recommend this location! Oh and did I mention very minimal wait time? 5 stars and very knowledgable.

I got an oil change, slightly expensive, but the customer service was top notch. They were all delightful people. The only thing that went less than great is when he checked my filters the mechanic didn't put my glove compartment back together properly and I'm pretty sure he accidentally dropped the contents when he opened it up.However I am pretty satisfied overall with my experience.6 MONTH UPDATE: I have come to love this shop. The cost of their services is worth it. That oil change comes with fluid top offs till I'm due for the next one. My inspection today was done in 30min. The customer service is still Top Notch. They made a permanent note in my file to leave my air filters alone LoL. These are the good guys. Service: Oil change

This was my second time at Jiffy Lube and at this location. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff! Deplorable customer service. Will never return.I tried to pay my $145 bill via credit card and the card machine didn't work. Manager said it's given trouble before. Tried multiple cards, multiple times and tried to show him on my phone that I had the credit available. He let me take my car but threatened me with the cops if I didn't come back the next day to pay. He did this in front of my daughter.For $145 bucks? Seriously? Threaten with the police? Totally abysmal customer service in front of other customers. Completely unnecessary.

I will never take a vehicle back here not for an oil change or anything. I recently took my vehicle in for services an oil change and inspection, not only did they change every setting during the service the didn t return the settings as a result I now have a dead battery they refuse to take any responsibility. By their own words my 2020 shouldn t have passed if it doesn t have a fog light indicator. But yet their tech still passed it. It was a way for them to deflect the blame. As soon as I called in they were dismissive about the issue so I m dealing with it accordingly. It s simple the vehicle should be returned to the customer the same way it was brought into the shop.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Went for an oil change. Trash was left in my car and even on my windshield outside of my car. I was given a list of services that were recommended, several of which were not printed on my final visit summary even though I was told they would be. I had the strong impression they were trying to "upsell" me and get me paying for things I didn't actually really need.The oil change itself was quick. Price seemed a bit high, but comparable to others around; and the price may have been affected by current inflation rates.

UPDATE: Not only did they try and screw me yesterday (read below) but now my car is having engine trouble out of nowhere after they played around in there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They re dishonest and clearly incompetent.Don t bring your vehicle here! Ridiculous wait times, brought for inspection and they tried to tell me things I needed to have fixed to pass. None of them are requirements to pass inspection. Absolutely shady establishment. Do not waste your time.

I recommend this place. On 09/25/2023 for oil change, experience wonderful, everyone that worked their treated me with respect. Everyone did a hell of a Job. I LOVE JIFFY LUBE!!!!JIFFY LUBE THE GREATEST!!!!!

The service itself was fine, but I left feeling awful and embarrassed about owning an old car. My car is 23 years old and makes some loud noises. The one younger tech kept shouting Oh my God that sounds awful , cringing, and making faces at my car. Dropped my car off to get it inspected, go a call an hour later stating that it was done and that it had passed but some things could use attention and that they could take care of it. I opted out of most but had them complete a headlight restoration, price was cheap and I didn't have super high expectations as the headlights looked horrible taking it in. Picking the car up, the headlights look as good as new, they did a superb job on them. Very fast service and friendly. Will go there again.

"Steve" was horrible they broke my drivers side window "Steve" called me a liar ( even though the security cameras proved me right) "Brandon" higher position viewed said footage but still insisted that it couldn't happen !!! So beware !!! Unprofessional and customers are liars..... won't get my business ever again

I was in such a rush to get my oil changed and my schedule is so crazy. They tot me in and out in legit 10 minutes and still made sure I was aware of things I possibly needed to get done in the future. They vacuumed still and made sure fluids were topped all in a matter of MINUTES. Great customer service as well! They all worked hard as a team to get me in and out. 10/10.Service: Oil change
