My son hit a deer going to work. We hadn t used a body shop before so I reached out to some friends for referrals. I called every body shop suggested and after talking to Ricki at A&A there was no doubt where we would be taking his car. She was so patient and knowledgeable when explaining the process. She made me feel completely at ease knowing what to expect. She made dealing with insurance a seamless process. The timeline Ricki gave me was an almost perfect estimate. There was only a 2 day delay due to additional damage they discovered once the car was disassembled. Ricki kept me updated throughout the entire process via phone calls and was super kind when I called with questions. The quality of the work performed was top notch. He had extensive damage and the car we picked up looked brand new. If I could give A&A Auto Body 10 stars I would. Highly recommend!!

I took my vehicle to A&A for some very tricky-to-fix damage. The employees that control customer service (most notably Aaron and Rikki) are phenomenal and give fair and cheap estimates. Don't be fooled by their cheaper prices to think that their quality is worse, they do excellent painting and dent repair and in a timely manner!

I did not find them honest. I took my car in to change the AC compressor and in the process they broke my steering pump, they spilled the power steering fluid and allowed air in the system. When I took the car back they did a little work to try to fix it but basically said they could not and wanted to charge me to replace the steering pump. Over $400. They do not support what they do and you may end up paying for unneeded repairs.

This business does a remarkable job, from the time you are greeted at the desk to the final job. I am very grateful for having my car cleaned up and freshened also. Very friendly staff. A&A are lifesavers - not only do they go above and beyond to provide an excellent experience for their customers but the quality and timeliness of the work is top notch.I found A&A after a minor fender bender, and I was heartbroken. They brought me in same day, and buffed out the paint (luckily no damage), pulled out the dent, and fixed up the black plastic as much as possible. All of this was done within 30-40 minutes immediately after the damage occurred! At checkout, the gentleman doing the bodywork let me know the price to replace the plastic was super reasonable and once the parts came in it would only take another half our to sweep them out. Done deal!I can t express my gratitude enough. I avoided going through my insurance, didn t need to pay an arm and a leg, and it s as if nothing even happened.I will 100% keep A&A in mind for any bodywork I need in the future.

Unbelievable!Wednesday afternoon I backed into a dumpster breaking the taillight, smashing the rear window and putting a small dent in the rear hatch on the driver side of a Honda fit. I decided to give A&A Auto body a try as they had good ratings in Google maps. The estimate process was quick and painless, lasting less than 15 minutes.Friday afternoon the work was completed. I dropped my car off at noon and picked it up a little after 2. The pick up process took less than 5 minutes. So less than 50 hours after my accident my car was fully repaired.And, the best part was that the final bill was much less than they had estimated two days earlier.

A & A Auto Body and Repairs provided me with quality services far greater than I expected. After a minor, and literal, scrap with my garage I took my 2012 Explorer in for body, trim and paint repair. First of all, the damaged fender was repaired and painted to perfection. The wheel well trim was expertly replaced. However, beyond that, small nicks and wear on the bumper were also repaired, making the whole front of the car look like new. Very minor things, but the fact that the employee (artist) who worked on my car cared enough about the appearance of the bumper to touch up minor nicks means a great deal to me. A & A actually CARES. The car was washed, the wheels were cleaned and the front mats vacuumed. Incredible service. I would be remiss if I did not reference the front office team as well. Walking in I was greeted in a friendly, professional manner. Such professionalism extended to the scheduling of the repairs, follow-up phone calls and the final settling of the bill. I am a staunch supporter of this company and although I don't WANT to bang up my car, if I do it will go right to A & A.Service: Body & Trim

They got me in quick when my car had trouble - walked me through pricing and options. They were alsp very well priced. The car was in and out so quick, I was able to take care of it on my lunch break. I realize that's based on what needs to be done though. All my coworkers go here as well. They're officially my new go-to for my car.

Such an amazing and honest auto body shop. I brought both of my cars there for different repairs and they did a great job. They gave me fair and honest pricing and finished the job in a timely manner. The quality of the work is outstanding. I have body work done and the color was a perfect match. The mechanical work was great and my car was running like new. The walk out price was exactly like the estimate which is great! Highly recommend this shop! Best in town!!

Friendly, professional staff and employees..A & A Auto has kept my vehicles running and in good, safe condition for the past 10 yrs. They have always called and informed me of a possible change in repairs and the projected cost involved, with it being my decision to continue or not. Long story short...I had my little 2012 Mazda in for inspection. No issues and I drove it home that evening. I woke up to a dead battery and called A & A noting how odd it was that the following day the battery was dead. They were so helpful over the phone and organized the next morning to send out a crew, jumped the car, took it in to run tests. The battery needed replaced. They took care of it and had it delivered back to my driveway in less than 2 hours. Gave me the bill and I paid over the phone! Door to door service! Didn't need to leave the house...didn't need to find someone to drop me off and didn't need to wait in any waiting room. Top notch serviceService: Battery

They ve done work for me before and this was equally awesome despite challenges posed by the aluminum body of my truck.Absolutely no indication of prior damage. Paint matched/blended perfectly.They needed more money from my insurance and they took care of the paperwork to get it.I hope I never have to use them again, but if my vehicle sustains body damage, this is the only place I ll go.

I've been a customer of A&A Auto for 3 years now, and I don't plan on leaving. The ladies at the desk are super friendly and helpful, and the mechanics are extremely skilled, and HONEST. In the last 6 months, we have needed the services of A & A Auto Body 3 times! I have absolutely no complaints! Their prices were more than fair, one time coming in at half that the dealer estimated, their work is absolutely beautiful, Aaron was a pleasure to work with, and every other employee we dealt with was awesome too! I highly recommend this business!

A and A was recommended by my sister and brother in law after someone clipped the back end of my car. They were able to give a quote in less than 10 minutes, get my car in within two weeks, and helped set everything up. They checked and made sure everything was perfect before I left the parking lot. I'm really thankful for their hard work and care for my car. I highly reccomend them for car repairs.

I use A&A for ALL my car needs, this time was a turn signal that was getting ready to go out...I think. And it was. I usually set up an appointment because they are so busy, but because of my situation at the moment they allowed me to walk in and they fixed it while I waited. 15-20 mins, tops. They have "saved" my car in the past and I am very glad that I found an honest mechanic who takes care of my car like it's theirs. They actually care. From new bumpers to headlights and inspections, I will use A&A every time.

I took my car in for a rust spot repair about a week ago. It was just above the windshield, and it looks like I hit a rock off a construction vehicle at some point without knowing it, which made a small crater and scrapped the paint down to bare metal. Because of the crater and the angle of the spot, I didn t notice it for a long time because it s high up and only visible when walking straight at the car. So by the time I noticed it, it had rusted through multiple layers and the rust was spreading under the paint. It was going to have to be welded, and I knew it would be expensive. I also work day shift, so I couldn t take it anywhere to get estimates in personThe folks at A&A were very helpful and allowed me to text them pictures of the spot and work up an estimate that way, and allowed me to drop off and pick up after hours. They also finished the job sooner than what was expected, and I was able to pick it up a day earlier. For what all had to be done, their price was pretty reasonable. The rust spot and dent is gone and it looks like it never happenedHowever, I also had a nasty scratch in the side of my car. I got keyed at some point, and it was down through the paint to the primer. I hadn t gotten around to fixing that yet, but I didn t bring it up in the estimate because the repairs for the rust spot were already expensive. But when I looked at it the other day, the scratches were gone and the deepest part of the gouge had been painted over with touch up paint. That was never part of the agreement but they went above and beyond; and it never showed up on the invoice. That goes beyond typical professionalism in my book, and if I have need for any amount of body work in the future, I won t be taking it anywhere else.5/5

I have taken my car there twice and will be taking it a third time to fix the problem with my tire sensor. I will send an update when work is completed. So far not a happy customer. After my 3rd appointment for the tire sensor issue the job was finally completely. They did make it right on the 3rd try. If you don't mind leaving your car there for an AM appointment and getting it back at the end of the day. They do good work but my opinion they just don't Know how to manage their time.

A good body shop is hard to find. Some folks may give more stars while some may give less based on this particular experience, but here goes: I stopped by to get an appraisal for minor body work on my classic car. The owner was very kind and nice - quoting me $500 for everything. Two weeks later, we dropped the car off & they kept it inside, which I was very grateful for. Things were going so well that I was informed, when I stopped in, that I was only at the $200 mark (well under budget). Because of that, I also opted to have a minor blemish repaired on my hood while it was there being quoted that it too would cost $200 = so a total of $400 for everything (still under budget from appraisal just two weeks prior), which we shook in agreement. He said that it would be finished in two days. Two days came & went & was about to pick up the car. I thought it best to call just to make sure since I didn't hear anything. Turns out, some of the spots originally indicated to be addresed on the car weren't even done yet (good thing I called as perhaps they should have called out of common courtesy). I stopped by anyway just to see what was going on since we were scheduled for only two days of work, yet two days has now transpired into two weeks. The shop crew members were very professional & assured me that everything would be done by the end of the week. End of the week comes & I get a phone call that the car is finally done & by the way - the bill is just a few dollars shy of a whopping $1,000! So, we went from a price quote of $500 down to $200 then to $400 & virtually overnight somehow $1,000 (without any form of communication whatsoever). If they exceeded the $400 handshake agreement, don't you think that it would be a wise decision or business ethic to notify the customer, especially at $1,000? The paint crew (not management) informed me AFTER all of the work was done that anytime they paint a panel, it's automatically $400 (so why did the owner quote me only $200? Isn't he the manager of his own shop?). I needed my car back for an event & had to pick it up. After all, two days became two weeks. I explained to the receptionist this issue (since the owner went on vacation) & she & I settled on $650 instead. Because I'm not one to try & get something for nothing, I paid $250 more than what I was originally quoted. In the end, they ultimately fixed the spots, but my hood was not blended in very well (darker than rest of the car). And, ironically while I was there, a married couple was there to pick up / pay for their car & they too had issues with the bill stating that things were done that they didn't ask for & didn't feel right about their final amount thoroughly going over every detail - and good for them! Two main points of suggestions to A&A Body Shop: 1.) Maintain better communication with your customers. 2.) Provide better / far more accurate price quotes for body work (how can something be *THAT* far off that ranged from $400 to $1,000??). While I wasn't a business major in graduate school, I took enough courses & have enough managerial savviness to know that these issues can either make or break a company. For instance, if your shop truly did $1,000 worth of work, and you only quoted me $400, you just lost $600 for your company & word of mouth is everything - very crucial. Yet, you didn't take that big of a hit because I was kind enough to pay up to $650. You got lucky because how many people would be willing to do that? Yet, I never received a phone call from the A&A owners apologizing or at least try to explain and to make right this odd & totally bizarre experience for a first time customer looking to establish long-term business. Would I be a repeat customer? I'm sorry - unfortunately, no. A word of caution to potential customers of A&A Body & Garage: watch your total bill & go over every aspect of your car & what you're having done very carefully (plus it wouldn't hurt to stop in or call). As mentioned at the beginning of this feedback, "a good body shop is hard to find..."

A&A took care of a nasty key scratch on my passenger side doors and performed the PA inspection. Quick, on time turnaround and good work. Some body shops would have left compound in the corners or left a mess in the door jambs. A&A cleaned the car really well and it made a big impression.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I have stopped by on several occasions for various work from having custom parts installed to painting. This shop is extremely professional and they do outstanding work. Great to see a family business with people who actually listen and care about your opinion. I would recommend A & A to anyone I knew.

The wonderful ladies out front when out of their way to help me out super Duper sweet. The guys in the back did an amazing job my car looks like brand new I believe this business is 100% honest and a shining example of what customer service should be. You guys should all check them out !!!
