I ve been using Wayne for over 16 years now. I live in NJ and still have my car serviced by the Scott and the team. If it breaks down, I have it towed to them. Best mechanics hands down and glad to call them friends. You won t be over charged or anything, just expect great service and an honest opinion. Please don t hesitate for one second. I ll be very sad when they close and hope it isn t anytime soon. Mechanics like these guys are hard to find. Sorry for the long review, just really love this shop and can t say enough good things about them!

My family has been using Wayne's Auto since the 70's. This is the only place I will take my car. I trust them with my life. They are wonderful people! Wayne, Scott, Mike and everyone else there are amazing! I never have to worry about my car as long as I know these guys are the ones fixing it. Great prices, great service. Since the 1970s, my family has been a customer of Wayne's Auto. I won't take my car anywhere else but here. I put my life in their hands. They are lovely individuals! Everyone there, including Wayne, Scott, and Mike, is fantastic. As long as I know these guys are fixing my automobile, I never have to worry. excellent service and rates. They have my highest recommendation.

I went to Wayne s Auto for rotors and pads, wheel bearings, and an oil change. Scott was extremely professional and service was fast. Pricing was the best part of the experience as it was very very fair. I don't write reviews but absolutely had to this time! This was my first experience at Wayne's and these guys are AMAZING! I had the pleasure of dealing with Scott and he is truly wonderful! My situation was less than normal and he made it so smooth and as stress-free as it could have possibly have been. The communication, care and service are TOP NOTCH! I will never go anywhere else. My wife and I were visiting family in Willow Grove. When I tried to use my 3 year old Ram truck Monday evening, after starting it and putting it into gear, it was obvious that there was an issue with the motor. No indication of trouble while idling, but once it gear, the truck was riding very "rough".I tried to use the local Dodge Ram service departments, but none would see me on Tuesday but rather offered to "look" at it on Friday. Not acceptable as I had to return to SC to enable me to return to work on Thursday.I did a search and found Wayne's Auto Repair.Scott told me to drive over to their garage as soon as I could and they would look at my truck.I was there in 15 minutes.Despite all of their service repairmen working on other cars, Scott dropped everything and looked at my truck immediately.After running the "diagnostic", Scott contacted Wayne and explained my need for urgent attention. Not only was he sympathetic to my situation, he conducted an inspection of my engine immediately and found the issue.Squirrels had climbed onto the motor and ate through a wire that provided the electrical contact needed for one of the cylinders when meant that I was running on 5 rather than 6 cylinders.Scott found the required replacement wiring at one of the Dodge dealers. Wayne said that if I was able to go and get it for them, they would install it immediately.I borrowed my daughter's car, drove to the dealer, and returned an hour later.Wayne and Scott carried out the needed repair and I was on the road back to SC the next morning.I cannot praise Wayne and all of his employees enough. They are experts at their trade. Wayne is a very understanding gentleman who understands that not everyone who goes to his repair shop lives in Willow Grove and may need to be on the road immediately, as my wife and I needed to be.He made the time and effort to carry out my repair when I needed it as opposed to when they had the time.They made the time for me.I highly and without reservation recommend Wayne and all of his staff for your auto service and repairs. I feel that if you do so, you will. know that your car is being dealt with by experts who have compassion and understanding.I have no hesitation is recommending and referring anyone who needs their car to be serviced to go to Wayne.Thank you Wayne and all your employees for your help in our time of need..Service: General repairs & maintenance

Mr. Wayne is the go to mechanic, even if he is backed for a week or two he will still quickly check your car and care for it as if it is his own, hands down the best repair guys you can go to. Will be coming here and here only!

Moved far away from Willow Grove to Honey Brook Pa and still will ONLY use Wayne s for our repairs. We primarily deal with Wayne or Scott and both of these men are not only highly skilled technicians but they are great guys! They explain the process in detail and deliver at a very fair price! Lived in the area about 7 years and was very unhappy with the garages I took our vehicles to be serviced at until ..... Wayne's Auto Repair!Wayne and the rest will try to be honest with you and not try to fix things that don't need fixed. They are relatively quick and reasonably priced for the Philly suburbs (everything is higher here).

Ditto what others have said and more. Wayne is one of a kind. Honest, very reasonable and a great guy too! But please don't take your car to Wayne. He will get even busier and I then I won't be able to fit into his already tight schedule! ;-)

When my transmission fell out of my 04 Lancer, he fixed it for under $500 (included a new flywheel and starter - $250 alone). I feel any dealership would have said $1,200 before parts. He has also done small repairs over the years for me and my family. Highly recommended!

Their is a simple explanation to why their parking lot is always full of vehicles to be worked on. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and happy to help save you money on repairs even if that means sending certain jobs to the specialty shop. By far the most honest and accommodating shop around.

Fair, honest, and only does what needs to be done. He doesn't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need or try to replace things that aren't broken. I wish the whole world worked this way. We've been using Wayne for about 15 years now. My only criticism is that it can be hard to get through on the phone.
