Bill was amazing. He knew his "stuff" when it came to the issue with our transport van AC before he even saw it.He and his team went above and beyond for us. They were thorough and reasonable.Most importantly, he made sure our vans were a priority because we transport medically fragile children. Took my RV there based on a recommendation. Simple work: front brakes and fix the headlights. We learned later that the brake job wasn't very thorough. Nasty brake fluid was left behind. Since we don't drive at night, we didn't notice the shotty job on aligning the lights. Neither light hits the road. They charged $250 for parts (little plastic parts, not even lights) and labor that wasn't really there. They also took a week longer than expected, and lacked decent communication. If I didn't head out of town shortly thereafter, I would have gone back and demanded a refund.
