Our sales representative Chris was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole car buying process. He was responsive, professional and very personable throughout the entire process. He made the process seamless and smooth! Cannot thank him enough for guiding us to the best car for us. What seemed like a daunting task of purchasing a new car was made easy and comfortable by Chris and the entire team at Mazda of Abington. We cannot recommend them enough! And we are very happy with our brand new Mazda CX30!

Mazda of Abington is truly awful. I cannot be more serious about the life-changingly dismal, disgracefully bad service I experienced here. Mazda of Abington lost my car. No joke. Mazda of Abington had my car in for repairs from 8/11/23, 11:06am, until 11/17/23, 3:47pm. At one point when I called to find out what was the holdup, they told me that though they had found my name, they didn't think they had my car anymore. They called back days later to tell me they had found it, that it had been parked for weeks, that it had a flat tire and no paperwork. On 11/4/23, Pavel Sheleh contacted me to say he had taken over the situation and that my car would be repaired. When I went to pick up the car on 11/11/23, it shut off on us there in the parking lot, after we'd paid, before we could even leave. When I looked under the hood, the battery box cover was completely missing, and when I touched the battery terminal it came off easily in my hand, which should never happen, especially after my car being in for nearly 3 months for service. I told Rasheed what had happened, he went out to look. He apologized and said he had tightened it and it was now safe to drive. The guy behind the counter said this to me. I told him, that was not the issue with the car, just an unfortunate off-shoot of their incompetence. I said the car shutting off is the reason I brought it in - you have not properly diagnosed the problem. He took the car back and said they would get to the bottom of it. I got the car back on 11/17/23, still without the battery cover, which I had requested by email be replaced. In the end I was too emotionally distraught and just wanted to get my car away from them. I spent nearly $3,000 without remotely coming near to handling the issue I'd put the car in for. Today is 1/26/2024, and my car wouldn't start, precisely because of the same issue that I had brought the car in to Mazda of Abington to be diagnosed and serviced for. I don't usually post reviews and feedback online, but I couldn't let this unbelievably terrible experience go by without somehow airing it out appropriately. Good luck if you bring your Mazda in for service here. They are incompetent to a remarkable degree and embarrassingly unhelpful. None of the folks involved should be allowed to work in this industry. Including the cashier who collected our money like it was a problem to split the payment up between credit cards. Some of us are out here working too hard for our living to be insulted with an experience like this.

I recently bought my new car at this dealership. Isaac was my salesman and he was great. He was patient answering all my questions and thoroughly explained all the features of each car to help me pick which trim I wanted. I went to many dealerships and worked with many salesmen and Isaac really was the best. I would recommend everyone looking for a new car to come here.

Everyone at this dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially, Jalen, the salesman who helped me out with my new CX-50. He was super knowledgeable about the car and very easy to talk to. I was nervous stepping into the dealership as this was my first time buying a car but Jalen quickly made me feel welcomed. If anyone I know wants to buy a Mazda, I will definitely recommend Jalen!

Got my car here and Issac Lee has been great! The process was very smooth, with no pressure. Originally came in to do a test drive and was impressed with the Mazda cars that I ended up buying one! Issac was super helpful with answering my questions and the purchasing process went smoothly.Would recommend getting your car here!

If you know what is best for you and your car do not take your car here to get serviced. You would think being a Mazda dealership they would have high standards of quality and would know what they are doing? You couldn t be further from the truth. I took my 2022 Mazda CX-30, which I purchased from this dealership, to get a regular oil change and tire rotation on June 19th. I bring my car back home later that night and there is white smoke pouring out from under the hood. I open the hood and lo and behold the oil cap is missing and there is oil splattered all over the engine and on the underside of the hood. I find the cap sitting on the front ledge of the hood. Thankfully it wasn t missing altogether. I am very grateful nothing more serious happened but this is overall a HUGE safety hazard and something that could possibly cause lasting damage to my car.I have called numerous times, both sales and service department and anytime I call it goes to voicemail. The one time I did get a person they transferred me to a manager and it went to their voicemail instead. Overall horrific experience as this is my first car so please do not take your car to this service center.UPDATE:Still dealing with the same issue. I have had a rental car for the past month and I have both Jim as well as Asif s phone number and they do not respond or call back. I have called numerous times over the past week to get this resolved. The front desk staff is very rude and unhelpful. Anytime I call I just get transferred to their voicemail. They will be happy to sell you a car, but once they mess up and ruin your car they will leave you out to dry.

I just want to give a huge shout out to the amazing team at this dealership. Issac, Chris, Mark, and Judson were all professional, courteous and knowledgeable. There was no pressure at all. The process went super smooth and everyone was great. Being a Military veteran I can tell you that this team has it all. I definitely plan on coming back to them whenever my car needs arise. Excellent dealership.

For me purchasing a car was an exhausting experience. During my recent search for my new car, I visited several dealerships in the Philadelphia area, including Mazda of Abington. But, upon my arrival, I noticed the clean, well-organized display of vehicles and the attentive staff.Gregory (Greg) was my salesman. He took the time to answer my questions and help me to find the right car for me according to my wish list. Greg showcased profound knowledge about the cars and answered every query with patience and expertise. It was clear that he was not just trying to make a sale, but genuinely wanted to ensure I found the perfect fit for my needs.Even though I was not able to finish the purchase that day, he was still kind and radiated professionalism and dedication. He made sure I stopped by and talked with the sales manager before I left, but I never felt uncomfortable or pressured to make the purchase.In the end, I could not get the amazing car that Greg found for me. However, I am very thankful for all his help and patience. Greg made the process a little easier for me. That is the reason I writing this review because I want to highlight his dedication and excellent customer service skills.Therefore, if you go to Mazda Abington looking for your next dream car, make sure you ask for Greg!

I Couldn't be happier with my experiance at Abington Mazda! Chris P., my sales person was fantastic, he was attentive, wonderful to work with, and easy to talk to. Chris got me into the car I wanted, a beautiful new CX-50 Turbo. Along with Judd the Sales Manager, they worked out a fantastic lease deal, and I couldn't be happier. I also need to mention Eric the Finance Manager, made it an easy paperwork process, offered some great add on's, with zero pressure.This is our second lease from Abington Mazda, I find they come in considerably lower in cost than other Mazda Dealerships in the area.This is a really nice dealership, with a large inventory. The staff seems super friendly, an all around great experiane.If your looking to get into a new Mazda, I say give them a call, ask for Chris, and you'll be in a new car in no time! Zoom-Zoom...

Zero stars if I could!! My daughter went to see a used car there yesterday. They were too busy to give her an estimate on her trade in so she made an appointment for this morning at 8:30 am. When she arrived, they didn't know why she was there and made her wait. By 10:30 am she still didn't have her value for the trade in. She finally got it after 11:30 and had her payment ready by from the bank by 12:30 pm It is now 2 pm and still no paperwork to sign. She now missed a 2 pm appointment that she told them she needed to be at. They have made excuses that they are busy, short staffed, out issue etc. when pushed. Yet people are standing around talking and customers wait. So many other better Mazda dealers out there!

Overall, I had a positive car leasing experience, but there were a few drawbacks. The staff was nice, informative, welcoming, knowledgeable, and considerate. The new showroom is also very impressive. However, the wait time for financials was long, and I was frustrated that the finance manager discussed my payments before checking my credit score and getting a complete picture of my financial situation.Here is a more detailed breakdown of my experience:Pros:Nice people: The staff at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the leasing process in detail.Informative: The staff was very knowledgeable about the leasing process and the different vehicles that were available. They were able to help me find the right vehicle for my needs and budget.Welcoming: The dealership had a very welcoming atmosphere. I felt comfortable asking questions and exploring the different vehicles.Knowledgeable: The staff was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles that were available. They were able to answer all of my questions about the features, performance, and fuel economy of each vehicle.New showroom: The dealership had a new showroom that was very impressive. The showroom was clean and well-organized, and the vehicles were displayed in a way that made it easy to compare them.Considerate: The staff was very considerate of my needs. They were flexible with their time and worked with me to find a leasing deal that I was comfortable with.Cons:Long wait time for financials: The wait time for financials was long. I had to wait over an hour before I was able to meet with the finance manager.Should discuss an individual's payments AFTER checking credit score NOT before: I was frustrated that the finance manager discussed my payments before checking my credit score and getting a complete picture of my financial situation. Payments are based on credit scores, and it is frustrating to discuss payments without having a complete financial picture.Overall, I would recommend this dealership to others, but I would suggest that the dealership reduce the wait time for financials and that the finance manager discuss an individual's payments after checking their credit score and getting a complete picture of their financial situation.

Isaac treated me and my husband so well. It started with him following up immediately in text and it continued when we came in. He made sure we got to learn about all the cars we were interested in and test drove the ones we liked. Next he answered every question we had and never applied any pressure. Truly, I felt safe, heard and wanted to buy from him. Once we picked out the car, we were informed of all our financing options and insurance. Every staff member took their time and truly treated us like family. I m so grateful that this is where we made this purchase. Shout out to Judson who made sure to introduce himself and wave of us in our brand new CX-5.

Would rate 0 stars if possible. Incredibly unprofessional and rude staff. Had to wait 4 hours to finalize the car I had already put a deposit down on and had an appointment for. The sales manager blamed the wait on my family for being late even though we arrived to our appointment on time (they got the appointment time wrong even though we had it in writing). Mazda had a 4.9% financing deal that the financing manager was unaware of and tried to have me sign a 8% rate and he was insanely condescending. Avoid at all costs. Isaac the sales rep was amazing and I felt terrible for him.The team only became understanding/apologetic when we threaten to cancel our deposit payment and leave with our check.UPDATE: somehow it gets even worse. After contacting the general store manager this morning we were made aware that our down payment check for $18,000 was put on another customers account and the issue has still not been fixed. The manager also admitted that although Mazda has these deals the dealerships do not have to use them because the banks they go through will give the dealership more money if they charge the customer a higher rate. A complete unprofessional and scam of a place. You are better going to a shady we buy used cars dealership on the side of a random road.

Truly buying a car can be a very stressful thing. However Jalen and the rest of the crew really made me have an enjoyable no pressure experience. Truly the service was exceptional. I have worked in various forms of customer service for over 20 years and truly Jalen and the team at Mazda in Abington displayed wonderful customer service without the harsh sales tactics that can take place at car dealerships. I truly will recommend them to my friends and family.

Always have a dreadful experience at this particular dealership w the games and (ring-around-rosy). The front desk receptionist (ROSE) is an empathetic liar in regards to if Judson (Area Manager) is available or not, Judson is a liar if he s on vacation or not. The whole facility comes up with unnecessary lies as if I was the regional manager. To add on, If a customer purchase a low quality brand new Mazda, and there a a mistake within the company, that is not on the customer behalf. Whereas, the customer issues should be resolved asap. Please avoid this dealership if you re seeking hassle free customer service. I urge you, please be careful while visiting this dealership, Only go for small repairs such as a flat tire and that s that!

A recall was present on a car we were in process of buying. At time of purchase we were informed of the recall and told the car was unsafe to drive. We were informed after they had our family in the car for a test drive. They handled the whole situation poorly and were dismissive of the concerns.

I was recently in for state, inspection, emissions inspection, and annual service. There were some issues scheduling my appointment, and with the Servise I was quickly contacted by number of employees, including the service manager(Patrick Clark )with whom I spoke he offered to go above and beyond what was necessary to correct the issues that I experienced. Everything was resolved to above my expectations.

This is my second visit to the dealership in three months for scheduled appointments, and it's been a bad experience both times. The people up front are pleasant, but the shop seems to be chronically shorthanded. On the first visit (8/1/23), I was assured that the work would take 2 hours. It took 4 because "someone didn't show up." Today's visit (11/9/23) was supposed to take an hour and it took more than 2 because "we only have one inspection mechanic." They knew they were shorthanded. They easily could have contacted me beforehand to advise of the delay.

Would be zero if it was an option!All the bad reviews that are listed are the same things that happened to my son and I. They haven't looked to fix or change anything that they have told other customers they would work on fixing and making better and they haven't. This is the worst car dealership I have ever been to will never go back and recommend going somewhere else! 4 days and cash deposit in hand and still can't close a deal is embarrassing for a business in abington!

Dorian assisted us in purchasing a vehicle for our teen sons. We started with a very broad interest, especially since our teens are newer to driving and novices at purchasing and had no idea what they wanted. He was patient while we contemplated. And even when we made a last minute decision to switch from a CX-30 to a CX-5, he simply nodded and said no problem. The carbon edition CX-5 even offered the rare feature my son preferred red seats! A very tense few days was finalized with ecstatic teens and a happy Mom & Dad! Thanks!

I purchased a car from this dealer last year, and there have been nothing but problems since then. Within 3 days of getting the car, I noticed a horrible grinding noise whenever I used the brakes. While I took the car to the dealership multiple times, each time they told me they could not detect any issues. They simply replaced a random part and sent me on my way. A year later, I am still experiencing these issues with the car. Today was the final straw when I went in for a routine oil change and inspection. I made the appointment over 2 weeks ago, and when I got to the dealer, they said that there was no record of my appointment. The front desk was completely unhelpful and said they couldn t do anything to get my car in until at least next week despite this being their mess-up. While there, I was interrupted multiple times in order for the man to answer the phone despite another person being at the front desk. No solution was ever found, as the front desk was overall completely unhelpful. I will not be going back to this dealer or recommending it to anyone else going forward.

Even though it seemed to take a long time to get my new vehicle, these people were phenomenal. Not only my salesperson but his manager and the Financial Manager were excellent! They came in on their day off to make sure that my needs were met. They went above and beyond what they had to do to give excellent service. Although I have only had my vehicle for a week, everything seems great and I have already told several people about Mazda of Abington, Jalen, Judson, and HP, and I've told them to ask for them specifically. Thank you Mazda of Abington, you have made my first car buying experience a great adventure.
