I recently purchased a Defender 90 from Land Rover of Willow Grove. My sales rep, John did a great job explaining the multiple models and features of each defender in order to help me get the exact model best suited for my needs. He then proceeded to check every Land Rover dealership in the country to insure I got even the right color. He really did a great job making sure I was satisfied and was committed more to getting it right then simply getting the sale. I appreciate that and him. The experience was completely satisfying! One would think when your spending that kind of money that level of service would come standard well don t get me started on my experience with a different car dealership before this one! Trust me these guys at Willow Grove are worth a look!

I have had excellent experience at Land Rover Willow Grove dealership.This is my second vehicle I purchased from this dealership location. This time Ryan Vargas sold me my 2024 Defender. When I couldn t make up my mind between the 2 door or 4 door Defender Ryan was so patient with me and had me test a few trucks just to make sure I could make my decision. He wasn t pushy or tried to force me in my decision. I would definitely recommend Ryan and hope he will still be around when I make my next purchase.

My salesperson Bill was great. Very quiet person, knowledgeable and had an answer for every question we had. We had to wait 2 years for our new car but at least we got what we wanted and with more features in it.

I just purchased another Range Rover from Land Rover Willow Grove and start to finish it was an entirely pleasurable experience. Bill Marshall was my sales person and was extremely nice, not pushy and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here.

I was happy about the recent service as the service manager this time made us aware that our oil had not been changed at the last service appointment. Our Land Rover was making a large, loud, grinding noise, likely because the oil wasn t changed prior to this visit. I ve been going to this dealership for many years, and they always seem to try to find more than what s actually wrong with the vehicle. I would like a little bit more transparency, honesty, and less expense for simple tasks that need to be completed.

I wanted to express my deep dissatisfaction with Land Rover both as a unreliable vehicle as well as the poor customer service I have received from this center.It is disheartening to have purchased a high end vehicle that is suppose to be top-notch in terms of performance and dependability , to only encounter problems.The service department fell far short of my expectations. I had difficulty getting in touch with your representatives and felt that the customer-friendliness/accomodations were lacking. As a customer , I had expected a higher level of support and assistance from a company such as Land Rover.

Jon McGeehan made our car buying experience fun and easy! The majority of paperwork was proactively completed with clear direction to make our delivery day go quickly and smoothly. The team at Willow Grove took excellent care of ensuring a beautifully presented car upon our arrival, the finance manager did a wonderful job ensuring we understood the required paperwork, and the conditioning team were happy to fix any remaining small imperfections due to fingerprints. This is my second Range Rover that I purchased from Willow Grove Land Rover, best dealership I have purchased cars from. Ryan was a fantastic salesman, wasn't pushy and worked with me throughout the entire process, even though he was extremely busy that day. Kimberly the Finance Manager was the the best, extremely knowledgeable and made the finance process simple and easy.

I recently purchased a CPO (Certified Pre- Owned) Range Rover from here. This dealership signed off on several items on the 165 point extensive checklist which still aren t functioning as of today. Perhaps it was ok during the inspection but changed or a quality control issue with service. Many items should have been caught before I pick up car. GM, Service Manger, Used Car Manager, and salesmen all sent different reports to me with missing pages of the inspection. I eventually got it after 15 emails. This clearly indicates that they don t pay attention to details. This would explain the items on the list not being properly inspected or the service that was done to make it CPO compliant was not done properly.I m a seasoned Combat veteran with over 23 years of service, so I pay attention to detail, perhaps they can hire someone that does!I would caution anyone from getting a CPO car from this dealership!Pictures: The zip ties are from me to prevent further damage, glove box was destroyed (they had it in their report but never fixed it- tried a local repair guy versus Land Rover OEM Part (another CPO failure per literature)

Very positive start to finish. Worked directly with Jon McGeehan in sales who was incredibly straight forward and professional in his dealings with me and remarkably knowledgeable about the vehicles characteristics. Also found Jenny in finance (I didn t lease or finance) but very efficient in finalizing all the paperwork.All quite positive and well worth the two hour trip to buy the vehicle from them.

Service with a smile and professionalism. Steve assisted me by formulating the best solution for tire replacement from an unexpected blow out on my 2022 D 90. He also assisted me with maintenance and inspection. Loaner provided so that I was able get around without challenges, and everything was completed as promised. Very pleased with Land Rover of Willow Grove, and fortunate to have Steve in my corner. Thank you Steve. Overall, five star service!

I just recently purchased a CPO LR Defender from another dealership out of state but planned on having it serviced locally at JLR Willow Grove. My Service Advisor, Steve, was great with communication, follow up, and thoroughness. The dealership provided me with a beautiful Jaguar F-Pace loaner and I couldn t have been happier with the service I received. Plan on staying with JLR of Willow Grove for sure.

I complained to the managers that the person I am dealing with couldn't even spell his name or the brand he is working for correctly, and I am about to do a $100k transaction with this person. I requested another salesperson to finalize the transaction.The manager called me 30 minutes later; I thought he was going to say. Hey, I apologize; we need to improve our communication etc. Instead, he says, well, we don't have people with college degrees walking around here; you are just being negative, blaming me. They also applied to 3 different banks for a loan but informed me only of one. I have an exceptional credit score; I don't understand the point of using all these banks and not even letting me know their results.They can't even sell lemonade here if they didn't have the Land Rover brand behind them. I won't even purchase a bottle of water from here; it is a waste of time.

I am an owner of a 2017 Land Rover I purchased it from Willowgrove Land RoverThey re telling me the motor is no goodIt s going to cost $30,000They recently discovered a timing chain issue with my Land Rover that has left me quite disappointed.Despite being a loyal customer of Land Rover Willowgrove and bringing my vehicle there for regular servicing, I was never informed about this issue. As a professional, I believe it is important to communicate such matters to customers in a timely manner to avoid any potential complications.I kindly request that you look into this matter and provide me with an explanation !!!!!!as to why I was NOT informed about the timing chain issue during my previous visits for service. ?????Additionally, I would appreciate any assistance you can offer in resolving this issue.I ve been waiting now for about three months with no vehicle and no answers not from corporate Land Rover, or from the dealership I would expect more from such a high-end vehicle purchase I spent 115,000 In 2017 I ve done all the maintenance that they requested I feel like no one is willing to even communicate with meSincerely,Michael gordon
