I needed to get an estimate on my Honda Civic. I first went to a collision shop in Horsham.They would not even let me in without an appointment. I then went to John Kennedy Collision in Willow Grove. Boy, what a difference! I was taken care of immediately. Armando, the manager, explained what needed to be done, gave me an estimate and ordered the necessary parts. Such a great place, from Brooke the receptionist to Armando! The customer service and communication was outstanding! I highly recommend John Kenndy Collision in Willow Grove.Service: Body & Trim

I took my car here after an accident since it was recommended by my insurance company. They did an excellent job with everything from the front desk, to the person who handled my case, to the actual work on my car. I went to this center as it was on my list of centers per my insurance company. Let me say that the lady at the front desk is extremely nice as well as my adjuster no issues.After receiving my car, I didn't drive it for a few days because I have a work van I rented. Went to use my windshield wipers and they didn't work properly. I called and spoke with a different lady and she asked me to bring it in. She was very nice as well.Upon arriving, I was given to the manager Michael Zabeski and he stated my car had codes. I let him know that's been that way. It does not affect my wipers. They he gets this smug and condescending attitude with me as if I didn't know how to use my own windshield wipers. I've had the car for 7 years! I tried to remain calm, but he kept up the attitude. I then had him get out of my car and I was going to pull off. I instead, went back in to talk to someone else and he said he was it. I told him it was unacceptable for this to happen and he even offered to give me his card as if there were to be no repercussions to his actions. Do not go here!I will keep calling the director until he calls me back.**Editing to add. Spoke with the director (Victor) and you can tell why he is a director. He spoke to me without the smugness and listened to what I was saying. He suggested I bring my vehicle to the location he worked out of and immediately he realized the mistake and had it fixed in a matter of 15 minutes or so. That's all I asked for initially and not be dismissed as if I did not know how to operate my own windshield wipers when I have had the car for 7 years. For a manager of the Willow Grove location to not realize how to operate a windshield wiper control in a car would leave me as an employee scratching my head as to how they became a manager in the first place and you deal with cars. So I had a hit and run and look at reviews took it to John f Kennedy collision center in Willow grove pa and they did an excellent job . Also they cleaned my vehicle found 20.00 and left in my suv also had it back to me in about 8 days . Jaime , Brooke and Mike and the whole service collision team my hats is off to you guys ! I had an amazing experience from dropping it off they getting rental for me etc great experience when you are already stressed.

The staff at this location are extremely professional. They keep you updated daily, on what stage your repair is at.The work they did on my car was amazing! Extremely professional repair and customer service.They even made arrangements to have my rental car available as I arrived! With a Enterprise reprensenative to complete the rental paperwork.The facility itself was extremely clean. Due to the current pandemic, all staff wore their masks correctly and kept social distancing.Service: Body & Trim

Overall good job. I didn't get much communication on progress throughout the process but the staff were receptive to my calls and any inquiries. The best part was that they vacuumed and cleaned the car upon return and gave a thorough report prior to picking up the vehicle.

My only reason for 2 stars is because the front desk woman was extremely rude! She was talking over me and completely disregarded my situation. As soon as I asked her why she was being rude to me she persisted to tell me she wasn t being rude instead of apologizing. She had an attitude from the second I answered the phone. Instead of helping me resolve my issue she basically just told me I needed to reschedule and there was no possible option. I had to ask to speak with the adjuster she didn t even offer to connect me and seemed annoyed when I asked. Luckily, Jamie the adjuster got on the phone and handled the situation perfectly. I will be making a complaint about the front desk girl to the manager when I go in later. I work in customer service so I really try not to make complaints bc I know everyone has bad days or moments but this was ridiculous and I hope management takes action as the front desk woman is a the first impression for this location. Mind you I had a tragedy in my family which caused me to need to attend to an important matter and so I dropped my car off the night before my appointment (I talked to my insurance company who told me this would be completely fine!!!) and this lady completely disregarded me.

I brought in my truck, unannounced, for a damage estimate. The place was very busy for a Thursday afternoon. Customer Service Rep, Brooke was assisting me, and very quickly brought an Estimator, Jamie, up front to have a look. Brooke and Jamie were unbelievably professional and courteous, which I appreciated greatly. Start to finish, this visit took 20 minutes.Jamie looked at the truck for no more than 5 minutes and went to her office to sort out parts, labor, etc. and assured me they'd use OEM parts.No kidding, 10 minutes later, a complete estimate was provided with her explanations of what they'd do and how long it would take to repair the truck. Remember, I just walked in; no calls or coordination prior to this.Fast forward 3 days after dropping off: Work was completed on time. I walk in and was immediately greeted by Customer Service Rep, Sara, who settled my payment and returned my keys, all while assisting other customers (very busy for early morning) and maintaining absolute professionalism.The repair is amazing. I didn't get to meet who did the work, but it was tops. I'm a picky person and tried hard to find something overlooked or not handled well, and was delighted I couldn't. I can believe that had I found something wrong, they would not have let me leave without making it right.Dealing with a damaged vehicle is frustrating enough without disrespectful or unknowledgeable people. I bought my truck from Kennedy, and they treated me well. I thought I'd give the collision side of their services a try and was highly impressed. The facility was clean, well lit and had plenty of parking. You'd never imagine this is a body shop. The staff was wonderful. I hope I never need them again, but it's a relief to know they're ready to make your busted-up truck new again; on time, right, and in a friendly manner.Thanks to everyone at Kennedy who helped me out!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had the front of my car worked on 2 months ago and at the time I was very pleased with their service. They gave me an accurate timeline for the repair and stuck with it and were very honest about their prices. The other day I noticed a part of the headlight was sticking out so I took it in and they were very professional and remedied the situation immediately. I highly recommend this establishment and will use their services again in the future.

It was a hard time for me, my insurance company gave me a big headache. When I called I spoke with a guy named Scott he told me to bring it in. When I got there they handle me like family, kind respectful and they told me what I had to do. When I called my insurance company they gave me a claim number asked me to send pictures I didn't know how Scott told me he take care of it. He did they called for a rent a car,and everything went smoothly. When everything was finished Scott called me told me I was ready to go but my insurance company wasn't ready with my check, so I had to waste money,three days rent for a car.but Scott was great throw out.

I choose this place since It s a Geico Collision Center. The service was beyond excellent. they repaired my car before the estimated time. They even cleaned my car. The Staff and Team goes above and beyond here. Jamie (Estimator and Service Mgr) truly understood my quarter panel issue right from the beginning. Mike ( Collision Center Mgr) totally underpromised and over delivered with timing and expectations. My car was supposed to take 6 days to be completed. It was done in 3 days. Crystal at the front desk did an amazing job as well.

My car was serviced here for two collisions through two different insurance carriers. The staff at JKC made the whole process seamless and the repair work done to my vehicle was impeccable. I have had my vehicle for over 5 years and my car looks as good if not better than the day I bought it.There was a small logistical mix-up when it came time to drop off my rental and pick up my car, but the JKC staff took ownership and made everything right. In the end I was very satisfied and I highly recommend their services.

Pleasantly surprised by the facility & process. Used the Geico Express office there - the rep was so pleasant! And the JK rep who surveyed my car was awesome at explaining the process. I also appreciated the Nationwide rep who met me there. I was out in 25 mins. If you're ever in an accident, this place takes some of the sting out of it.

I have delt with Collision center manager, Armando Lopes on two separate claims.He has done everything possible to help me get everything going. He took photos sending all information to my insurance which was a great help, allowing the claims to go through faster along with estimation of repairs.Advised me not to start rental until parts have arrived, because of special orders.I would suggest anyone needing vehicle repair to use John kennedy collison center of Willow grove, Pa.

Received my car over a week that it was promised. My car had Knicks on different areas of the car. The estimator took my car back to the garage. He said he was going to d�tail the car. I left and came back there was another knick on the fender . The car was taken back into the shop. When I got the car back again, there was a white substance on my mat and on the leather at the door. I showed the estimator and he told me the insurance company do not pay for them to wash the car. He did not clean it. THIS IS A GEICO Referral.I had to leave. I called back and spoke to the Mgr. He apologized and offered to d�tail my car at a later time. The offer was nice, but the damage was done.

This is a great local shop that I would personally recommend. I was recently involved in a head on collision and you wouldn't even know it! I was so impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail taken that I also elected to take my car here for some cosmetic work, and I couldn't have made a better choice. Honesty and integrity are two traits that are hard to find these days and this shop exudes both!

* Edited please read complete review*Took my car here to get fix and it came out worse they scratched the paint throughout the entire car stole my led light bulb and broke my door then they tried to say that they didn't do any of it. After writing the negative review the director of their collision centers Victor reached out to me. Victor met with me and admitted that they had messed up and agreed to take care and fix all the issues. Victor, his wife and the other employees at John Kennedy collision conshohocken are top notch and they did an excellent job of fixing what was wrong. And would give that center and them a 5 star rating I recommend if you have a problem with your car take your vehicle there. I would give the Willow Grove location another chance but only because I know Victor oversees them.

I was more or less forced to use this shop by Geico who was the insurer of the person who rear ended us. In order to use my own shoip they wanted me to take the car to Trenton for an estimate, but somehow they could estimate it here a few miles from my home if I chose to use this shop for the repair. An obvious tactic used to steer you into their shops where they can control costs through poor quality.When my car was completed, the repair was not acceptable. When I got the car home in different lighting, I could see low spots and sanding marks in the filler under the paint and clear coat in addition to 2 high spots in the bumper cover top center. There was also black weatherstrip adhesive carelessly slopped on the rear hatch interior beige trim panels.I immediately returned to the body shop wasting more of my time, where the manager then tried to argue with me and tell me that what I saw wasn't there in regard to the poor body work. The car was left again for the repair to be properly completed which the manager insisted could be fixed by buffing the clear coat over the repair. I argued that unless he had a magic buffer that could fix lousy bodywork, the job was going to have to be redone. HE then yells to his employee while we are all standing there and tells him just to take it in the back and try to buff it out.The second time around, it appears that a used replacement bumper cover was ordered and painted to match and installed. The bodywork and paint portion was redone completely which substantiated my complaint of the original job being substandard.The Geico adjuster Paul, agreed with my opinion of the poor job and luckliy advocated on my behalf serving as mediator between myself and the manager. My thanks to him for excellent customer service!John Kennedy's substandard work and inexcusable customer service for the first repair will keep me from returning or recommending Kennedy Auto Repair Express. Unfortunately these days few have pride in their work or attention to detail that should be the standard. If they couldn't get a $2100.00 job completed satisfactorily without having to redo the whole thing, I'd hate to see a more involved repair.

So, a really nice lady hit the rear bumper of my beater van in the parking lot at work and left a note. (It's good to know some people still have integrity.) She has Geico so I called them and they directed me to John Kennedy Collision Center.After that everything went smooth as glass. I got a phone call from Steve to bring in the car, another from Mike at Enterprise about a rental to drive, and a third from Geico making sure I understood the protocol and that I wouldn't be charged a thing. Come drop-off day the front desk was on top of it, I was seen immediately by Steve, who walked me through the damage survey and process (not my first pretty pony, but I was interested in how JK did things), and then walked across the hall to pick up the rental from Mike.The first done date estimate was Monday, then it was delayed until Tuesday, then again until Wednesday. I wasn't concerned, however, it just gave the new paint more time to cure. Besides, I had a practically brand new Dodge Grand Caravan to drive - what's the worry?Pick up the van on Wednesday and everything is perfect. Beautiful workmanship to go along with the professional treatment. This is concierge collision repair, folks. Easiest car wreck I've ever had. I highly recommend John Kennedy, and, god forbid, if I ever need collision repair again I'll be sure to push the insurance company to have them do it.

I dont know what you people were smokin' when you gave your review... I was in an accident (not my fault) and hit by a landscaping truck. There was a portion of where I was hit that appeared as if a can opener got to it and looked like it wouldnt be same after the repair. They replaced the 1/4 panel and rear passenger door. They did 91.8 hours of work and looks as if it was never in a accident at all. The overall experience and workmanship was flawless. Although I do miss Thunderbird Lanes for where I bowled my first 800 series at, I am glad that I took my care to JK Collision Center and would recommend them to anyone that asked me where to go.

Customer service was quick the rap that I spent a few minutes with was very good and knowledgeable but unfortunately they weren't able to assist me with the vehicle that I brought in. I would definitely recommend this place to someone.
