I m very happy with the service I received on my car. I had major work done on my car engine. I was kept informed by both Dan the service manager and Jaune the service representative. The repair took a little while due to challenges in ordering the required parts and getting warranty approval from Hyundai. The service department did a great job managing expectations. It s nice to have a company stand behind their product. The car runs like it was brand new.

Very bad service. They didn't do half the stuff I told that person. Didn't change the oil, didn't check my tires air pressure because the lights were still on when I left. I waited for 3 hours till the car was done. I had to ask a sales person to please go down and check the car for me why it's taking so long. We will never come to this dealership again for anything. My girlfriend has been buying cars from this place since day one. This dealership when it changed over became a complete nightmare. We also reported a complaint to your corporate office. Very disappointed with this place.

The entire staff was awesome and accommodating! They explained everything to my husband and I what needed to be done. I stayed in the waiting room area, which supplied coffee, water, tea, snackstuff. Took a Smidge longer waiting than I expected, BUT It s a holiday(Good Friday) so a factor that in with a short staff. Thanks guys!

Dropped off my car and everybody was pleasant. They had some delays in parts delivery. Once that was resolved the team did the work quickly and got my car back to me as soon as they could. They did what they could to expedite everything and I appreciated the effort.

Had inspection done. They helped me obtain copy of current registration. Not sure why I had to leave car all day instead of waiting for inspection. "Free Maintenance" for first 3 years of ownership is confusing. It still cost me $76 for inspection. Seems I had to pay for emissions test and sticker. This should have been told at time of purchase.

Taking my vehicle to Abington Hyundai under new management was a very pleasant experience. The staff very nice and friendly especially Rose and the new service manager. I was taken at appointment time. Service time was as promised. I will continue to patronize this dealership to service my vehicle.

I especially appreciated the under-the hood explanation about your recommendations with my serpentine belt and cabin filters. Please share my special appreciation to Vie. She understands customer service. I was first impressed with Vie when she provided me with a phone reminder about my appointment. While in your customer lounge I got the opportunity to speak with her briefly and was even more impressed. When I arrived home, my wife needed the car to go to an appointment. When she got back she commented on how the car was cleaned and shined like a new penny.Thanks Vie! You owned my customer experience. My apologies if I misspelled you name.Bill

Recently moved to this area from North Carolina. Notified by mail of recall for anti-theft update. Located nearest dealership and was most pleased with the professional and friendly manner of the staff, especially Jay Burden. A recall service could be treated as less than positive, but it got me to Hyundai of Abington. I knew that my 2016 Tucson had never had its transmission serviced, so I took this opportunity to have it done. I received a report on all other aspects of my vehicle. All was in good shape. No pressured recommendations like some other dealer service I have experienced. Got what I knew I needed at a fair price. I have found my service center for any future needs. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this dealership for years now! Working with Jay Burden in the Service Department was exceptional too. From the first phone call, Jay ensured my car was cared for and all of my questions answered. He made the scheduling process so easy and was incredibly kind and efficient throughout! I really appreciate the time and support I received when getting my car serviced and I HIGHLY recommend Hyundai of Abington! I visited without an appointment to have recall service on my Hyundai. The service team was friendly and courteous, and even tho I offered to make an appointment and return later, Jay Burden found an opening in the schedule and got the updates installed on my car that day. The customer waiting area was very nice and comfortable, and my car was finished and ready earlier than the estimated time. They even washed my car! I would highly recommend Hyundai of Abington s service department.

I came in to get the security update on my car and had a great experience. My service consultant, Jay Burden, was friendly and professional and made the process super easy. I hope to get him the next time I come into the dealership. My car was ready in a few hours and I was back on the road.
