I just got home from purchasing my brand new Palisade from this location. The minute I walked through the door I was greeted kindly and had one of the best car purchasing experiences I could hope for. I had the pleasure of working with a young man named Manasse. He was so informative, took his time explaining and did everything in his power to get me the car I wanted at a price point I needed.I had to bring my 11 month old son along today during the purchasing process. Every single employee at Hyundai came over to help keep him busy while making I felt comfortable about having him there. I highly recommend stopping by Hyundai of Abington next time you're looking for a new car.

Amazing dealership. Specifically our sales person Steve Shusterman made our car buying experience fun and engaging in spite of some delays due to my banking choices. On top of that the manager Anthony helped smooth the process and made sure we got the best rate possible for our credit level. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place for purchasing a vehicle.

My mother came in on a Tuesday to look for a SUV and walked out Friday! John Gomez was patient, friendly and welcoming from the door. He took care of my mother from start to finish helping her find just what she was looking for regarding price, style and color. I truly cannot say enough about the service team. I recently had a wonderful experience that I feel compel to write this review.Two weeks ago I randomly stopped at the Huyndai of Abington due to unexpected vehicle issue. I did not have an appointment and the service Manager went above and beyond to help me. With patience and care he did his best, unfortunately the issue persisted. He told me to drop it off the following Monday and he would squeeze me in. It turned out it was a manufacturing issue and they ordered the part. Originally the Assistant Service Manager shared it would be 7-10 business days, but he would put a rush on it since I didn t have a vehicle. Within 3 days my car was ready.They are extremely busy and short staffed, however they are truly a fantastic team, top notch customer service.Dealership ownership should invest in their employees, exceptional people they have here.

I worked with Car Salesman Darius at Hyundai of Abington, and he made my first time buying a car experience easy and informative. He wasn t pushy or overwhelming. He answered all of my questions and helped me walk away with a great new 2024 car. He took the initiative to set up and clean my new car himself and make sure that I knew how to work everything before leaving. I will definitely work with him for my next car and refer him to anyone looking for a car, he s great!

Don t bother calling here for any service appointment or information unless you want to be made like a bother and inconvenience. The receptionist not only stated she would call me back in a few minutes which required me to call back over an hour later, she also had the nastiest demeanor on the phone. She acted as though it was a problem I was attempting to gain an appointment for an issue with a less than year old car. I was then abruptly transferred to the service department assistant manager , who answered the phone with an attitude and annoyance for even being bothered. He never introduced himself or explained why I was transferred to him just constantly being reminded that they were short staffed and very busy. This is not the way you treat customers, I was so frustrated with this situation and the manner in which I was spoken to while attempting to gain an appointment. I will def not being going to this dealership or any issues with my car after this experience and I hope that others stay away.

Jay was my service advisor for my 2022 Hyundai.He was very understanding that I needed my car serviced earlier than I had an appt for and worked me in. He called me first thing in the morning to confirm what I needed done and told me exactly how much it would cost and also let me know the time I requested the service to be completed would be met.I couldn t ask for better service.

I went in today to get my check engine light looked at. Everyone was friendly, especially Oriana! I was nervous before coming in today, but she gave time for me to ask all of my questions and gladly answered them. She was very welcoming from the start, and transparent about costs/waiting time. I didn t have to pay for the inspection as the car is still relatively new and under warranty. I did pay for wiper replacements, but it was a recommendation, and not from pressure. Definitely recommend Oriana!

I scheduled for oil change on 2/7, Jaune took care everything for me. He kindly explained the whole process and waiting time do to short staffed, he told me is gonna be 2-3 hours, but his whole team get it done in a hour! Excellent service and great customer service

I had a really easy, painless, and... dare I say... GOOD time taking my car in. My hyundai had some recall notices and even though all of the repairs were free under the notice, they treated me like a king. Everyone was nice and friendly, they shuttled me back home, and even left ur boy mints in my car at the end. What a treat.

This was one of the easiest processes ever. I purchased a 2021 Kia k5 gt-line from this dealership and am IN LOVE. The team worked hard to meet accommodations, while providing factual information quicky. When you go in, request Manasse. He did a fantastic job selling me my new baby. Thank you for efficiency :)

I recently purchased 2 brand new Hyundai vehicles from here. Xavier, Jae, John and the whole team were extremely helpful and caring. They made for the whole process to be easy. It took 3 months after buying a new car to get the title and plates from this dealership. Need to make multiple calls and emails. I was driving the car with an expired temp reg tag. No one cared enough to take responsibility and provide answers. Worst experience. After spending close 50k on a new car, you are still treated badly.

Our experience leasing a car from this dealership was terrible. They screwed up our paperwork at every step and 3 months later we STILL don't have everything squared away. I would NOT recommend using this dealership.
