I used to sell used cars. I have also dealt with many dealerships where I bought new and used cars, and found common themes: Fake friendliness, or rudeness, or hardcore greed. Today I experienced none of that. Gary was professional cool. I don't have many friends, but today Gary is my friend. He understands negotiation and compromise, and we got it done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership. His cars are nice, service is excellent. I suggest you make Gary your friend also!!!

Very transparent dealer practices with fair prices. Sales manager offered me a warranty backed by himself on a vehicle that the warranty company would not back themselves.. 10/10 had a great experience with Gary

I recently purchased a car from Armo Motors remotely, as I live in Rhode Island. I am very pleased with the purchase. Davit was very easy to work with, he did a live video with me so I could "see" the car before I sent the money. I feel the condition of the car was accurately represented. There are a few spots in the paint on the hood that did not show up in the video, but it is a 10 year old car, so I can't expect it to be perfect. The car runs great, is really clean inside, has recently installed tires and brakes. I am very pleased!

I just purchased a 2014 Jetta from Armo motors. Everyone over there was extremely nice. They were pretty fair about the pricing as well. Victoria is a new employee there and helped me a lot. She made sure I got the carfax and also made sure that the car was definitely for me. She was extremely kind. Davit was nice as well. I m glad that I came across this place. I m really happy with my purchase and I ll probably have other family members come here too!!!

All of the staff was very helpful and easy to work with, they were able to get me financing with sub prime credit almost instantly as well. It was an incredible experience and I would highly recommend checking out their line up of luxurious vehicles. In addition they provide quality service on luxury vehicles and I would not hesitate to bring something nice in for service.

Shady business please do yourselves a favor and DO NOT BUY any vehicle from Armo Motors. This company buys junk cars from Auctions and slaps on repairs to make things look new. I purchased a 2013 BMW X3 and within the first 2 weeks water was leaking into the car and 6 weeks later the engine seized up due to failed oil pump. The company said they did the timing chain and oil pump which was not true. Currently have legal action being filed but trying to save any potential victims the hassle. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION or anyone they are affiliated with because they use referral sellers. If the BILL OF SALE says Armo Motors cancel the purchase IMMEDIATELY.

Davit is one of the most trustworthy mechanics I have ever encountered. I have been going to him for all of my automotive needs for over a year and he always comes through whenever you need him, and provides great service and prices. Do not hesitate to give him a call for all your needs!!!

My son purchased a volvo from Dave in January 2021 the car broke down 2months later needed a head gasket. He purchased the warranty when he bought the car which they didn't want to honor ,after talking with them they agreed to give him another car that took almost 6 months to get. The second car lasted about a month and a half. We have called , texted and no reply.

When I was looking for a specific car to buy and the guys at Armo had it I then, through the process of checking the car out, appreciated their customer service, honesty, and their flexibility in making sure that I was getting a good car and a good deal. They took good care of me before and after my purchase. And I know that I can go back to them if I need to in the future. They have experience in the automotive industry and I would recommend anyone to go to Armo and help their business of automotive work and sales grow.

Shady people!! Please beware and watch yourself. I purchased a vehicle and not even 3 hours later the check engine light came on. I spoke to him on the phone he sounded very nervous about it and stated there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that he could reset the car so that the check engine light would not turn on anymore???? That must of been what he did to begin with so I then decided to get it checked by professionals knowing I couldn t trust these people anymore. Turns out there is something wrong with the vehicle! Please be careful everyone this is a very unprofessional place, terrible customer service as he even hangs up in his customers face.

Beware Watch yourself! Have finally gotten my used vehicle looked over. The new battery that I was given when I purchased was oversized and didn't fit the bracket, what was left under it has to be replaced there are missing pieces. It wasn't attached to the battery anchors (missing) connected directly to the wires & flopping around. My mechanic is enraged that someone would cut corners like this. I'm looking at several hundred dollars to fix while covid is on & hard to get parts.

Saw a listing for a 2010 Audi A4 on CarGurus and they confirmed they had the car. They offered to drive the car out to us, but never followed through and never told us they couldn t. As we were driving out to see the car after realizing they weren t bringing it to us, they called and told us they were leaving early because of a family emergency and that we couldn t see the car. A few days later we went back to see the car again, but we noticed it wasn t on the lot and then were told they had to bring it over from a different lot. The guy said he would be back in 10 minutes, only to leave us waiting for 30+ minutes. Needless to say we left and didn t return. The listing was most likely fake, which is completely ridiculous and horrible to do to people.

Told me on the phone today he sold the vehicle I was interested in for $3500. (He wanted 4000). In reality he had lowered his price to 3800. Either way he lied to me. Glad I didn't do business with a dishonest person.
