Don t go here, over priced and did not replace gasket on my oil filter. If I didn t notice the oil on ground at my house, I would have blown my motor. (VW Atlas) It was leaking considerably. I expected such high end service considering the price point. I had gone to Jiffy for 10 years prior to trying here, will never go here again. I never leave reviews and rarely complain about things, but felt compelled to share because this could have been a complete disaster.

Awesome professional great spot and service. I will be back. *** I came back 9/22. Efficient service and thorough. For the price, you will get a lot more services here than other garages. They know what they are doing. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Fast.

I was refused an oil change. The guy didn t even show me the dipstick, but the cap to my oil which looked all white and yellow (I m convinced he did something to make it look that way). Said I needed a head gasket and he wouldn t do an oil change. Also told me to never buy a Hyundai because he used to work there (that s the kind of car I have) and told me to check the warranty and go to the dealership. I left and checked my oil cap multiple times throughout the day after seeing what he showed me the oil cap looked like; and it NEVER looked how it did when he showed me. I took my car to the jiffy lube and they did my oil change. Also took it the dealership a day later and they said nothing was wrong with my head gasket and that my car was running fine. Personally, I didn t think anything was wrong with it to begin with because my car would have been running NOTICEABLY different if there was. Moral of the story, take your service to jiffy lube. Valvoline did 4 cars before me (it was 3pm when I got there) and I was the last car in line (they didn t close until 6) so I m also convinced they just wanted to take a lunch.

This is how oil change and service should be done! They re friendly, transparent, knowledgeable, and no appointment needed! I always dread having to make an appointment and wait for hours for a simple oil change. I ll be back. Shoutout to every single staff at this location.

No 18 point check was done battery or windshield washer wasn't checked. Windshield washer fluid still empty but says on receipt that everything was done only thing that was done was the oil change

INEXPERIENCED WORKERS, DO NOT GO HERE! It s been months and I m still waiting on a call about a piece THEY broke off of my headlight.

Called Valvoline, as I knew the store was closing soon. They told me that as long as I got there before 6pm, they could do the oil change. I purchased a Groupon to be able to use at the store under this understanding. The store is about 35 minutes from my house. I got there before 6pm and was met outside stating they could not do the oil change. Better communication is needed. Waste of time and money. Not a good experience.

Location always does good work. At the time we stopped in we needed a state inspection. Unfortunately, at that time, they didn't not have a licensed inspection mechanic. Not their fault. Good help is hard to find. We will continue to use their other services.

Super friendly and helpful! The location to get into the drive through is pretty weird, but the guys worked quickly and were very pleasant! I'll be back for my next oil change!

I used to be a long time Jiffy Lube customer but not anymore. This place is great! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and I never had to leave my car. They are very professional and made my first visit very smooth. I have a fleet vehicle and they didn t try to take advantage of it like JL did. They performed multiple maintenance checks, tire pressure levels and fluid inspection. I can see why they are rated so high. Thank you!Service: Oil change

I went on a Friday morning a little after opening and there was a very short line. I was in and out within 25mins of arrival. I got a conventional oil change, and cabin air filter change. Went for an oil change and they noticed a leak. Found out it was power steering pump. Went back to have them replace the pump and the belt. I asked if they were going to bleed the system out and clean the pulleys since I was getting a new belt. Then the man told me he wasn t going to fix my car since I was asking these questions. If I wanted him to clean the oil off it was going to be an extra charge!! Id have to pay for more labor and the brake clean he was going to use!! (A TEN MINUTE JOB TIRE CHOICE ON 3rd STREET DID FOR FREE!!) He apologized for being brash, as did I for insulting him and I still asked them to fix my car. After picking up the car it was so full of power steering fluid it was still leaking all Over the place! There was so much pressure (air) in the pump because It wasn t done properly. Went to another mechanic and they sat with me to bleed the system and got the the remainder of the air out. Since then, there haven t been any issues. I was too nervous to go back to Valvoline and tell him it was leaking and done properly because I didn t want to get yelled at again. Guy was a complete meanie!! He seemed upset I was asking questions like it was a crime to be curious!! I ll stick to them for oil changes. But I ll take any other work else where.Service: Oil change

Tried to get some work done here twice. Both times I was given a runaround and it was made obvious that I wasn t as important as say someone they could get more money from.

Don't have to schedule. Don't have to get out of your car. Might be a bit pricier than regular service shops but the time saving convenience is well worth the extra $. And these guys are pure professionals witnessed as you sit in the car and watch their every move. Love Valvoline!!! This one under new management is superb.

Had my oil changed here. Car was put in a bad situation, because this Valvoline instant oil change station left the oil filter gasket from the previous oil filter and put the new oil filter on overtop of the old one. This could of cause serious problems to my engine from the oil leaking out.The way I found out about the issue is my check engine light and oil light came on. The next day I took my car to a different Valvoline express care in a different city, where they found the problem and said that this should never happen, because they are supposed to "double check" to make sure that the gasket is removed along with the previous oil filter.Very disappointed in the service at this Valvoline instant oil change in Williamsport, PA, because their neglect could have cost me my vehicle.

Valvoline is my preferred oil change place. They are quick, inexpensive, and friendly. I never get pushed on extras and they check all my fluids including wiper fluid and transmission fluid. Great quick place to keep your car running smooth.

Fast, convenient, a little dishonest. You pay for a fast, quality oil change and that's what you get. Its the little things that add up to keep this from a 5 star experience. Oil level after change was at the very bottom of the dip stick. I purchased a full synthetic oil, and the technician put a 3k next service sticker on my car. My mom went last week and they did the same thing with her sticker. We both paid over $100 for our oil changes (full synthetic) but if it was up to them we would be back in 3k miles. (Eventhough the manufacturer says the oil is good for 10k miles) I usually change my own oil and it's because of these type of situations. I shouldn't have to correct the little short changes that they try and pull on their customers.

The technicians I feel are always honest about what's going on with your car. They are quick as well. I enjoy the fact that I don't have to get out of my car

The people that work there are douch bags..very bad experience, I went there for the first time and was hot in the car so we waited outside of the garage and got treated like we were 2 year olds, very unprofessional. I dont recomend them. Plus they jack up the price of the oil change to off set the coupon. I'm sticking to the dealership. FFFFFFF

In and out within 15 minutes. Oil changed while you still in your car. The guy we had announced Everything he was as doing constantly. Great experience. Will be going back for next one.

Got there when they opened so got in early. Prices for just an oil change are, in my opinion, a little high. Was $74 for just an oil change and air in my tires.
