These guys earned the 5 stars because something happened that gave me a peek into their true nature. I could not start my truck shortly after buying it. When I called in with my problem, they were just as friendly to deal with as before the sale. They jumped into action, immediately towing the truck in to diagnose the problem. As it turned out, I had fallen back on many decades-old habits and as a result--flooded the engine. I m an old guy who is used to old trucks with carburetors. With those I d have to tap the gas pedal as I turned the ignition. But not so with fuel-injection vehicles! Holding down the accelerator when turning the key can cause the engine to flood. The guys at Triple A explained what was happening and the engine starts right up perfectly in any weather, even after it s sat for some time.So I owe Scott and Alan an apology for taking up their time, and thanks for educating me. I hope I can make it up somewhat by sharing my experience.

I wanted to buy a vehicle here, but if you do your research and check KBB or NADA, they ask way too much for their vehicles. You can get much better deals elsewhere.

Family owned and operated business for 66 yrs. They must be doing something right!! The owner (Allan) was more than willing to go the extra mile to close the sale. The vehicle was accurately presented and described. Negotiations with Allen were upfront and cordial.This experience was the best vehicle purchase that I have ever made.

By far the best used car dealership I ve been to so far. What a hidden gem, both Scott and Al were very friendly and helpful with my purchase. I called ahead of time just to make sure the car was still available and that I was coming down and when I arrived they had already brought it inside so I didn t have to deal with a cold snowy car to look at. The only negative would be the bank that they use to finance their cars so maybe bring cash instead. Thanks guys

I can say this is the first car I bought from triple a before I told Alan I would buy it he said there were a few issues he would take care of. I said I would buy he went above and beyond what he said he would do so if you are looking to buy you should check these guys out he is completely fair and honest and will take care of you in the future I will deal only with them very reliable group of guys couldn't be happier thanks guys

Bought a car there. Was hit by a drunk driver day 5. Had to get another car since 1st was demolished. They did all they could to make buying the 2nd car a breeze. Had cR back for a part soon after buying. They got the part and got it fixed right away. Just stopped yesterday and they took care of the problem as I waited. Friendly, helpful, a lot of patience.

I do not recommend buying a vehicle from them, i paid $1800.00 over blue book value because they said they did all of this work on the vehicle. They said that they even had the engine out. I took it back because the drivers side speaker didn't work, there is a oil leak coming from under the engine and a leak from under the transmission, and I only had the vehicle about a month. The brakes squealers started making bad noises after only a week. They replaced the speaker, as for the oil leaks , the owner's son said it's just a little wet under the oil and transmission pans, and would not do anything about it. As for the brakes making noise, their mechanic said he did not hear any noise coming from the brakes, I told the owner's son that I wanted to take him for a ride in the car so he could hear what I was hearing, but he left with the vehicle by himself, and he said he hardly heard any noise coming from them. They treated me great before I bought the vehicle and then terrible after wards. So now I'm having to fix a vehicle a month after I bought the car from them, with less than 1000 miles of driving the car and i already paid about $1800.00 over the blue book value.

I was very interested in a particular car from them and after two test drives, they added new brakes and replaced a sensor while selling to me below sticker price. Good experience, good conversations. Good people.

I like this place. I almost bought another vam from here. I eneded up nit because a friend had a car for me when I needed it but I do plan to buy from these guys in the future.

Purchased a Toyota Tacoma from Allen. He swore that this was the nicest used truck in the Country. WE payed all the money based on his photos and the reality is he lied about the truck being painted and the frame being rusted and the a/c doesn't work either

Do not buy a car from them I paid 3500 for a car that should have never been given to anyone and is now a paper weight.
