Purchased a discount card from Montoursville marching band and one of the discounts states "oil change and filter 24.99 + 2.90 environmental fee" at the williamsport tire choice. When making the appointment I told them I had the card and they said they'd deal with it at billing. Called the next day after dropping the car off to be told that the discount doesn't apply to vehicles that take full or half synthetic oil. It only applies to a "standard oil change" which isn't listed anywhere. Disappointed and will not be back.

Horrible...so ignorant. J told me that I needed 4 new tires, they only had 19,000 miles on themI had a flat tire, and had insurance on it. He still wanted 180.00 for a new one. I love Scott, he is awesome. I will never, ever go there again. Rip off

Really disappointed in the service provided here. I'm giving them two stars because they were open on labor day weekend and were able to get us in when we had an emergency. But that's where the niceties ended. They blatantly overcharged us and weren't even trying to hide it, because they knew we had no choice. $500+ overcharged on a singular part. When we showed/told them the price from a different store, they shrugged and said "oh well", knowing there was nothing we could do. The staff was rude, answered calls and continued the conversation while we were in the middle of discussing the charge with them. The mechanic also made a mistake when doing the work and unplugged something that caused the check engine light to come on. When we asked him about it, he was hostile again and said it wasn't his problem. When we took it to another dealer they showed us what the mechanic here had done wrong. Don't go here unless it's absolutely necessary. Which really sucks because I'm new to the area and was looking for a reliable body shop. This IS NOT the place.

UPDATE: The update is late, but this vehicle was taken a few days later to a smaller shop that I trust to work on a different car. I was taken under the lift so I could see my bleeder valves on my two front brake calipers were loose by a 1/4 turn, each. You could see the brake fluid coming out. The car is not a old vehicle, this place is crazy, could of easily killed me or my wife. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Went to get tire rotation and alignment as it was recommended to fix a really bad rhythmic vibration in the vehicle. The vibration is still there in full, and now when we use the brakes there is a slight grinding feeling in the peddle. They told us we had a leak in our caliper that the "technician" found, yet I have found none, regardless I'm changing the caliper myself rather then give these guys over $500 to do a two hour job.The prices are crazy and the way they treat you at the counter if you refuse their recommendation is disrespectful. They missed our coolant fluid when they did their 'full' once over (courtesy), it was below the minimum level. Probably because it was hard to get to.Just learn how to do the work yourselves, there's to many garages in the area that rip people off and overcharge for simple jobs. Tried to use big words to deter us from doing it ourselves.Will avoid indefinitely, and our car that has been "leaking" fluid hasn't showed a drop.

I always take freshly powder coated wheels to Dan at Monro. I have brought several sets of wheels to him and there hasn't been so much as a scratch on them when I get the wheels back from getting tires mounted. I bring my own personal wheels ( 3 piece and cast) and wheels that I've powder coated for customers without ever having to worry about them being damaged.

Got an oil change a week ago, went fine but as i was leaving today i noticed something yellow poking out next to my headlight. I popped the hood and my dip stick was just laying there where you see where the oil was sitting right where the hood latches. Whoever changed my oil left the dip stick out and just closed the hood over it. Oil was slightly low because of the oil that came up out of where the dip stick would be and some oil across my engine bay. Will not be returning.

Scott and his crew are life savers. I am traveling back from NY and my alternator went out. Let me tell you, he was friendly, fast and upfront with everything not just with me but with everyone that walked in the door. I wish I could give 10 stars because 5 just aren't enough.

Tay. on 8/16/2023 I went to Tire Choice on E. 3rd St. & dealt with my favorite guy SCOTT. I called with a problem the week prior,. told him the issue over the phone & he was able to pin point the problem(which was a leaking sun roof). So yesterday I took my car in & Scott fixed the issue that he said it was with no problem. Tire Choice is lucky to have such a knowledgeable, skilled & professional manager. This is the 3rd time I had issues, this year & Scott was able to fix all of them. If &/or when he leaves, so will I & all the people I referred to go there because of him. Scott also kept me from calling the police on one of his junior techs that stole cash out of my car when I went in for an oil change. Scott made me whole & he was honest in his approach. So because of him & his understanding & treatment towards me as a customer, I will return. Thanks again for all your help Scott. Until next time.Respectfully,Tay

We have been traveling south on vacation and realized one of our tires was going flat quickly. On a Sunday afternoon we pulled into Tire Choice in Williamsport,PA, and was immediately greeted by Scott and Alex, who settled our family into the waiting room. They got to work and assessed our situation, recommended solutions and got us on our way again quickly, all with a smile. They were a pleasure to deal with during what could have been a high stress time for us. If we were local we would be directing our business and that of friends and family to this Tire Choice! Thanks Scott and Alex for your time and your help!

Had a flat tire, i had re-inflated twice during the day. Dropped tire off in the evening, said they would fix the next day-Friday.They removed the screw in my tire, and stated "theres no leak"....while it was at 20psi. My father took it home, used soapy water and found the leak.... ended up taking the tire elsewhere to get repaired.Do not recommend.

We were traveling and our car started to shimmy and shake like crazy, we stopped in here out of desperation as we got off the highway, these folks made it a priority to help us get back on the road as soon as they could - which was mighty quick! Kudos to the staff for excellent customer service and for ensuring we didn t wreck on or trip! THANK YOU!!!

Friendly, Respectful staff. BIG ON INTEGRITY. They do quality work and if they make a mistake they own it and to make it right. Ive been taking my car to this location even before it became Tire Choice. Currently staff is A+! Zach and his team do a great job

Scott, Carl, and Jordan are amazing and bordering on being walking miracles.TL;DR I had an emergency on a *Sunday* and walked in explaining the situation. They were more than kind and more than beyond helpful in helping me diagnose the problem and did everything within their power to help me. They were kind, explained everything, and even let me see for myself what the issue was since I couldnt diagnose it before. Absolutely stellar, hard working people, and if everyone had the same qualities they exhibit the world would be a better place.----[Names might be mixed up Apologies!]During a 5 hour trip home from Cherry Springs I noticed a whirring sound and slight resistance from what I felt was the driver side, but close to the center. Coming out of the mountains I had though a bearing was going bad. Still having three hours left in my trip and having no luck in a Sheetz parking lot, I went to TireChoice, one of the only locations open on Sunday.Upon arriving I spoke to Jordan who was honest and sincere in saying they weren't sure if they would be able to assist but they would look into a part for me and see if they could squeeze me in for the day. I hunkered down and waited for some more news.Scott, the manager on-site spoke to me and assured me on a few items and continued to help other customers. During this time I noticed how he respected the customers time, while also showing sincerity and explaining operations in concise manner instead of just telling them what they needed to do or pay. He helps people understand what, how, and why things are happening.Carl, the muscle of the operation, did testing and diagnostics on my car and found that I was off on my thoughts that it was a bearing, an unfortunate, costly diagnostic, but most importantly an accurate one.The team juggled their regular duties and my needs (again, on a *Sunday*) and came to the unfortunate conclusion that the part wouldn't arrive until Tuesday. Not being local, they were honest in telling me I shouldn't drive on it, but not sneering, but in a charismatic and endearing discussion on my options. I had decided to be stubborn and drive the three hours back home while monitoring the car amd driving carefully.I had my car diagnosed properly and was able to make it home safely with the information I was given. They didn't even charge me for the labor of diagnostics because they couldn't get the part in.If I was local they would be my first stop for any if my vehicle needs. Absolutely stellar service and compassion.Thank you again!

Had to have a tire changed I was quickly taken care of. The car was done within a few hours and customer service was on point with both interactions. I will definitely come again for a new set of tires and service.

Called to price a wheel stud replacement. Was told labor alone would be 300 to 350 dollars and it would take about an hour and the wheel stud would be 15 dollars. 300 dollars an hour for labor? Plus 15 dollars for a two dollar stud?! Flat put trying to rob people.

WORST place to take your car. They overcharge you just to mess up your car. My partner brought his car to get an axel fixed a few months ago. They kept it for almost a week longer than they originally told us because they ordered the wrong part then when the correct part comes in, they broke a bolt and had to keep it for another two days to get a replacement. Recently, we took the car to get new tires and we find said bolt missing from the control arm because they never tightened it. The axel also needs to be replaced already even though it s been 6 months at most since it was fixed by this location. We also brought his mom s SUV there for an inspection. They came up with a list of issues as to why it wouldn t pass and wanted to charge us almost $800 to fix everything. Can t afford that last minute so we picked it up to take elsewhere. When we get the car back, the brakes are grinding. They never made a sound before we dropped off the car at this location. We take the car to our new mechanic, he finds the brakes pads were put on upside down. So we were charged $70 for a failed inspection AND for them to not even put her car back together properly, on top of being charged almost $900 to fix my partner s Subaru not even a whole year ago and the work they did already needing replaced. Absolutely ridiculous. NEVER again. Save your money and just go elsewhere.

Had a little hiccup with my appointment yesterday , they had to cancel it due to an issue with the tech , unfortunately I over reacted which I apologize for guys. They said to bring it in first thing in the morning which I dropped it off right after work at 7:30 , at 9:00 they called and said it was done. Thanks a bunch guys, I appreciate what you guys do. Your going to be my new go to team. Thanks again !!!!

I went here for an oil leak but I didn t know where it was coming from. My car was covered in oil! Trevor was extremely helpful and took the time to explain to me what he suspected and even lifted the car and cleaned the oil from my engine bay so he could see what was going on. Extremely friendly and decent human being!! Treated me fairly!! While waiting in the lobby all the interactions with other customers were very respectful and sincere. If you don t know what s wrong with your car take it here! Highly satisfied with the service I received!!

The fellows at Tire Choice were very helpful. They got me in the day called. I went in to get a tire plugged, it turned out to be more than that. What I thought was a staple in the tire turned out to be a piece of rebar. I needed a new tire. I asked if the spare could be put on, but the winch box was broken. So the tire wouldn't lower with out cutting the cable. I would have been SOL if I needed to use the spare while out on the road. So I opted for a new tire. Luckily they had one in stock. It wasn't the same brand as on the truck but it works . Thanks again guys!

This was my first time ever at tire choice. I blew a tire on the highway while traveling alone with my two young children. After having a friend put the spare on for me, we had concerns about that also being flat. When I got to the shop, I was exhausted, stressed, and had two hungry tired toddlers. Trevor met me in the lobby with the most positive attitude, and immediately asked what he could do to help. I was nervous about being any place like this without my husband, since I m not vehicle savvy at all and always worry about someone taking advantage of the situation to make an extra buck. Truth be told though, I was desperate with two kids and a husband who was working out of town. Trevor didn t try to upsell me for even a second. He said he was going to see if he could repair my original tire to save me from having to buy a new one entirely. He fixed it, checked my spare, put everything back in my vehicle as it was, assured it was safe, reset all of the sensors, and was so kind, calm, and patient with my children. The one employee even gave my little boy a matchbox truck which he is still talking about 24 hours later. I cannot thank these guys enough for showing kindness in a very stressful and uncertain situation. I told my husband about the entire encounter, and we both agreed they ve got customers for life in us. Thank you all so much!

Even tho my appointment was scheduled, I waited 2 and half hours for just an oil change and tire rotation.. right after I leave the garage my car start making weird noise from the tires. terrible service

Had a nail in my tire causing the tire to leak air slowly. I showed up today and they were very accommodating. I did not have an appointment but they were able to work around their schedule to patch up my tire. Very friendly service and will be returning for any emergency car needs. You can easily tell this is a community oriented automobile shop that puts the customer's best interests first.

Check over your bill prior to paying. Make sure your service that was provided was actually done. Alignment prices are $129 on a regular car is which is insane compared to everyone else but the guy at the desk offered a discount and did bring the price down to get it close but he made his money back by charging labor on tpms service I don t have tpms sensors on the wheels you were changing tires on so I don t know what kind of shady business move that was but I won t recommend the place to people for doing stuff like that.

Trever was so great! I took my company car in for a few things to be done. I waited for the services. They were short staffed that day but trever was always kind to everyone that called and walked in. He smiled and was upbeat the whole time. In that situation it would have been easy for him to be in a bad mood but he was very pleasant. They finished my car faster than i had expected. I look forward to the next time i go.

First of all, I would like to say that for the amount of time that I gave them, they responded FANTASTICALLY. Monro Muffler was straight-forward, honest, and very professional. They did what they said they were going to do and is not a place that's going to try selling you something you don't need.I needed my rear rotors and break pads changed. They took me right in and made a few accommodations for me. Very professional. This is one of those places you absolutely wish most other places were like; however, unfortunately are not.I would absolutely recommend them. Their prices are right where they should be, however they make no compromises with their service and the quality of their parts. I'm from New Jersey, so we use our breaks more often than the we use the gas pedal, except on the highways where even the emergency shoulder is 55mph. My rears were more worn out than Faded Glory jeans.Bottom line, if you want the CORRECT service, you go to them. You'll be in better hands than All-State and they're better neighbors than State Farm.

John and Dan were great! The price they quoted me over the phone was dead on. They got the part I needed in for my car when no where else had it. I was in out out in less than 45 mins. Excellent service! Quick and accurate! They didn t try to get me to buy a bunch of other stuff either which is a plus to me especially being a female. Some places take advantage of when a customer doesn t know a whole lot about cars, but these guys didn t do that. They were great! Thank u Monro Muffler, John and Dan, u guys rock!
