I had new tires installed today on my 79 Scout II at Steve Shannon in South Williamsport. The guys did a really nice job, were friendly, and the price was great. They were very competitive in comparison to online pricing . And with Steve Shannon everything but sales tax is included in the price they quote. They had no issue getting the oddball size I run on my Scout (33 10.50 R15). As far as I m concerned there is no reason to go elsewhere. They had the new tires on my Scout in less than an hour. The mechanics worked together on the mounting and balancing so things went quick, and they scrubbed the protective film off the raised white letters. I would certainly recommend them, and would return again.Great job!

Stopped in to get oil change and tire rotation this morning. We were in and out in just over an hour. Great people and professionals. We have been getting service and buying our tires here for years. Thank guys!!!!

I had pair of new tires installed on 4/11/24 on my way home from my cabin. Was very impressed with how they got my truck in within 10 minutes and out the door in 30 minutes. Spent a total of 40 minutes.

I've been using Steve Shannon for repairs and state inspections for about 4 years now with 2 vehicles. I feel they've always treated me fair and NOT creating work for the money. The staff is always friendly and very helpful with work I've needed done, so I'll continue taking my car to Steve Shannon in the future.

Steve Shannon's customer care is amazing! They provide suggestions for parts that need replaced and updates on possible near future repairs. Steve Shannon always makes sure your car is properly prepared for the roads. I consider them family more than some of my own family. I'd let them babysit my kid if they offered. Thank you for always providing a positive experience!

The manager of South Williamsport store is very knowledgeable and professional. Very friendly and courteous. Totally honest. Not only recommended work but showed my what and why. I take both of my vehicles there. Great bunch of guys that work there.I recommend them to everyone.

I can't over recommend the staff at Shannon's. They are so easy to talk with. I usually feel intimidated at my dealership. Not with these fellows. They explained everything that my RAV4 needed and proceeded to handle needed maintenance for a most reasonable price. Everything should be this easy and enjoyable.

Been taking all my family vehicles to this place since it opened. We have multiple vehicles with over 300k miles on them. Still running and being used every day. We trust them to inform us about maintenance issues promptly and honestly. Great place for tires, brakes, oil and filter changes. Fast, convenient and professional.

Came on a Saturday. They still treated me like a wanted customer. Felt like I was a bother to other shops that I had called. Brakes were grinding pretty bad and I couldn't drive to make money unless they were fixed. Especially on a busy Saturday. They did a great job and was very polite to me while I waited. I think I found a new place to bring my car! And it's close to where I live. Thanks guys for making a stressful situation easy for me!

Found prices inline with other tire stores or LESS than there competitors. Great service, no appointment needed! . I have 2 cars, boat trailer, box trailer & camper. All new tires by Steve Shannon.

After experiencing a tire almost coming off on the highway, our truck was towed to Steve Shannon's Tire and Auto. We were 3 hours away from home. Not only did they get us back on the road within a day, but helped us find a rental! The price was half of what we expected and the guys were great keeping us up-to-date with what needed to be done. Up front pricing, great customer service AND above and beyond personal attention, I am thankful we were directed there!

Steve Shannon was so super helpful and very quick to get my daughters tires changed after her tire blew out. She was almost 2 hours away from home, had the car towed there. They were super friendly discussing everything over the phone being so far away. Prices were amazingI would highly recommend.

These guys have been my go to for nearly ten years since I moved to Williamsport. They are always fair and take care of me and my car. I received a faulty oil filter and they replaced it and changed my oil free of charge. I have an older car and it seems to burn oil quicker these days, and they gifted me a free oil change just last week. They are the best!

Had my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, & flat repair. The washer fluid light was on before going in; bill says fluids were checked but light is still on & oil reset wasn t done. It s no big deal & something I can easily do but i thought these things were included in an oil change. . Im hoping the tires were actually rotated & relearned. Seems to not always happen in previous visits.

I came in for back brakes on my car, I had the front brakes done in an emergency at an Mavis in New Jersey about six months prior. My Mavis experience literally took 9 hours honest.I rolled in at Steve Shannon about 0830 told them what I felt in my back brakes ,I was out and gone in about an hour.I thanked the mechanic " Don " and shook his hand . A true pro. We laughed about my Mavis story. When I am working near Williamsport PA. I bring my company vehicles to Steve Shannon. I could not recommend a better store for service,friendliness, or price. Thanks to the Shannon team. See you all again.

Was there a month or 2 ago. Got 2 new tires put on the front and got car aligned. (It drove fine beforehand but did need tires so we said check alignment as well). They installed the tires and claimed they aligned front and rear. A couple days in the car started pulling left or right randomly. (It's my GF's car) she had complained but I brushed it off as she mentions every little noise with the car and we JUST had new tires and alignment done, and surely if there was any other suspension issue they would've sold us on it. Well it got progressively worse, and I eventually experienced it first hand. so I finally decided to take a look. Both front tires were over inflated. Tires are rated for 49psi MAX. Driver front was 53psi and passenger was 50psi. In about a month and half the tires wore down in the middle past the wear bars. I'm sure the alignment wasn't done correctly either (will find out soon). So we will be paying for new tires and likely an alignment ALL OVER AGAIN, with a shop that takes pride in their work. I guess the moral of the story is ALWAYS check the work (when possible) that's done on your vehicle. Urgh..

I ll continue to come to these guys for any mechanical issue I may have! They were real ab the work my vehicle I just bought needed and the bill wasn t too bad for the work that needed done! Thank god the dealership I bought it from took care of it! They also got me in and out on the services I did receive !

I stopped on last Thursday with no appointment, they changed my oil and rotated my tires in 35 minutes, fantastic job. South Williamsport is so much better than the Harrisburg location.

We were from Baltimore in Williamsport for a funeral and needed immediate service. They fixed our tire within the hour and were courteous and friendly through a stressful time. Great operation.

I m very grateful that this place exists because every year I wait last minute for my inspection and I m so glad that I know where to go that doesn t need an appointment!!! Just wake up early which I do anyways and take it right over,the guys are super nice I can totally appreciate it! Thank you and see you next year!

Always quick, the sales staff is eager to help you and seems very knowledgeable. No hidden surprises at the end of the transaction if something comes up they let you know ahead of time and ask what you would like them to do. Prices are absolutely more than fair.

Service & pricing are always good! However the need to change all 20 lug nuts was very unusual which leads me to believe they were stripped when removing them. Was not prepared to pay an additional $50!

No appointment, walk-in to evaluate a flat tire and repair if possible. They worked me in and solved the problem for a reasonable fee. Staff was polite, the waiting area was clean and orderly. They put the donut tire takeoff back in its spot under the cargo area, everything packed neat as a pin. It was a good experience.
