Only gave 1 star but not for the lack of bad work, but for the price. When you set up your appointment, you will get all these deals, discounts, etc. but when the tech arrive, they don t mention any of that. I had to show the tech what price was on the site and still One of their techs charge me an $50 extra after I told him, I would dispose of the glass myself. Advice, when you set up your appointment online, get your discounts/codes if any that you may have, input them and pay for the window upfront. My neighbor did the same thing, and save $120. If he didn t, the tech was gonna charge him $400.

The times didn't match up, so I had to cancel and reschedule nut very nice. It should have had better time frames so people didn't wait all day. They should also tell people they are done with project

I received nothing but positive service from start to finish. My appointment was made within a day, and my windshield replaced in less than two hours. The manager assisted me and reassured me very well when we double checked insurance coverage and deductibles. I love my new windshield, and it's nice to know I have competent, friendly people to work with in the event of another errant rock.

Called them to fix a chip in my windshield. They made things worse. Now I need a new windshield. They also want me to pay$ 175 for the attempted repair. Not acceptable!!

Safelite (both in Philadelphia & Williamsport PA) did a wonderful job of first crash-wrapping then replacing my vehicle's side window glass after a vandal destroyed it while I was out of town. They fit me in to their busy schedule & had the part ordered & installed quickly. I could not have asked for better service (and although I hope I never have a problem requiring a return visit), would most highly recommend them!!!

awesome group of guys, got me the best value for my money and didn't try and upsell a window replacement when i came in for a chip repair. Highly recommend this store. Go into the actual store on 3rd st if possible you'll get a better deal than the website.

Safelite Autoglass in Denver Co. has the worst service I have ever received from Safelite. I am insurance agent and refer all of our glass claims to them. Not any more. My vehicle was damaged in a hail storm in Denver, I called Safelite to schedule replacement of my sunroof the middle of May. I called them 10 days ago to see when they plan to do the repair and they said the glass was ordered from the dealer and should be here in a couple of days. I called today and they said they have the paper work but nothing has been done or ordered. I can understand a delay but not when they lied to me telling me the glass was ordered.

Could have been better, back windshield was replaced, but interior panel was not reinstalled correctly, the glass makes a popping sound like it hasn't been seated properly, couple glue smudges on the paint, and interior panel, glass left to slide around in the frame of the car, glass left in the seat.

I cracked the windshield on my 2014 VW Tiguan last night and Safelite got me in today to install a new one. Doug - Tech ID# 1832-983 did a fantastic job. Greeted me as soon as I walked in and got started right away to limit my wait time. I would highly recommend going to Safelite on East 3rd St Williamsport if you want your vehicle taken care of properly. I even received $25 off for scheduling online.

Very fast serve, a stone from a truck cracked the windshield yesterday,they replaced it today less then 16 hours later.they did a great job.even cleaned the inside of my truck . thanks again.

Call 3D auto glass instead. Automated phone is a pain to try to get through and price was 100.00 more than what 3D quoted.
