Mr. tire employees are the best scam artist in the area, sell you a tire with 85,000 mile warranty and won t stand behind that warranty when the tire Is no good and needs replaced at 30,000 miles Williamsport Mr. tire needs to be closed because there s nothing there that s helpful as well as the Ephrata Location we spent over $1200 on tires with the scam artist and they can t do anything for us.

Quoted me $500 for and hour labor to fix a thermostat on my 2011 Chevy equinox. They ended up taking 3 hours and never even tested the heat to see if it worked. I called them on the drive home because the heat still wasn't workingand they said there was nothing they could do and there tech was too busy to test the heat!!

I had to get a brake booster replaced, called them and they claimed they could do it. They put my tires on right perfectly fine but once I got my car back and 900 dollars later. They stripped a bolt and never fixed it and caused the brake fluid to leak everywhere and told me the part I ordered from a company that stands by their parts being in perfect condition, was faulty.. terrible quality of work and they left one of my break lines hanging right next to my exhaust which is not something that can pass inspection. Took 6 weeks to get it back the first time.

After waking up to a flat tire, being told it would need to be replaced, I went for a second opinion . Tom at Mr. Tire went above and beyond for me. I did not need a new tire, just a valve stem. He replaced it, had a gentlemen load it into my trunk and was nothing but pleasant and helpful! During a stressful situation, he made it easy. All my business will be with this company from here on out. Thank you!

I will never go to another tire shop as long as I live here in Williamsport! Tom and his crew solidified that decision yet again for me this weekend!! I arrived promptly for my appointment at 0800 and was met with smiles by Tom and greeted with courtesy. Explained what I wanted and he made sure he understood which was important to me. Total transparency is what I was expecting and that's what I got. Job took what he said it would take and kept me up to date. They went above the and beyond the scope of the job in Williamsport and I'm a happy customer! Thanks, Tom!

Our boat trailer tire blew out on the highway in New York. Luckily, a guy notified us driving down the highway and we got off immediately. We cannot thank Peter enough for helping us!!!! He was able to remove our spare, which we were unable to do. He replaced the tires and checked all our other tires to make sure we were safe on the road back to Maryland. Customer service by Peter and concern for our families safety will have us returning to any Mr. TIRE. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced ! We were in from out of town, got a nail in my tire. They fixed it in excellent time on a busy Saturday, were very courteous and professional ! I cannot give them enough kudos for the entire experience ! Thank you for getting me on my way !

People were nice and actual wait time for labor and parts was not bad. With that said, I did have to wait for 15/20 minutes while they nonchalantly talked with a non customer. When I just happened to look over is when I was called over to say it was done. I was the only customer in there at that time. Wasn't hard to keep track of who was doing the work on mine and when he came in after it being completed. I would recommend for quality and wait time for actual service. Would also prefer a sticker or at least oil alert system reset after a oil change. I rely on that sticker to keep track of it due to being a little forgetful. Only thing I wish would have been done for sure was that sticker or some way to determine when I am getting due for the next one.

Had a flat tire on Christmas while traveling through the Williansport area. Some tire shops were closed 12/26. Called Mr. Tire, Tom told me to come right over. Tom and his staff took excellent care of me and the car during a very busy morning after a holiday. He was professional, kind and kept me updated through the process. I'd recommend you give them a try!

Mr. Tire is a great place! Great customer service, Tom scheduled me in to check a wheel bearing, then fit me in to replace it that same day. Jerry in the office was great to talk with while I waited for my ride to pick me up. Both of these guys I mentioned were very good at their jobs and very knowledgeable in what they do!On a side note, I guarantee you'll get your laughs in for the day while you're there! Lol..

Tom at Mr. Tire has been so incredibly helpful to me and everyone in my family. Always provides the best customer service and his team always gets our vehicles in and out as quick as possible! If I could give them 100 stars I would.

Very customer oriented and friendly :) AMAZING staff. I went to get an oil change and tire rotation, upon leaving it sounded like I had a flat, turned out I ran over a screw at some point on my way out I came back five minutes after leaving they got it all fixed up for me super fast and very kindly. Will be returning

Excellent service; oil & filter replacement, rotated the tires, checked the alignment, topped off the fluids, checked the brake wear and treated me professionally! I walked in without an appointment, also! This is a good place to get your car serviced.

Really great service! Our tire got a screw in it at the worst time, as we were traveling on vacation. They took really good care of us. Very friendly and offered my daughter snacks as we waited. They had us back on our way 30 minutes! Would definitely recommend!

The service there is absolutely amazing! My car had some issues at the very worst time because financially I am pretty strapped and they worked with what I had. Helped me thru everything and to be honest I don't care where I live Mr tire will be where I take my cars!! Good prices, they work with u, and they have wonderful customer service!! Tom is so great he's helpful, very nice and explains every step before they move forward with anything!! Thanks again!!

Always A+++ service. Being a woman I've had many instances of being treated poorly at garages. Here they are super friendly, they do not talk down to me, and yet explain things in a way I can easily understand. They provide information on issues they find, provide all options and give realistic recommendations and do not push for things that are not necessary. They are honest and reliable and I'm always pleased with their work. So happy I found them. - D West

Upon walking into the facility we were immediately greeted with a big smile by the manager who was very pleasant. Tom took great care of us and gave us the best customer experience anyone could ever ask for. Our vehicle was done in a timely manner, and it will be because of Tom that we will be returning customers.

What a refreshing experience! The manager, Scott Shaffer was a pleasure to work with and very customer service oriented. He worked with us to get the best price and made sure we were really taken care of all around. MR. Tire was recommended to us by friends who had done business with Scott for many years somewhere else and just heard he had transferred. We were very pleased with our decision and look forward to going back. Thank you Scott for being the person a customer hopes for when they need car repairs. Very knowledgeable and calm.

I pulled in late on a Saturday afternoon after calling to see if they had my tires in stock. They got me right in. The service was fast, the customer service was top notch. That was October 23rd.Two days ago, November 20th, I run over a piece of metal and flatten my tire. Got it to Mr. Tire Sunday night. By Monday afternoon they said it was going to be done soon. Got there tonight to pick my car up. No charge! That's just one of many parts of Mr. Tire's value add for purchasing tires there.Pro tip: Always get hazard insurance. $100 could save you $600.

Tom bent over backwards to help me out with my tires. When they didn t have the exact tire I was looking for he found me another one and made sure I stayed in my price point. Then after we found out that the rim size on the truck was different then factory, we went back to work finding me another tire with the same specs and price point. While it s true there are usually better deals with online tire stores, it s the customer service that makes the difference. Tom was truly the difference why I stayed with Mr. Tire and I definitely will be going to them first in the future. Thanks to Tom and his whole staff for all their help!-Shawn Bastian

My mother and I were passing through Williamsport on the way home to Troy around 5 pm and had a quickly leaking tire. Realizing after putting air into the tire at a local gas station we would not make it home, we began to look for local tire repair shops. We stopped at Steve Shannon Tire Center and Choice Tire only to be turned away after explaining the situation to the desk attendants who said they couldn t take on any more work before closing .Driving on, we encountered Mr Tire and Tom the general manager there. Tom greeted us very friendly and professionally. He understood the situation and though close to closing time, said he would get us taken care of. Both Tom and his mechanic took care of our flat tire timely and thoroughly inspected our car and made recommendations on upcoming maintenance. Both Tom and the mechanic stayed later than closing time to get us back on the road home. Tom understood our situation and knew that we had no options and said I ve been there and will do all I can to take care of you . I highly recommend Tom for his professionalism and willingness to take care of us when it would have been easy to kick us along like the other businesses did. Thank you Tom and the rest of the team at Mr Tire!-Spencer

Tom and the gang have been so wonderful to me and have done quality work on my car every time I have been in. During the most recent visit, they did an oil change, checked all my fluids, and went over with me (by telling AND showing me) all they did and what needs to be done still. Tom went above and beyond to find the parts I needed and got them to the shop asap so I could get on my way. I am so thankful for all they have done for me. I will continue to go to Mr. Tire for every car need they address!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Even though my vehicle failed inspection, I was physically walked around the car and the specific areas that failed were pointed out to me. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Great staff and service. The team here definitely knows what they are doing. They are very convenient and have good hours to help be flexible with the customers needs. Their oil change service is quick, and very reasonable priced. Their knowledge of each vehicle is superb too. They are aware of typical issues with each type of car/truck and can assess what is needed for long and short term fixes. They accept cash, debit and credit cards. Check them out next time you need your vehicle serviced.

I have known the folks at Mr. Tire in Williamsport, PA, for quite some time now. Every time time they work on my vehicles I feel confident the service will be done professionally. Most importantly they are fair and honest and always willing to work with you. They are very good at communicating with me so when it comes time for the bottom line there are no hidden costs, no surprises, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Ben and his crew for your car care.

Great customer service! Was having an issue with a leaky tire. Called one place & they couldn t get me in until 2 days later. Called Mr Tire and Thomas told me to bring the car in same day & they would take care of me! Definitely would recommend!
