Great experience. I needed a tire mounted and balanced to rim. 3 of their competitors gave me a quote nearly double and time frame was far away and not cohesive to my itinerary. However the folks at McCarthy got me right in with a great price and I was out the door Rollin clean in 20 minutes. If you need tires or anything involving them I suggest paying these folks a visit. Atleast have them give ya a quote. I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

I can't thank these guys enough. They were super helpful getting us 2 new tires for our RV first thing in the morning. Very reasonable priced. Less than 500 for 2 tires and labor on an RV. I would strongly recommend using them in the future

Came here a few months back. Needed a new tire. They didn t have the tire I wanted because it was on back order. The guy at the front called 2 places just to be sure. They were able to get me a tire though. I was in and out within I believe a hour or so.I watched as they were servicing other vehicles. I m not sure of all the work they do but seemed like a decent place to go. They did seem busy that day. I was very happy and it didn t seem like they were trying to jerk me around.

My wife and I were returning to Williamsport from a trip to New York on RT. 15 when my truck suddenly lost power steering, AC and the engine was overheating. From my experience I knew I had a serpentine belt issue. Fortunately, I was able to take the next exit struggling with the steering. There at the exit with great luck was McCarthy Tire. I pulled in and the service manager (Mike) came out to assist me. I explained we were returning from a road trip and I asked if he could squeeze my truck in even though it was within an hour of closing. He graciously accommodated us and immediately got the truck in a bay to diagnose the issue. Within an hour, Mike and his team had me back on the road. Mike was very kind and caring of our situation and made every effort to get us on the road. McCarthy should be very happy to have Mike and his team as an employees. Thanks Mike!

I had a flat tire and they were able to patch it and put it back on quickly so we didn't miss our appointment!

I was told by the front desk guy they couldn't mount and balance a brand new tire for me since I didn't buy it through them. He told me it was company policy since "it's like bringing your own food to a restaurant" that's ok Bastian's was happy to do it and even helped me unload it. Guess where I'm going in the future?

Excellent experience - quick, friendly and efficient service. My husband and I were from out of town and traveling to our vacation destination. We were driving on Rt. 15 when we ran into some car trouble. As we were looking up the closest mechanic, we happened upon McCarthy's. The employees were extremely empathetic to our circumstances and considerate of the time and distance we had yet to travel. Despite our unexpected arrival, they fit us in promptly and had the issue cleared up in no time. It's a comfort to know that there are still businesses out there that aren't just in it for a profit, but strive to help people with sincerity and compassion. :)

26" truck required a quick tire replacement. Mike answered a call, gave a reasonable estimate of time and cost. Guys at the front inspected the truck tire upon our arrival, the technicians in the bay took our truck in service as soon as they finished servicing the previous tractor trailer, and they knew exactly what had to be done. Meanwhile, me and my colleagues enjoyed the food at the diner right across the street. By the time we finished, the truck was wearing a new tire and the only thing remaining was billing, which went smooth and withiut surprises. Excellent, smooth service.

We stopped here with a flat tire while driving from Canada to Georgia. Mike at the front desk treated us with respect and efficiency, fitting us in so that we were back on our way and only slightly late to our evening appointment. We ended up buying two new front tires and a used tire for the back,. Prices were fair ($277.21 total), the waiting room was pleasant, and I commend McCarthy Tire Service for excellent service. If I were local I would return!

These folks are fantastic! I had a blowout on my way from NY to VA on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, and these guys got me back on the road with a new tire in less than an hour. On top of that, I forgot my jacket in their waiting room and they were nice enough to bag it up and place it outside the shop so that I could pick it up on my way home. Very nice to do business with them!

Trout Run Fire Company was in desperate need of tires of the primary response engine. McCarthy not only got is scheduled quickly, they gifted the labor costs thanks to the manager.

Awesome folks, my 26' truck got flat tire and I give them a call 15 minutes before closed, They still willing to help me out. Get my tire done in 20 minutes. Unbeatable Costumer Service. Thank you

Still waiting on a response from the regional rep on a defective tire. Dropped tire off December 2017. Need I say more? Chalk this one up to lesson learned. * Update January 2019. Still no response.* Just like throwing money out the window.

The service at this store is awful. I went there because they are close. The manager is condescending and rude as well as incompetant. When I asked him who his boss was he told me did not have one! Do yourself a favor and go to a LOCALLY OWNED business, these people are a big corporation and not interested in providing good service, especially to women.

I had to go to Advance Auto which is right down the street from McCarthy tires because someone stole 2 of my lug nuts I asked Advance if someone could come out and help me put it on the " girl " behind the counter said in a snotty voice we don't do that. So I went over to McCarthy tires and the gentleman at the front desk grabbed a four-way and came out and it it himself. I am so thankful for him. He wouldn't take any money for it I kno alot of people would have taken advantage of the situation but he didn't.

Took me three different shop for one to get my balance on my tiresand wheels right any McCarthy's did the trick.My truck drives like it suppose to now.no shake like before.

Tried getting Mickey Thompson tires I purchased online mounted and balanced there and was told NO rudely. Worst tire shop around!, I'll NEVER go back!

Wheel balance off by 3 ounces,damaged rocker panel cover,bolt loose on control arm after visit.had to go to another shop to get proper balancing.shady
