I first talked to Mark on phone to see if they had the grass catcher for my 11 year old cub cadet. They did. Went to store and met Mark. He explained the details of installing the catcher. He knew all about it. I bought it. He explained that the connection to mower deck may need some simple modification. He was correct. The price was about $50.00 less than Amazon. The gentleman in service department was friendly and helpful to Mark.All in all very good experience. I recommend anyone to go there for quality products and great service. Good folks.Thank you Mark.

Very professional and extremely courteous. I had a problem with a mower and they corrected it.Their showroom is always professional and the entire team from John to Phil and Mark are absolutely top-notch.They have made a lifetime customer and if you need anything this is the place.I can not tell you guys how appreciative I am.

Great customer service. Snapped the belt on a lawnmower and brought it over to see if they had one in stock. They couldn't find the exact one, so Phil called around until he found a place that could get me one. The fact he went out of his way to help me out says a lot about the business and the integrity of the people working there. Highly recommend going here.

UPDATE TO RESPOND TO BUSINESS REPLY: Actually, I'm sorry that YOU are not aware of the correct information. I was standing there when tractor came back. I AM THE ONE WHO MOWED A PATCH AND SAID IT WASN'T FIXED AND SHOWED YOUR DRIVER. We called immediately and were told they were NOT aware of a problem, HUH???? We were NOT offered a free repair for the original problem so of course we said to leave the tractor! Why would we TRUST you to do that??? And P.S., you owe us $21.20 (which is a joke) but please forward check immediately.Unethical and treated horribly. Garden tractor was in to have uneven cut diagnosed and fixed. Instead, they serviced the tractor. When we questioned service, the service man said, "oh, you didn't talk to me about the problem and we even sharpened your blades". Returned tractor in worse condition. Called LandPro and they came and immediately diagnosed issue and SHOWED US AS IT WAS THAT VISIBLE. Contacted Bergren to dispute our $300 bill. Explained that the issue was VERY visible and there was no way they sharpened blades or checked deck as they would have seen the bent blade and spindle. Was told to PAY THE BILL but they would take $21.20 off. Ridiculous, bad business, bad service.

I shopped all the mower dealers in the area and chose one here for the price and warranty for what I was looking for. I wasn t overwhelmed with sales, obviously under staffed, even after being there earlier in the day and coming back to buy, I had to wait to even be talked to. They worked up the bill and I realized after it was done it didn t have a hitch for my cart, I kinda figured spending $3k you might throw in $25 part, but I paid. Then I was going to be out of town, but was told I would get a call for delivery, never happened. So I called and was told once again I would be called before delivery and once again no call, in spite of me telling them about an appointment, they showed up 10 minutes before I had to leave. I will update my review of post sale service if needed, but it had better be better than my initial impression. Having worked in the lawn care business for years, we traveled out of town to shop and in hind sight, maybe it may have been a good idea to look at other cub Cadet dealers in my area. With today s competition, every company should seek exceptional service, I think they missed the mark here.

Go in looking to buy and the salesman never came up to us seeing if we needed any help. Walked around for 15mins and nothing. Won t be making a sale from us. Truly disappointed.

I never write a review about someone, however in this case it completely deserves it. After purchasing a mower that just came off the truck, it turned out to be the wrong one from what it was supposed to be. Mark Bergren apologized numerous times and offered to bring a demo for me in the meantime, while the correct one comes in. He even dropped it off way after hours to accomodate my schedule, and I live nearly 20 minutes from the business. I can't say enough about how much this place appreciates your business and will take care of you like no other.

Bought parts for my old IH Cub cadet tractor. They had the parts in stock. Salty, but IH doesn't make Cub cadet anymore. Lucky I could even get them.

It cost me $479 dollars. For one service on a tractor and service on a push mower. Total labor was 68 hours. I would not recommend them for anything....

I'll only deal with the Bergrens.....I buy everything from them from 2 cycle oil to equipment...great service ,friendly staff, family business that gives alot to the its clients,and they treat their clients like family
