We took our mini van here about 10 months ago to get it inspected. It was running fine when we dropped it off. We got a call it was done and it was about $400. We were shocked. Something about the wheel barer and they were surprised we didn't lose a tired while driving. Wow, okay I'm glad they caught it because I want my kids to be safe. My husband brought the van home and said it was making a noise. I drove it and hell yes it was making a noise, A grinding ever time we turned and now the ABS light is on.Hubby took it back and the guy he spoke with said he had to call his manager. The manager, who didn't know he was on speaker phone with my husband standing right there said "NO! No way is that van making noises. He is lying!" Great customer service right there, How can we lie about a noise? Listen to it yourself! Why is the ABS light on now? "Oh sometimes that just happens"I kept forgetting to leave this review but since I am searching for someplace to get it inspected this year, I noticed these idiots and it still makes my blood boil because they did NOTHING to fix whatever they did to my van!You don't even deserve the one star I had to give you!

IF YOU HAVE A HANDICAP VAN OR ANY HANDICAP VEHICLE BEWARE! Employees/Mechanics are NOT properly trained to service handicapped vehicles and nearly damaged my handicapped equipment inside the van as well as nearly ruining my transmission. Manager was not supportive at all by lying over the phone saying his mechanics never got in the drivers seat, but they did as my husband was standing right there and watched them. How can I train my guys on handicap vehicles? That is your job as management. Google is free and so is common sense. Nobody provided even close to adequate customer service. After all of this happening, they still tried to tack on other services and fees that I had to keep declining. All I needed was a simple oil change and almost left with $17,000 in damages. If the mechanics don t feel comfortable servicing a handicap vehicle of any kind, SAY SOMETHING, instead of attempting and risking damage.

I'm very happy that I came here for the first time today. They have perfect service and very patient translation. Their work is very perfect and meticulous, with rich professional experience. It is completely different from the feeling I had when driving after maintenance in the past. All in all perfect! We will be back again! ...Came here again to check the car. Very professional repair team to check the problems with my car. Very good

I arrived at 8:46am for an oil change and inspection. They finished with my car just before 10, but needed the updated papers for the inspection. I had them emailed by 10:08. I'm writing this at 11:20, still waiting to get checked out. Nothing "jiffy" about this place. I will not be back.

I have never felt more safe and respected at a car shop than I have at this Jiffy Lube. I am a young woman with a crappy car, and whenever it starts doing something wacky, this Jiffy Lube is my first stop. I ve come here at least four times now, for everything from an oil change to a bad radiator. Every time, I come in and explain my symptoms, and I am fully listened to. The staff goes above and beyond to explain to me step-by-step what s wrong with my car and what they suggest to fix it. They explain with kindness and patience, and never make me feel stupid for saying things like, I don t know, it just started squeaking. The prices are extremely fair (I ve checked with my dad), the service is always speedy, and all of the fixes are done right the first time. This is my go-to place in Williamsport, and I feel safe going here alone as a young woman. Thank you, Jiffy Lube.

I'd give them zero if I was able. They quoted my mother $598.00, in addition to 128 per hr, to replace a wiper blade "busching". My mom was told she would need another motor not true. My mother took her vehicle to Smittys Garage in Cogan Station and ended up paying 100 dollars. Unbelievable.

Went on a Saturday without an appointment, and the wait was no bad! They did the state inspections in an outside shed while doing the oil changes in the bays. This lessen the wait time greatly.

Things they need to remember I f you move something put it back. Fortunate I was in a well let when driving. Check headlights never put back in original place. Drove with headlights off when they were on auto originally. Never put seat back. Trivial to you customer might not like it.

Had oil change done in my truck and they put 5.5 quarts in when it calls for 4.5. They were more concerned with selling me additional services then doing what I asked for. Prices are not transparent either, if you go here ask specifically how much you ll be charged right away.

The employee backed up and hit the front of my car and didn t say anything . Then another employee lied to me and told me that my tail light and my blinker weren t working. I told them I d get it fixed later . I checked my taillight and blinker after the service was done and they worked perfectly fine watch out for these dudes this isn t the first time I m hearing stuff like this. I was able to get an inspection and oil change before the end of the month when my inspection sticker ran out. Did not have to wait too long. Customers are seen on a "first come, first served" basis. Good option if you cannot get into your regular garage. Prices seem higher than they would be at a regular garage but you're paying for convenience. Service technicians are efficient and show you all the options if things need to be done to maintain your vehicle. It is the customer's choice to have add-on services/products and they show you suggested manufacturer maintenance schedules.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Excellent staff. My only issue was all other Jiffy Lube shops I have been to have the customer remain in their vehicle while the work is being done. This shop would probably have a increased volume if it could be more up to date.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I am not sure what changed with this business, but the customer service is now TERRIBLE. I've used this business so many times in the past for not only oil changes, but inspections too. My son dropped the car off for an inspection on a Wednesday as soon as the business opened for the day. He left his phone and left with the understanding that they would call us for either work that needed done or to let us know it was completed. Around 3:30 when we didn't hear anything all day, we called to check the status. We were told what it needed, but they couldn't find a phone number to call us. They could have looked our name up in their computer or like any other time, enter the plate information to find our account information. They said they would call us right back with a price to fix the minor things that were needed and that the car would be ready first thing the next morning. We waited for a phone call. Nothing. The next morning we called to see what was going on and we were told that they were getting a new lift put in so no work would be done that day. We explained that no one called us and it would have been nice to have been contacted about no work being done when they told us the car would be ready. We again asked for pricing for the repairs and were told they would call us back. No phone calls. The next morning, after giving them the opportunity to call us, I call them. The guy said he would know a price and promised to call me before 9:30 when the part arrived. at 10:30 when I still didn't get a call, I had to yet call again. The run around, false promises, and poor communication was frustrating beyond belief. We finally were able to get the car Friday afternoon. I will NEVER use this business again for inspections and I may not anymore for oil changes. Their "no appointment necessary" convenience is not work the hassle and poor business practices. Go elsewhere. My four vehicles will be.

Got in our car last night and immediately had a warning of hot engine. Jiffy Libe is only a block or so away, and they do our oil changes. So, decided to go there and have them check the fluids. They ran an analysis and found the problem. Repaired it on the spot. Didn't know the did that kind of heavy mechanic work. Very pleased with how thy handled us and our situation. Also, very pleased that they could do it right then. Really happy with the employees and quality of work.

So I pull up to the door at 1130. No one comes to the car after a couple minutes I get out go inside. Noones inside. Very unorganized right out the gate. Takes about 5 minutes for me to see someone while inside. I specifically ask if they do all the emissions test with an inspection. I was told yes. I wait for another employee, whom throughout my wait they kept yelling at for writing stuff down on sticky notes and loosing them, to scan my car in so I can go grab food and come back. Im back around 1 my car hasn't moved I inquire about it and am told it's after the ford. Ok your busy no problem. So around 3pm. The inspector comes out to notify me that they can't do my emissions because they don't have a qualified mechanic to do it. So it took 4 hours to tell me that. Even still I was polite and asked about the safety inspection to which the gentleman proceeds to tell me he didn't even start. So with 20 mins left before close I was sent away. This was an easily avoidable situation.

Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be a half hour wait but 2-hrs later, partial service was done. The oil that I requested was out of stock, and my tire rotation never happened as their hydraulic lift was out of service and the portable jack wasn t able to lift my standard size Chevy Silverado! What?! Lastly, this terrible service still cost me over $100, even after given a discount. I could have been a new customer, but never again will I go back

The man at jiffy Lube, Evan if I remember correctly ( with red hair) was very quick and respectful. Unlike other times my car was vacuumed. He should be promoted if not already.

I am visiting and returning home tomorrow, an 8 hr drive, and my check engine light came on! They checked the light, checked the car for safety, checked the tire pressure, and when I tried to pay I was told that there was no charge bc they had not done anything to the car!!!! I was amazed and thrilled! Now I know that there is at least ONE honest auto shop in Williamsport! Thank you all so much! If I lived here you would do my work exclusively!!!
