This is the second time they fixed my car after an accident. They did a great job. I got my car inspected & oil changed today and they saw my car when i had my accident and they said whoever fixed my car did an excellent job. Thank you! It looks like brand new again.

Called to get an estimate to replace a water pump in my vehicle, and the person I spoke with made it sound like it was a huge inconvenience to get me a quote. Poor customer service!

Wife's car was scheduled to win September 11th for a 7-Day repair pick the vehicle up today and noticed they did not fix the mirror or the door handle said they never noticed it even though they took photos of it so now it's off to another body shop to have that repaired worst Body Shop to deal with is there an hour and a half away and was recommended by the Cadillac dealer take your vehicle to them a bunch of people that try and shortcut everything and not repair right turn to thousand dollar car into a thousand dollar car I wouldn't recommend them to paint a bicycle detector took the mirror and the door handle off never noticed the gouges in an unbelievable

I would not go anywhere else. I had a great experience with them. As I have in the past. My vehicle was in an accident. They were very helpful when I called to check up on the status and were very detailed with what they were doing. I would recommend them to anyone. They were promt with the time lines and informed me of any delays. Awesome place to go for collision damage.

Nice gentleman tried to help us, but they didn't have any batteries for our 2023 f150 truck key fob, they sent us to Walmart, but Walmart doesn't carry that battery...

Very happy with the work they did on our Rav 4 Sport. We had extensive front end damage from hitting a deer. They fixed everything and made it look brand new and washed it. They had it all done in three weeks not bad seeing how it was around Thanksgiving when they got our vehicle in. They also kept us very informed on what was going on. I would recommend them to anyone that needs professional work done to their vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My truck needed major front-end repair after I was involved in an accident. The only reason I selected this body shop was because I needed a loaner car while they worked on my truck. They ended up having it for two months. Upon getting it back, my check engine light and airbag sensor lights were both on. I called them and they said it's probably nothing to worry about and it should disappear within seconds after starting the vehicle. However, it never went away. It was concerning to me because they "fixed" the module and various things after my airbag went off in the accident. I was on my way home from work one night and my truck completely shut off. I didn't have steering or brakes. The next morning I called them to see what could have caused that to happen. They said it was probably related to the accident and they would send a tow truck to the location and drop off a loaner and take my truck to a dealership. A few days later I got a call from the fairfield dealership in Lewisburg. He explained what the possible issue was and I declined service. When I went to pick it up the next day, I had a bill for $425. I could not believe it. Not once did they go over services with me on the phone or explain the costs of anything. I never gave a verbal authorization for them to do anything. I will never go to any fairfield business ever again, and I do not recommend you do either. They are in it to rip people off. A Day time Emmy drama nomination should be entered for Brian in the body shop department for: unapologetically lying, poor communication and having the right amount of inflection in his voice to come across like he cares (he nails it on all these! Bravo to you, Brian!)I get when you take a car in for accident repairs unexpected things pop up - but just tell the truth from the start. The garage itself did great work but the customer experience was abysmal! Just by simply stating it is not going to be ready would have made a world of difference! Promising the car for 2 weeks (multiple times) ruined plans that were irrevocable! The disappointing thing is that 2 years ago my experience was over the top excellent. Never. Again. Will I use this body shop.

Poor quality work. I brought my civic to get some repairs and non of the gaps line up the paint color is not the same and when I went to pick up the car the side view mirror fell off. The manager told me it was a used mirror when it should have been a new mirror but since insurance was paying for it they didn't care. They said they were going to order and new one but called me the next day saying it was fixed. It's great to know that Fairfield body shop thinks it's okay to use super glue and a used mirror just so they can make a little more money.

I'll never go here again!!! I dropped my car off last monday when I picked it up last night my windshield was cracked. It wasnt like that when I dopped the car off! I have ghw paper that shows work was done to the light assebly on the front of my car and it wasnt touched and still has the same issue as when I dropped it off yet the charged for it. My car drive absoutely horrible now the steering is super tight and hard to turn and its now making a funny grinding noice when driving all things that where fine when I dropped it off and shouldnt have been messed with!!

I was given a fair quote with a 3 day turn-around. The repair was finished on time and the vehicle was in tip-top shape when I picked it up. It had been washed, wiped down, and tires shined. My thanks to Corey and Justin and the rest of the team.!

They had done the bed on my Ram 2500 and the rockers l, yes it's a 2015 and already had these outlined issues. While Fairfield covered my truck the body shop did the work and didnt charge me. Here we are little over a year and the clear coat is peeling everywhere they painted. I am disgusted and disappointed that I spent 40k on gorgeous truck at the time and now i am embarrased about it. Straight BS on the body shops portion. They undercut the costs by limiting the amount of clear they threw on the truck, period. I will never take a dang thing there.
