The only glaring issue I had was when the repair stuff was done I had to take my truck to a local detailing place to get the streaks of wheel shine off the sides of my truck because the car wash didn't get it off that I took it to after I picked it up.

Our son was in an accident while driving home on leave. He was two hours away and had to have major repairs in order to be able to drive his car. Fairfield went out of their way to make sure they were able to complete his job prior to his leave ending so he could return to base on time without the hassle of a rental. The work completed was impeccable and nothing was shorted even with the rushed timeframe. Greatly appreciate all their hard work - quality and efficient. Highly recommend!

Dave Yoder ,Tasha and the body shop have been great to me and my 2020 Ranger .Have had 2 separate occasions in need of repair and both times I've had excellent results !! The service was really terrific!! Thank you very much!

Joe] and Scott are then absolute best. We have never had an issue with them or their mechanics. They go above and beyond what] I feel is expected by Ford Motor Company or ]Ford of Williamsport... Great employee's I wish they worked for me!

Nice service department but they don't have batteries for a Ford truck key fob, sent us to Walmart but Walmart doesn't carry that battery

I bought my first, ever, brand new vehicle today! Dan was so helpful and understanding of what I needed in a vehicle. He took care of my shopping experience like I was his family. He even put the plates on my car. I will never forget this amazing feeling and it is all thanks to Fairfield Ford and , Dan! Thank you so very much!!!

Own an auto repair shop a stones throw from this location. I have tried more than a dozen times to reach their parts department. No one answers the phone. Nor returns phone calls. Have to use another dealer that is 20 miles away instead of the one I could walk to. Cant speak for sales or service department. But Its a waste of time to try to get OEM ford parts from this dealer unless you walk in and ring the bell.

The service was phenomenal and the process was super quick. Dan the salesman was a pleasure as always. Mike and Terry kept the car buying process nice easy! It was my first time buying a car and I was really surprised at how easy it can be when everyone knows what they are doing. I would definitely recommend this location and will more than likely be back!

The service could be a little better but overall they are pretty good. Good interest rates with their lenders and the gm Rick is a solid guy. They don't try to rip you off like Blaise Alexander does just saying....

Just picked up our new truck. Dan and Mike were awesome to work with! Checked prices elsewhere and stayed local because they gave us the best deal. This is the 3rd vehicle that we have purchased from Fairfield Ford of Williamsport and won't be the last! Keep up the great work!

I am very pleased with Fairfield Ford's service for a recall that I had on my 2021 F-150. Fairfield completed the work in the amount of time they quoted it to take and my truck was clean and neat when I received it back. I would recommend them for service to other Ford owners.

I have been a customer and will continue to be a customer. Rob has helped me and my family get the vehicles we wanted at the prices that worked for us. Joe and Scott in the service department are always there to help anyway they can and are very good at what they do as well as all the other personnel there. To be completely honest it's the only place I feel comfortable letting my wife go without me for anything that needs done to either of our vehicles. They don't pressure her or make her feel stupid when she is trying to explain what is going on. Keep up the great work!!

My wife took her Buick to Fairfield Ford Williamsport for an oil change and tire rotation, mainly because it was a lot closer and convenient than the Fairfield GM shop in Lewisburg. That was a costly mistake! She got charged over $100 for service that would have run less than $70 at their other shop. Very disappointing; you would think if you took a vehicle purchased under the dealership umbrella that they would be more financially accommodating. I guess it's all about the almighty dollar. Won't make that mistake again!

Outstanding experience!!! I can t say enough about the friendly service and help we received at Williamsport Ford. I have purchased 7 Ford vehicles from Mike Rosamilia and 2 of those involved Dan McGowan. I will never go anywhere else, Because of the Great attitude and how the customer comes first and there are Never any hidden charges!!!

I am from out of state and my hybrid Ford wouldn t turn the air conditioner on. Took my car here on the chance they might have time to take a look at it. They brought it in, gave my dog water and allowed us to hang out in their waiting room. Turns out it was a blown fuse. They didn t charge me - I am so appreciative of their help! Thank you so much Fairfield Ford!!

I had to have my new Subaru fixed ,the passenger door. Needed a new one and painted and they had to blend the paint also. I want to thank them for the efforts to give me a loaner and have my car done in record time. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Thanks again for everything

Service advisors, Joe and Scott, are great. The service department technicians are professional and honest, and I wouldn't trust my vehicle to anyone else.

Dale Wagner is the best! If you go to this dealership ask for Dale he is ourteous,patient and not pushy. Both my husband and I had a wonderful experience buying the truck from Fairfield. We both love the truck! Not only did we have a great experience with Dale, all of the staff made us feel welcome as well!! We will be sending anyone who wants to buy a vehicle to your dealership. Had a great experience with Fairfield Ford of Williamsport. Had an issue with my vehicle that was a very complicated freak problem and they never gave up on it. Especially Randy the Service Technician who was determined to figure it out and he did! Thanks to Scott & Joe in Service who were so nice and helpful! I would highly recommend them!

Service was good until I noticed that there was an issue with my car after I got it back. Not only did the dealership know that there was an issue, but they didn't contact me while they had it in the shop 3 times longer than they told me it was going to be. This issue also prevented them from test driving the vehicle so they could not even verify if they service I wanted done was complete. Then when I went to pick up the car, they still didn't tell me and I noticed it as soon as I turned on the car. When I went to ask them about it, they went out of their way to specifically state that it definitely was not their fault on top of the idea that they clearly stated that they were not going to assist me what so ever. After asking for any assistance and being denied I decided to take my chances on the road. The guy at the front desk also decided to harass one of my friends who worked at another dealership because of the issue, I did not appreciate that and it has put an enormous strain between myself and my friend because of it. Tread carefully and document everything. Other than that the service on my car was indeed done to my satisfaction, customer service needs some work.

Fast service, Very polite, Had my defective air bag. For my 2013. Mustang recall. Was told it would be hour. I was in & out of there in less than 30 minutes. AWESOME!!!!!

The manager told me my truck had a major misfire when he started it. I took it to my 20 year ford mechanic who immediately dismissed this falsehood. They offered me literally half the value of my trade and didn t budge on the price of their vehicle which was $2000 over kbb value. The manager only came out to meet me when I was walking out the door and proceeded to further devalue my vehicle telling me it was a good deal for me. The next day I took my vehicle to ken Pollack ford and was offered full price for my truck and was treated nicely and fairly. I have purchased three vehicles from Fairfield, they will be my last. The Ford dealership was the epitome of a dishonest car dealership. I wish there was a zero star rating.

Just bought the 3rd vehicle from them. If you go there, ask for Dale Wagner, awesome salesman that knows his business well. Treats you right and made the experience awesome. Great sales and service.
