Had a minor mishap that resulted in being towed by this company. Not only were they very kind & helpful, but didn t charge as near as most would. They gained a new customer out of me! Deff recommend!

Dincher's Auto Body is a fantastic general auto repair garage. I have be blessed with their service several times recently for my 2004 Buick Regal. My check engine light was on; they diagnosed it as needing a new gas cap and replaced it very quickly. I also needed a new radiator; the replacement was installed quickly so I was back on my way. Finally, I needed a new front Hub Assembly; it was expertly replaced. I am very satisfied. I have not yet needed their body shop, but expect I would receive the same level of service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

Just wanted to let everyone out there know that the ONLY place to take your vehicle for auto body work is Dinchers. The people at Dinchers are top notch. They have been in business for many years and treat everyone like they are family. Dinchers will go out of their way to make sure your vehicle is repaired and back to new with no excuses or gimmicks. You will get the absolute best service and repair every time. They can fix just about anything you bring them and I will never go anywhere else to have my vehicles restored to their original condition. Best all around shop in the area outside of a Real Dealership. They are honest and a reliable on getting the job done on both Cars I've taken. They have great Techs in the auto. AND A KILLER body shop. Happy with the body shop.. etc. If you want your car serviced properly . They will take care of you.

My car was stolen from behind my apartment. The police told me that if i wanted to press charges, provided they find the guy, i'd have to have the car towed, so i said okay. Well the cops found it and said there was no damage. They took it in and said we'd have to pay our tow bill before we could get it back. The last tow we had before this event was from Action Towing, and a trip from Lycoming Mall to our mechanic in Williamsport was less than 100 dollars. To tow our stolen car from one side of Williamsport to the other, Dinchers charged us 415 dollars, which included a 75 dollar fee that the cops said isn't supposed to be charged to victims of crimes. I have a feeling Dinchers knew that, and they refunded it when the cops called them and "reminded" them. Remember that thing about the car not being damaged? The bumper was destroyed, and the wheel well had damage inside of it causing the front tires to rub when turning. When we mentioned that to the cops, they made it seem like the thief was responsible for the compensation, not the tow company, but honestly, the tow company damaged my car and price gauged me, while the thief joyrode it a few blocks and left it alone without even stealing my change, so I know who the real bad guys are. The good news for all of you reading this review is that the cops said that in the future, we have the option of requesting who is called for the tow, and without being prompted, he suggested we call Action, so it seems like he knows Dinchers is no good too. Wish we'd have known that before our bumper and wheel well got wrecked. Do NOT engage with this business unless your life depends on it, and even then, think twice.

I have an appointment on May 3 at 8 am for spring installation. I drop off the car the day before my schedule after an hour I got a call from Eva said it will not do the installation because the cars are too lower That's the worst excuse.

Go here, seriously, anything you need, they fix and it stays fixed and they know what their talking about everytime. Never had any problems or anything not being how it should.

Good afternoon, I'm not real sure how to go about this. I just wanted to thank those at Dincher's for fast courteous assistance. I had my car let me down with tire problems. This car is not driven much and the remaining tires just couldn't be trusted. I called Hartford my auto insurance and requested road assistance. They contacted Dinchers, and they were at my vehicle within a half hour. (I am in the country) I know it has to do with a little luck. But from the beginning the lady in their office was super. She knew what she was doing. Sent the correct equipment. Assured me all would be fine, and it was. The man running the equipment (Devin) also knew his job. He was kind. We did paperwork. Then he preceded to treat my old car as if it was his. If I would need any type of roadside assistance in the future Dinchers will be my first call. Don Lynch, Cogan Station, Pa.

I am new to willaimsport ,needed my heater fixed on my truck, was referred here by my brother in law Sherek ,they fixed my heater.same day ,nice to have heat .thanks George for the good service. A week later needed a tune-up took if back to Dinchers, On thrusday dropped off truck was worked on next morning they called me with estimate and now running great ,at a reasonable price. ,Thanks agian for your great service.George Dincher and employees.will be using them for future.fixes on my truck.5stars

Went there to get a full coolant flush due to the previous owner putting in the wrong coolant and this garage either didnt do the flush or they did and just put the wrong coolant in.
