They were really helpful in getting my Tiguan in for an alignment before a trip I needed to take. There were a few small issues Matt found while it was on the lift and he took care of them right away. I am very happy with how they treated me and my vehicle.

We received excellent service from Cochran s. We broke down on the side of 80 about 50 miles from home. Not only did they tow the truck back to Williamsport the same day they were able to fix it in just few days. Excellent service, excellent price. I brought my car here to get inspected and had the alignment done. They were very helpful and friendly.. I was there for a little over an hour it didn't seem like it, as I chatted with Megan the whole time who was also friendly.

I have been taking my vehicles here for years. I have read some of the reviews and some of them take me down memory lane. I have seen several complaining of the business having a bad attitude or being rude. Honestly the first time I went there I was a little apprehensive too. However, the more I got to know them the better the relationship we developed. I now consider them friends and I will not even entertain going anywhere else. They have diagnosed and fixed every problem I have ever had with a vehicle. They have towed me in several unexpected mishaps, and unfortunately have even brought me gas when I neglected to check my gauge. I have been in the shop when disgruntled customers come in and have witnessed some difficult scenarios. Honestly, I m not sure anyone else could have handled the situations any better. Let s face it, having your transportation take a dump on you or having your vehicle repossessed is a stressful time for anyone. Couple that with having to pay for labor and costs just adds insult to injury. Unfortunately, they have a business to run and vehicles Don t fix themselves, nor do bills pay themselves. These things cost money and for many of us vehicle failures never come on payday. This is a small garage that gets the job done every time. They get 5 stars from me.

In the middle of the night, in a different state, after an accident, who do you want to call? Cothran's Towing. They were fast, reliable, professional, courteous, and helpful. I was towed by this company.i was told I could pick up my vehicle Tuesday for $430 and they close at 5pmThey close at 4pm which wife told Me she was cooking dinner at 4:10pm when I showed up so no getting car and I had my tow service waiting. I was told by "husband" that here would not be extra day charge. I cancelled my insurance tow and returned before 4 next day. After being told I had not been charged another day storage., my bill was $45 higher and I was told that was momday bill and I was told it was price for pick up on ties which was day I tried to pick up. My words speak for themselves! Highly disappointed that my 18 year old just got a hard earned lesson!

I've been doing business with Cochran's for many many years . These people care about their customers . Not like a lot of other places .Professional , polite , and a pleasure to do business with . I will continue with these guys as long as I'm driving a motor vehicle ...

I wouldn t recommend Cochran s to any of my friends or family . My grandpa was in the hospital they needed there payment I spoke with them on the phone time and time again they got there payment . After I was home .I asked them to give me the receipts of payment Megan the receptionist demanded 5 dollars over the phone I went in with the cash for my receipts and she still refused said I could come back at 3 . Long story short Matt is a great person his wife not so much . Will be seeing them in court !Services: Car towing, Local hauling

I give this place 2 stars since at least he had the intelligence and motivation to start a business, but talk about poor customer service. The mechanic there has about as much competency as a 3 year old trying to learn algebra. Definitely not a people person. If you want to ask questions about your vehicle he acts like its a hassle for him to answer. Definitely not business savvy. Don't recommend this guy at all very very rude guy. PASS ON THIS PLACE!

No customer service what so ever and they love to take advantage of people in a bad situation. My boyfriends inhaler was in the car and they denied us access to my car to go get it. All together a garbage company.

I just had my work truck repaired at Cochran Automotive. I couldn t be happier. They asked when I needed it done. I said ASAP. I got a call the next day and it was done! I will be taking them my business in the future. Thanks guys.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I took my car to this shop expecting them to look into the problem but instead all they did was tell me "nothing is wrong", charged me, and the car is still fked up. This garage will take your money and do nothing about whatever problem your car is experiencing.

Did not tell me that everyday that my car was in there was $50 a day I was not aware of that and that made me feel like you was trying to hide something to get more money out of me
