We took our car in to get fixed using our insurance. It got fixed and we went to pick it up on Monday and paid our deductible and took our car. By Thursday of the same week they contacted my husband via text saying I would need to sign the insurance check. The next day Friday, they contacted him again saying I needed to sign the check and that we have our car and they haven't been paid. They needed it to pay their employees. A man then literally came to our house while we were at work and showed the check from nationwide in our blink camera and said you need to sign, we need paid! Before we saw this all on the camera I had called and said I could come Monday to sign the check and told the person who answered the phone how rude Shawn was. He said that is why he normally made the phone calls and apologized numerous times and said it was OK that I came Monday since I worked till 6 and they closed at 4 that Friday. We have all the text messages and the video of him coming to our house. I feel like this is borderline harassment. I wouldn't recommend them because of this to anyone!!!

I had a great experience going to Catherman s. I m new to car-owning, so I ve never had to get a car fixed before. Mike was very helpful in explaining the whole process to me. He also talked me through every step of the repair and each cost. My car was fixed quicker than I was expecting and the work is beautiful! The bar that holds my hood down needed replaced, and I am no longer scared of my hood flying open while driving. Thank you Catherman s! Great experience, they were fast and even finished my Jeep a day ahead of schedule! Body work looked great can't even tell anything happened now.

I had them paint my new BMW m performance front and rear bumpers as well as my side skirts and they did a great job in only a few days. My car was recently hit in a parking lot which cracked my front bumper and I'm having them paint my replacement bumper cover. I'm extremely ocd when it comes to my car and allow very few people to work on my car so when I say they do good work at fair prices you can believe me.

I had some dents and dings in my car that come with having it for eight years and not respecting poles that seem to get in my way from time to time. I was greeted by a very professional couple who gave me an estimate and we set a date for me to drop it off. I just picked it up yesterday. They did an outstanding job! I paid exactly what the estimate called for and I can t say enough of how great the service was that they provided. I picked this company based on other reviews. I m glad I did.

Talk about bending over backwards for you. Dustin Pauling worked with my insurance company and got my rental car for me. The repairs were , well let s say made the rest of my car look bad. They even did some extra work I didn t except. Dustin must have a great staff.

Had a great experience here. Came in with a substantial door dent. Repair and paint job was excellent. Paid a fair price and the car was done in two days. Highly recommend!

Didn't start my vehicle until after my 30 day rental was expired. Took 3 months for completion. Within those 3 months...I was given back my vehicle incomplete...they only did the exterior damage and ingnored the internal damage...which resulted in the time extension. After everything was said and done they would not fix the AC because it was an older vehicle and deemed it damaged from corrosion instead of damaged from the accident...even though it worked perfect before the accident.

Had collison work done and minor engine repair done at this place. The body work was subpar at best, but the paint job was done well. The engine work was a mess, the clown doing the work put my engine fan on backwards and damaged my water pump. When I called about it the asshat told me to call my insurance company. LOL won't be back to this hole in the wall shop.
