my experience with Brenner was/ is amazing, Katie and her colleagues has and has done everything perfectly and put me in the vehicle that I wanted. She went above and beyond her roll to help me understand everything and believe me when I tell you that I drove away happy. Thank you Katie and everyone at Brenner.

Excellent customer service. Friendly. But after I purchased the car I became very sick and wanted to change my payment plan to monthly instead of weekly and they would not work with me at all. They are very deceiving. I love my new car but very upset about the switch of the loan payment.

I urge u do not use these people they will turn it car off over 50 bucks and say theyll work with you. They won't ur financial stuff will end if u pick this u think it's bad now just wait

Went in to buy a car. Only had 1 car on lot. Then the lady got pretty snotty with me saying I can't buy one straight out cash. I will never be back

You pay triple for a vehicle from them and keeping full coverage insurance on car that is worth $3000 and you owe $12000 is crazy!They will call/text the day prior your payment is owed, they will text/call you the day due even if you made the payment.They don t give you the payment schedule at the signing of how much you bought it for and what actually you are paying.If you are less than week late they will shut the car off or repo it!Stay away from these guys!

Had a overall good experience but mine was at the Mifflintown location. Sarah my sales representative was very nice and respectful and she made my car buying experience as painless as possible. From getting everything needed for approval to test driving. Everyone I talked to was super nice. Very happy with my purchase.

Great place to go if you're rebuilding your credit and now have a reliable income. Bonus points for very friendly and helpful staff. Katie worked with us, she was up front about the transaction, interest rates, etc. and we felt informed prior to making our decision. We wound up leaving with a vehicle much nicer than I would've considered otherwise. Very pleased with my experience here.

They will finance anyone as long as you have steady employment. Finance is weekly at $125.00 or higher. Warranty cover length of finance of about 2 years.

I enjoyed my time here.. buying a car is always a long process because of all the paperwork. And yet even though we were there all day it didn t feel like we were. I ended up being approved and got a Chrysler 200 which honestly is in FANTASTIC condition! They were very patient as I looked under 4 different hoods and test drove 3. They didn t push me into any car, it was solely my decision. I highly recommend this place!!! Tricia and Corinna were absolutely fantastic, felt more like a friendship talking to them then them trying to sell me a car!!!

Tricia was much help with us tonight. I was in at 430 and out by 630. I purchased the 2013 Chevy Impala and i am very pleased with the experience. My fiance and i are more than very happy with the service that Tricia provided to us. She even went through online and got me insurance coverage on the spot! I will be recommending to my friends and family as to whomever will need to purchase a car in the future. Thank you again and i will be sure to spread the word!

At a time in my life that has been difficult , Jackie and staff made it possible for me to purchase a vehicle. They helped me every step of the way. They were professional yet very friendly and I would recommend Brenner's to anyone who was finding it hard to find a vehicle. And I love my car!!

Test drove 3 different vehicles all of which were no good and I got ripped off $100 that I put down to hold which was suppose to only be $50 but they didn't have change! Also not very willing to make a sale if they will only move 3 vehicles to a location closer for customers not a great experience at all and we were returning customers but won't go back

You couldn't ask for better people to deal with. Tricia and Jackie are the most amazing sweetest people. They personally saved a car that would fit us perfectly. We love our car so much. You guys are the greatest and we thank you so much for being such a big help. Love you guys

The staff at this location is so helpful and compassionate. They go above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are met and that your voice is heard. They turned a terrible situation into a very positive and easy experience and made me feel respected during the entire process. I would highly recommend doing business with them!
