Terrible experience. Called to set up an alignment appointment. Double checked if they can do my diesel Motorhome. They said yes . When I got there they didn t have the correct equipment to do it. Cost me $150 in diesel fuel round trip. For no service.Not happy. They should have covered my wasted fuel expense.

We dropped our truck and trailer with a large piece of equipment at the shop. Harry and his crew review the trailer for needed repairs. An estimate was give and an ETA of completion. The unit was repaired on time. We had a minor issue with the vehicle once we got back on the road. I called Harry and without question he resolved our issue . 100% Customer satisfaction. Shops like these are hard to find these days. They are highly recommended .Service: Steering & suspension repair

The only place where I could get the steering on my 2009 Spartan chassis repaired. They are very busy so be prepared to wait for an appointment. I highly recommend them for any heavy truck repair.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Watch out- given the opportunity, Brass Alignment will rip you off like you ve never been ripped off before!I had my boat/trailer transported 2 weeks ago. Mid-trip the bearings on the trailer needed to be checked/replaced. My driver was in the Williamsport area and dropped it off at Brass Alignment to have it checked. These guys went ahead and replaced 2 bearings and changed a tire. They charged me almost $900 for the job! $600 in labor and an additional environment & shop supplies charge for $60 which is 3x what other nearby shops charge. I wasn t there to dispute it and they had my boat/trailer so there was nothing I could do it was quite literally highway robbery.I felt obligated to write this review to warn other potential victims. Do yourself a favor and take your business to a more honest, trustworthy shop.

This is hands down the most honest machanic shop we've ever dealt with. Not only did they have us come right in on a busy saturday, upon arrival 12 noon appointment at 12:30 my husband was handed the keys to one of their vehichles to go grab lunch. WOW! WHAT?!Top it off what we initially brought our truck in for checked out fine. Baffled we described some preventative maintenance we had a week prior and they went back in and found the problem. Our cost was unbelievably fair considering all the extra time spent on diagnosis. Almost makes me tear up. So refreshing to know there are still some good guys out there!If I could give 10+ stars i would

Charged to install Supplied snowplow wire harness the first time and had problems took it back and charged me to fix it as they claimed a faulty wire harness the second time I took it there and charged me total of $1900 plave is a joke

Great service, really helped us out in a pinch, squeezing us in. Repair was very reasonable , people were very helpful.
