I requested an appointment for two front tires to be replaced. Was told that it was a walk in process which was absolutely fine. Was very impressed that I was given an out-the-door quote unprompted. As an intern hailing from a small town likewise to this one, this assured me I was in genuine and professional hands. All staff I interacted with were great. Thanks!

Could not ask for better service. Got a flat tire while traveling home from Florida and passing through. They took me in right away and the repair was done in 20 minutes. Amazing customer service and friendly staff. Highly recommend them.

Good prices, friendly staff. They do a great job and the wait room, if you choose to stay is comfortable for the most part. Free Wi-Fi is provided.

Previously I went here for an oil change and they didn t put my oil cap on so oil spilled all throughout my engine and on everything under my hood. The only reason I knew my cap wasn t on was because my car was smoking on the highway. So today I decide to give them another chance because I couldn t get in anywhere else for an oil change and they didn t do my tire rotation I could tell because my front tired had a lot of break dust on them and the back were super clean. So I went back in and they said they didn t do it because my better driving tires were on the front. This wasn t communicated to me before I was about to leave. So they let me believe I had my tires rotated. I m assuming so eventually I d have to come and get new tires. I m finally done with this place.

Took my car there and ask for it to repair when they had it in the frist time they told me it need a steering rack and n muffler system which I know it needs a muffler system....I was told that's all it needed for inspection so I set the appointment for the day too get inspected and when I got there they told me they couldn't inspected my car cause they claimed it had holes in floor board and brake cables needed replaced but I wasn't informed of this 2 weeks prior to this when they went over the car...so they did the major work and I still didn't get it inspected after almost 2000 in parts...if I needed all that I should've been informed before I thought I would have had it all for inspection and it took them almost 4 hours too get me out of the shop I realize the job was 3 and half hours...getting checked out was horrible they had idea what was going on with my paperwork and none of I formation was put in system so that took a hour or longer too get it done....this isn't a good look for anyone...also almost everyone that was in there that day had to put some kind of part on there car like they charged a lady 72$ for wipers to inspected her car like I know times are hard for business but people work hard for our money and shouldn't be treated like that or taking advantage of just so a business can make money

Never knew it took an hour and fifteen minutes to put a tire on a car that had been dropped off the previous day for repair. So, the tire had already been repaired the previous day. All that had to be done was take the donut off and put the repaired tire back on. Got there at 945 and told them I had to be at work at 11. My husband had also told them this the previous day when he dropped off the tire. I didn't leave until 15 minutes after 11. I asked at 11 if it was almost done and they hadn't even started. I can understand being busy but this is just bad customer service on probably the easiest job they had that day. Not going back again. I'll go to Kost or someplace else.

I brought my vehicle in for an inspection and tire rotation. Upon receiving the bill I noticed that they changed my oil without my permission. I let them know that I was not thrilled about the unauthorized oil change, however, I paid the full bill and left. Later in the afternoon when I moved my truck from the driveway I noticed a puddle of oil. My truck has almost 144,000 miles and the oil is changed on average every 4,000 miles. Including the above oil change, the oil in my truck has been changed 3 times by someone other than myself. The vast majority of the times the oil has been changed in almost the exact spot where the puddle of oil is located. At no time other than the present has a puddle of oil appeared under the truck after an oil change. I called Bastian and requested that they send someone to pick up the truck and have it checked out. I was informed that this was not an option and that I should bring in the vehicle in the event that oil continues to puddle under the vehicle. I informed them that other than the remaining tire rotations they will receive no business from this household.

I wish I could give them a zero star rating but I can't. Terrible service. Waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The one guy went to lunch with my car still on the lift. So I couldn't even leave at that point (an hour and a half into waiting). I even called ahead to ask if they were busy because they don't take appointments for oil changes and tire rotations. The only reason it wasn't longer is because I asked when my car would be done. The one receptionist made sure other guys finished my car quickly. I got there at 10:30am and got out at 12:30pm. The one guy that answers phones at Williamsport shop on Washington Boulevard named Jared I think. He has a really bad attitude was rude to me when I got my car inspected. Jared was also the one who told me they weren't busy the day I went for the oil change.

I've been a satisfied customer for a few years now, but they really went above and beyond this last time. They do very good work, plus they are honest. Strongly recommend. EDIT 2022: Once again you guys save the day! Thanks so much.

I've taken my car multiple places in the area for fairly common things. I wasn't happy with any of my experiences until I ended up going to this place for some maintenance. The employees are friendly and helpful, they won't screw you over, and they're honest about what is wrong. I've been here multiple times and have nothing bad to say. Comfortable environment as well. Recommend.

They found an issue with one of my tires that several other places could not find and fixed it. While waiting for them to service my car I watch how friendly and courteous they were to other customers and myself. Almost as if everyone is their best friend. Recommend 100%

Jared was so helpful and I appreciated his honesty with me. I also appreciated that he was willing to plug some slow leaks for me instead of trying to sell me 2 new tires (when a plug would suffice). The guys worked quickly and did a great job. I'm extremely happy with their work!

Excellent all around auto center. All staff true professionals. They know my car and I have been with them many,many years. Prices reasonable. Get their estimate and compare. Example: my car towed their estimate 1,500.00 plus towing . Bastian total price $291.64 and car runs like new. Thanks to all at Bastians.

I had no problem with the service I had done. Although all I had done was a tire breakdown on a set of tires that were not attached to the car.But while I was waiting, the owner/manager was being indirectly disrespectful to customers that were on hold on the phone. Also, his employees did not seem happy to be there at all so they must have issues with management there too. If you take your car there, be careful. If they hate their job there, they might try to make the place look bad by damaging peoples stuff.

Had 4 bald tired and a bolt in one tire. They took my car in when nobody else would in the middle of this pandemic. All very nice and friendly. Made the process so very easy. Quick and efficient. Will definitely recommend and use again

The staff at Bastien took excellent care of my family when we broke down while passing through, on our way to vacation. Joel kept in contact every step of the way and was able to repair our vehicle ahead of schedule!

These guys just made our day. We got a flat tire last night, had to stay an extra night a few hours away and bought another set of tires. Tires were delivered in the morning, put on and we were back on the road. After getting BRAND NEW TIRES we hit a nasty piece of metal on the road about 100 miles away that slashed our tire and we ended up with yet another flat. In less than 24 hours. Screw cars with no spare in the back. We thankfully had an extra tire in the back from yesterdays ordeal just in case. Called a few places and no one could help us until tomorrow except for Bastian. We quickly explained the situation and they got us in immediately and back on the road in less than 30 minutes! Absolute miracle workers and life savers! I am forever grateful for the kindness and generosity they showed us.

Brought our lowered car in to Bastian to see if it could be aligned, after the associate looked the car over they assured us that it would be no problem. When we showed up for the appointment the next day we were told that we had been double booked with someone else. After waiting 45 mins we were told to come back the next day. When we came back the next morning and got our car back they didn't finish the alignment because it was too low. After offering no apology we were charged full alignment price.

I took my vehicle here for a squeak. They took some rust off my breaks (or somewhere around the tire area). They were quick and assured me that my car was in good/safe condition to drive. My car unfortunately is still squeaking, however they didn't charge me anything for seeing it and the work they did.

I had my tires rebalanced and rotated. I told them the way I wanted them rotated and told them I even marked each tire to show where I wanted each tire to go. AND THE STILL DID IT WRONG!!! After I made a complaint they did it right after waisting 2hrs of my time to do a simple job. I am now questioning if they balanced my tires properly. 3/2/2021

Took care of my tire problem in a day, and also towed it and refixed the one valve for free when it didn't stay fixed after the first visit. Great service, pretty fair pricing, and very professional.

Went in for an inspection and to have all tires balanced and rotated. Car wasn't balanced properly or something because I still had a shaking in my seat. After taking it back, they rebalanced the tires and the issue seems to be less noticeable.

On the road, had a flat, tire couldn't be fixed, no charge for all the work they did. Very nice people, set us on our way, made sure we were safe. Can't say enough.

About 2 years ago right before Christmas I was driving on the highway and my tire blew and I went there to see how much a used tire would be. Well they couldn't find a used tire that would fit my truck at first. So they were showing me prices of new tires and I just couldn't afford it because it was like a week before Christmas. So I was leaving and the one employee that was waiting on me came out to the car I was getting into and said I found u a tire. I was like great how much? He said no charge Merry Christmas!! I cried, said thank u, Merry Christmas and gave him a hug!!! No-one has ever done anything like that for me in my life!!!!
