Went in there this morning to get brakes and wiper blades for my company car and the sales person was not trying to help me. And was being rude when I tell him if I were your boss, I would ve fire you he Point to his boss and say that my boss right here and then the manager say to me I don t see what he do wrong shaking my head I told him I m going to call corporate today

Polite service. I purchased wiper blades, I asked if they could be installed, employee said no, because she was only one working. My complaint is if you offer a perk ,make sure it can be done all the time or remove the perk from your advertising.

Parking lot near front is uneven.Easy to find.Right place, right price.Service was friendly.Orderly store.Never went to a bad AA yet.

I went there because my check engine light came on, the guy who was working there, Mark I think was his name, had a very snotty attuide because I asked him to check why it was on. He checked it but when asked what the codes meant his reply was take it to a mechanic. He said it had 3 different codes. I left there and immediately went to autozone who rechecked it and they told me it was just my catalytic converter. I won't go back into this store with the people they have working in there. If you don't want to do stuff like that, then that's not the job for you.

The young lady who helped me diagnose my car was very helpful. I think it's a wonderful service to be able to take my car in and have everything tested so that I know exactly what is going on.

I normally have good experiences with AAP but this store was the worst. I don't know if it was because I interrupted the manager's cigarette break out front and he had to key in numbers, but they wouldn't return my items for cash that I paid. once they explained their policy, and I asked for a telephone number so I could call corporate and maybe get it squared away so it wouldn't reflect on the store. they told me to google search it and walked away from me. I don't know about this store, but customer service is definitely not on their agenda. I will never buy anything from them again and would rather take my business to AutoZone

Stopped by the store to order a part from the website. Had to wait around until the sales person could find it in there system. Ended up looking it up on my phone. He ordered a different one so it cost me more money. Then I had to pay shipping because it was factory direct. The day the part was suppose arrive came and went. No phone call. Called them back and they said "yeah we have it"......So they wasted my time, cost me extra money twice, and wasted my time some more. Never using Advance again.

When my daughter's car battery died at Penn College, I looked into what was available for repair in the area since I'm 2 1/2 hours away. Advance now carries DieHard batteries - that caught my attention. And the price included free installation. The fellow had to replace a couple frozen, rusted holddown bolts as well, but that was just a small additional charge. It sounds like she was treated well and got a competetive price with it. Well done, Advance, and thanks.

Always have great service with Advance Auto. The staff is ALWAYS there to help with your needs and will go the extra mile to make sure all your needs are met. Mine is the same everytime. My windshield wipers on my Silverado are a massive pain in the butt to replace. I pay for them and they just go out and put them on for me.

They are always willing to help you find whatever it is that you may need. Sometimes if they don't have it they can order it for you.

I was looking for a mounting bracket for the running boards of my vehicle. The kid who waited on me could hardly be bothered to look up from his cell phone to wait on me. Without looking away from his phone, he asked if he could help me.I explained what I was searching for and that it might be a manufacturer specific part but I wasn't sure. He proclaimed from behind his phone that he didn't know the part number and therefore cannot help me. He didn't check the computer ,didn't even ask what vehicle .Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the computer tell you the part number when you look it up?Well he apologized from behind his phone and sent me on my way. Apparently I kept him from Facebook for to long.Out of curiosity I looked it up on Advanced's website. They do, in fact carry the bracket I was after. I did however purchase it elsewhere, as I will continue to do for anything else I need for my vehicle. One more brick and mortar store that pushes me to online sales.I'm sure there's better help employed at this store but if the employees can't be bothered to at least make an effort then I see no point in spending my hard earned money there.Good luck to you if you try

Great service at a great price. Employee put my windshield wipers on for me. Was able to borrow a tool to fix a problem with my truck. Good price on the products.

Ordered parts from NAPA and my parts were wrong. Ordered from Rock Auto and the parts were wrong. I called over the phone and talked to Rusty. He was super polite and helpful. He said they had two in stock. One was dofferent and the other was correct. He helped me and my friend get the right clutch for my old truck. Thank you Rusty!

Went to Advance Auto on a Saturday after 5pm because the check engine light was on. They ran the engine check and explained what was going on and answered all my questions to my satisfaction,no charge. Overall good experience.

Charged me over $100 for a headlight I could have gotten for $15 on Amazon. I understand the convenience price of having it now, but gouging me for $85?

They almost always have the part I need in stock. If in doubt, call ahead. If not they can usually get it next day. Great prices.

Place is great. If you have a BMW, Audi, or VW. They stock the engine, dsg, manual oil, also they have the dot 4 brake fluid that you want.

Every time I buy electrical plugs there half the time then we can work right out of the box I've been yesterday with a throttle position sensor for my van car wouldn't start with it installed I just took the old one that was burned out back in ran down to this store to exchange it still didn't work
