I am really impressive with the extraordinary short time they expend every time on changing the oil and maintaining my vehicles on necessary season requirements.We are located at 103 Broadway, Jim Thorpe, PA, about 35 to 40 minutes far from this place and I don t mind to drive or sending my employees to do it, it is actually saving time and future problems they take care very well of absolutely everything necessary on the cars.This company is giving an excellent training to the young employees that makes me feel very confident because I can see how serious they are taking the job.Thank you for saving my time.

I just had my car at this location and i cannot rave about them enough!! Specifically Larry, who was the KINDEST, nicest person I ve come in contact with in a long time!! My husband was with me (but in the back with my daughter) because he was trying to let me do my oil change by myself for the first time (lol). I explained i was nervous and i had zero clue what i was talking about and Larry explained EVERYTHING to me without being condescending AT ALL!! I truly cannot rave about my experience enough! My husband will now also be bringing his car here because he was also so impressed with the service! I loved that they didn t try to sell or up-sell me on anything and Larry even double checked with his manager on something just in case so that i wasn t spending money on something i didn t actually need! Again, i cannot rave about this place and my experience more!!! The world needs more Larry s!!!!

I got an oil change and tire rotation. It didn t end up being any cheaper than going to the dealership however it was very fast service. I would definitely return.

Horrible customer service kept moving us from bay to bay taking other customers before us. They are rude .we will never return to this location and if this was due to quote you wanting to take customers first that were there first they would not have taken cars in that arrived after us .The managers unprofessional attitude coming out causing a scene was uncalled for.

I came here for one service to get my oil change 8/10/21. The following day 8/11/21 I decided to go to a beach trip with my daughter and on our way back my car broke down on the side of the NJ parkway (i have attached photos of the stream of black oil pouring out of my car) I had to get it towed to a parking lot. I called them and they sent one of their guys to asses my car, after an hour standing in the sun. The guy told me that he sent pictures in to the company and the they where going to be giving me a call. Once I got ahold of the manager through the customer service line, he basically could not tell me why my car was leaking black oil! And said they couldn t do anything for me and that it was not their fault and left us stranded an hour and a half away from home in New Jersey.Service: Oil change

Professional simple oil change.Make sure you use the coupon on the website.I got the full synthetic oil and my total came out to $81 and change with tax when I use the $25 off coupon. I think this is a fair price in 2023.These coupons are not hard to come by and I guarantee if you want to you can use it every single time you go in for an oil change just get it from the website.The staff were friendly and professional I had no problems with the service and I was in and out in 15 minutes even though they were fairly busy. I did not get any excessive upselling from the staff and overall had a good experience.I will be going there for my next oil change.

Took my car in February before a trip to Atlantic City for an oil change. That I can say went smoothly. However, I opted for an air filter replacement as well. If you have a chevy cruze, be sure to inform them of the fifth screw hiding under the hose as they busted the air filter housing by not loosening it. The check engine light came on a day later, but I needed to go on my trip. Came back and codes were checked, air sensors and fuel system. Codes cleared after checking. Few days later, light back on. The issue got worse steadily over the next few months with the light going on and off and. Then the car started bucking and stalling. Took it back in for repairs to my normal shop and find this was all due to the wrong air filter being installed during the oil change which caused a whole lot of unnecessary damage and repairs. In short, I won't be using them again.

Really disappointed they wouldn t service my transmission. The manager told me he would over the phone and it s the only reason I drove there. He then changed his mind after I was in the bay ready to have my oil changed. I literally had to drive to another location where they completed the job without any issue.

Absolutely terrible service! 3 technicians couldn t and didn t install wipers correctly so one of them fell off and then the other one wasn t attached properly either. Jose the Manager tried to say the car wash did it but it did not so would not refund me after I purchased new ones from Auto Zone because we couldn t get back on and thought they were broke. Lousy customer service!!!

The dealership offers $60 synthetic oil changes, So explain to me why your price is a $105.I don't want to hear anything about your service Being better than the dealership or quicker or because you fill my windshield fluid that it justified the additional cost.I wanted a conventional and you simply told me it wasn't an option you can only do synthetic.My husband called spoke with the manager Manny, who took good care of him.. And the manager explained that they can do conventional but I just need to sign off on it.So why when I questioned the entire synthetic and the price... was I not told that?Not to mention trying to scam me with Flushing the system. We understand upselling and getting commission but come on.Honestly I've never had an issue at any of these places and the customer service is typically absolutely amazing. My guy was nice I'm just irritated.Plus I was given someone else's receipt. Altogether just a really bad taste in my mouth.I do thank Manny for the Offer he gave my husband And for listening to him vent.Please just do better next time.It really comes off as being fraudulent. Let me know what my options are not just the most expensive one or what's recommended. I'm here to tell you what I want done please respect that.

We've used this location for our oil changes for years! The staff are airways helpful, patient and professional. The service is done quickly and correctly. We've added air filters, windshield wipers and other extras when needed. Pro tip - sign up for their emails to receive discount coupons. If you don't want to sign up, you can still search online and usually find a current discount code.

Wow. What can I say? These guys are on point ! I would like to recognize all of the employees that worked on my Grey Hyundai Kona on Friday 5/12/23 about 530pm. All the guys and girls that work here follow the oil change book to a T. Watch close as they change your oil while you sit in your car chillin. They shout out the different things they doing. Filling oil with the right kind, the right filters all that. This place is a Held up so the cameras can see too. I drive a 100 miles a day back n forth to work so I get my oil changed about every 6/8 weeks. Trust me I know these places get a bad rep and I was reluctant to give it a try, a 50% off coupon seductively enticed me to go though and I didn t regret it. This VALVOLINE IS GREAT! seriously, you re in and out so fast and my car is running great and I only paid $25 for a straight up conventional oil change and filter.Google valvoline 50% off coupon. Screen shot and save.This location on McArthur in Allentown is the one I go to and I m extremely satisfied and now that I can t do it myself anymore, it s time for VALVOLINE to take over.

Went for an oil change; got much more. I was continually updated while sitting in my vehicle during the whole process. Took about 20 minutes but it was an enjoyable experience. The staff interacted with each other and worked together. (Like a team of Doctors in the OR).It was close to $100 but I ordered Full Synthetic 5W20 and needed to change a very dirty filter. (They brought the filter to me so I could examine it myself!!!). I used an $8 off coupon which helped a bit but overall, it was much more than what I expected!!!Service: Oil change

Quick friendly service, the guys did not try to over sell me. They were all very welcoming! For sure this is my new spot to have all my cars done! Joey was very helpful to set my alert up in the car for my next visit! Such a sweet guy!Thank you again!

This is my second time here and Jesse is an amazing worker. He's very nice and professional. He remembered me from my first time and made great conversations while Nicholas drained the oil. They checked my lights and blinkers, even put some air in all my tires. I will definitely continue coming here going forward. Thank you.

Super friendly staff, very quick and thorough! They showed me a few things they recommended doing along with the oil change, and actually SHOWED me as well as explaining why it would be beneficial. They we're not pushy at all, which I really appreciated!! Definitely recommend this location, they made it a great experience!!
