Thank you again Tuan Automotive! You guys helped me out big time! Everywhere else I went was an all day wait, just to sell me a service package. By luck I found Tuan Auto Shop. Although I love P.A. and I don't live there , he still took my vehicle in for service , Though he was busy with his regular customers and I was just passing through. Superb Customer service and fairly priced! Way better than the big name Auto Shops in that area of P.A. So check out Tuan Automotive when you need service you won't regret it! Thanks again Tuan!

I called him because of loose terminals, to fix them etc. He didn't have any openings until Thursday, which was like 2 days away, I went to Willies, he took it in the same day and had put a new alternator, new battery terminals etc. So I'm sure he does great work, but I couldn't wait that long.

The owner is cheater.Few days back I went for brakes change.At that time I asked him about oil change for my other which uses full synthetic.He gave me price of $55.00. for 5 quarts. If car takes extra oil, it will take extra but no more than $70.00.Today I went for oil change he charged me $ 90.00 which is way more than he told me.Also he used cheap oil filter (5000 miles and for conventional oil) instead of using the standard oil filter for 10000 miles and full synthetic oil.He never wants to accept that he uses cheap oil filter as I already checked on AutoZone website about the filter he used.He never keep on his words.Don't go there.This is the reason people go to reputed auto shop rether than roadside auto shop.Service: Oil change

I needed a quick repair done. I had my own part that I bought online. None of the bigger more well to do shops would repair with my part. I understand that there's liability that they need to worry about, but I'd prefer to save the money where I can. Taun was very quick, professional, and had great repair costs. They had me in and out in less than half an hour. Great people, great shop, great work!

2 years ago I wrongly blamed Tuan for a rear main seal failure in my Hummer H2 about a year after he replaced it. I was very angry at the time and Tuan was nothing but professional and kind.I later discovered that the plate where the seals meet had warped (not Tuans fault) and that I had made a mistake when accusing him of a faulty repair.I carried a lot of guilt the last couple of gears about the mistake I made. I was afraid to call and apologize for some reason. Mostly because Tuan has been nothing but generous, kind and fair for the years I have known him (not to mention an excellent mechanic) and I felt embarrassed about blaming him for something that was not his fault.Today my starter needed replaced. For some reason, I picked up the phone and called Tuan. He made time for me to bring my car in immediately. More importantly he made me feel like I was family.I write a lot of reviews on Google and I call it like I see it with brutal honesty. So here is my honest, brutal truth about Tuan Automotive:If you are looking for a reliable, reasonable, HONEST, GM trained mechanic who also happens to be a genuinely good human being your search ends right here and now.Tuan, I would like to finally apologize for being a jerk to you a couple of years ago. Thanks for always being there for me when I need you and thank you for being my friend.

Great place to get severe/major work that needs to be complete and any basic amenities that also need to be completed. The gentleman there is great to work with and his vast knowledge of different cars to show that. One Customer came in from Sears that got his tire replace was hearing a knocking noise. Tuan immediately spotted a problems with the tires because Sears put on two different sizes. Overall a nice first impression that will last from now on.

Had to stop for a battery check. He was able to check my car right away and got the alternator replaced ahead of his estimate and for a reasonable price.

Unfortunately I needed the bilstein shocks installed on the Xterra the day needed to haul tools when the truck was in shop. Tuan s was across the road from the job siteI made the mistake of not asking for a quote for just the labor install. And made the mistake of saying I don t mind paying for good work.Tuan charged $270 just for installing the shocks I supplied. It wasn t a rush job. Should have been no more than $120January 23, 2021make sure you get a written quote.

One of the best mechanic out there! Very fair price I have two cars he taken care of it. And I send my friends to see him! He uses good oil for the car! I would recommend him
